Great quiet location. My premier room was perfect! Prow restaurant had delicious food and helpful staff. I will be back!

Likely the best conference food I have experienced. Great staff and accommodations and the conference room overlooked the mountains - beautiful.

I was looking for relaxation and down time and I got it here. The in room fireplace was so nice to use in the evenings since it was a bit cool for spring. The restaurant was so convenient when I didn't feel like going into Banff town centre and it was very tasty food. Pasta Monday offered half price pasta and it was a great deal for fine dining. The hot tub was a nice bonus. The free bus pass made it convenient to get down in to the heart of Banff without trying to deal with parking and traffic. So easy and convenient to use. I wanted to stay somewhere relaxing and comfortable to unwind on a mini-vacay but not be in the busy downtown area, and this hotel hit all the marks. I have stayed at a few places in Banff over the years and this is definitely a top spot for me and I will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It made for a perfect ski trip honeymoon :) the lodge was beautifully decorated and felt very cozy. We were impressed with all the little details this hotel had thought through - The restaurant had healthy options (loved the mountain fruit and granola bowl), they partnered with SkiBig3 Adventures to deliver/pick up our skis to our lodge, there was a well-maintained real wood fireplace in our room that was stocked with piles of wood in and outside, breakfast opened at 7am which made for a full day on the hills, and staff were very nice and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a place in Banff.

Cannot fault this place ! Room, roaring open fire all ready to light for us ! Bed so comfy and room so well styled ! Outside leisure spaces ! Beautifully prepared for chilling in the spa pool and lounging next to the fire pit ! The prow restaurant I have reviewed separately but put March 26 instead of September 25, this place is impressive and we loved the barman who rides horses (sorry name escapes us) he was excellent and without his charm we wouldn’t have necessarily ate here as we normally don’t dine where we stay ! The reception staff were superb ! It was a fabulous visit that I cannot fault ! We would return and stay again for sure ! Sorry the review is late coming!
