Well located, lots of transport available to and from the main street so never stranded. Staff were friendly and helpful and happy to call a taxi wherever they needed. Food was mostly good, lasagne was EXCELLENT! Overall a good atmosphere, not noisy at all when we stayed, and can see they are gradually updating the place, hopefully they extend these updates to some of the rooms. The hotel, however, was clean and tidy throughout. As well as being located well to amenities, it backs directly onto a beautiful area of beach, with a good size pool and bathing areas. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed here for 1 week in March, and what a fantastic experience it was! Suresh and his team did a brilliant job looking after us. Nothing was too much for them and we were always greeted with a smile. Food was ok, I personally believe they had something for everyone. Drinks selection was top notch! Rooms could do with a little bit of a spruce up but clean and tidy. Will always come back here!

Terrible run down hotel, save your money go anywhere else. Our water stopped working one night, forget about having hot water at all. The pool wasn’t cleaned once while we were there. As you can see only accessible sockets were falling off the wall. The other sockets were behind the bedside table that had missing feet so everytime you touched it it rocked with a huge heavy lamp on it. The only highlight was the young gentleman on the evening shift at reception who was helpful and polite Honestly it ruined the end of our once in our lifetime holiday.

The hotel had an excellent beach and pool. The room we had was clean and worked well for our needs. Some aspects of the hotel could be updated: a small elevator for example, and it could use a coffeeshop. But truly, beach and pool was well maintained and absolutely gorgeous. Solid hotel restaurant, though we often ate on the adjacent "Boardwalk" which had excellent restaurant options a short walk away. It's also right next to rockley beach. This was a swimming beach; we seldom saw jetskis and there were no boats. We also enjoyed the occasional live music that the hotel had. This hotel had been recommended by a family member who grew up locally and the recommendation did not disappoint. It was also very close to bus stops if you are planning on using ZR or bus transportation. Coffeeshop across the street was very good.

Where do I start? Terrible all the way around. Not friendly, don't care about negative experiences, not helpful, accommodations run down. Pictures HAVE to be enhanced, as it does not look as nice as the pictures show. Checked in around 5pm, went to dinner and came back around 9pm. Tried to take a shower, NO water comes out. Front desk sends maintenance; he can't fix it. They give us a key to a community shower on a different floor. Not convenient, not very clean. Next morning, still no water for shower. Go back down to front desk, who had no idea of last night's complaint and lack of repair. Seem annoyed, insinuating it was operator error. They send another guy who is in our room for close to an hour trying to fix it, finally does, but we had already had to go to community shower, as we had an excursion to get to. Great, he got it to work just as we were about to check out. Asked for late check-out, at first said no, then one appeared annoyed and agreed to 1pm check out. No apologies for lack of shower and major inconvenience, no discount, no free meal/drink or anything in an attempt to make any kind of amends. On top of that, everyone was just not friendly at all, acted like guests were an annoyance. Food selection is abysmal. Buffet only during certain times. Karoake at beach bar was SOOO bad! If the bartender was any slower, he would have been moving in reverse! We stayed one full day/night, ever saw the pool bar open! In high-season, why?? Would NEVER stay there again, way over-priced and no fun at all!
