Lovely peaceful Lodge, great clean well kept room, great staff - a little out of town but walkable and a good spot to stay. We had an upgraded room which had a separate living space and bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen.

This lodge was such a lovely place! It was an unexpected find after we decided to stay a little farther away from the main village, and that was a great decision. The views from everywhere direction at this lodge are amazing. It is up on tunnel mountain road so sits higher than the town. There's plenty of parking. The room is super spacious and very clean. The staff are incredibly hospitable. We stayed for 2 nights and I wish it were more. We visited the lounge each night for happy hour. They even provide free bus passes to get into town if you don't want to deal with parking or simply don't have a car. There were elk everywhere.

Location is great as it us up on the mountain away but not far from the downtown area. Bus passes included and walking distance if you like a good hike. You can tell that part of the lodge has been renovated and other parts are heavily dated. Some offer new rooms, other areas are very dated and worn with refurbishment much needed. Lobby area and bar very comfy. Should offer free coffee in the AM.

Excellent hotel if you are travelling by car. Bus pass provided for free enabled good access to downtown without having to park car in centre.

Clean and cosy lodge, good size room with beautiful bathroom, our friends had kitchenette, the restaurant had the most delicious lobster bisque, reception and restaurant staff very pleasant
