A wonderful lodge, tucked away amongst the beautiful Tunnel Mountain area. Close enough to walk to the town of Banff but far enough away for peace and quiet. The main lodge is beautiful and inviting to sit in front of the fire to enjoy a nightcap after a day of adventure in the Banff area. Our room was clean and lovely for sleep. Overall, this is a beautiful, affordable, place to stay and I would highly recommend.

As always, my stay was amazing. Your staff go above and beyond, the rooms are the best in Banff, food is wonderful - I will definitely be returning to this beautiful lodge.

Enjoyed the privacy of our room with our own fireplace. Was not overly impressed with the food at the Prowl. Hopefully it was just an off night, but we only ate their once.

An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. I was warmly welcomed by the General Manager upon arrival, which immediately set the tone for a truly special stay. Every member of the staff provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make my stay feel personal, thoughtful, and memorable. The room was absolutely lovely - rustic yet elegant, with beautiful wood beams and a cozy wood burning fireplace that made it feel like a mountain retreat. In the morning, I enjoyed the quiet, the peace, and the beautiful view of Tunnel Mountain while enjoying my coffee. One of my favorite moments was soaking in the hot tub tucked under the stairs—pure relaxation and such a unique touch. Dining at The Prow was excellent. The service was attentive, the food was delicious, and the cocktails were absolutely yummy. I love the Buffalo Mountain Lodge so much. I’ve been coming here for the past four years as a self-care, “me-time” getaway, and it never disappoints. Each visit feels just as special as the last. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and exceptional hospitality. This stay truly made my time unforgettable. ??

A really nice experience. Probably one of the best resorts we have stayed at. All staff are excellent and very service oriented. A special shout to Lincoln in the maintenance dept. we forgot our dogs leash and he fabricated one for us. (Two thumbs up). Food and drinks are 10 out of 10. We will be back as we are relatively close to Banff.
