Quiet location close Banff town

We arrived at 01.30 hours after a long journey and the receptionist could not have been more friendly or helpful. He helped carry our cases to the lodge where we were keen to get some much needed sleep. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was quiet with the occasional train horn in the distance as it went through Banff town (not anything the hotel can affect). The reception staff were amazing booking taxis for us when required. However, it is easy to walk into town (25 minutes downhill) and the No.2 bus stops on the main road outside the hotel and is reasonably priced after you download the token transit you purchase tickets via the app. One minor criticism is that the bathroom was slightly dated, but I may be being picky as we would return.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. I arrived late at around 1 a.m., and the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. Their friendliness and professionalism stood out throughout my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable — just what I needed after a long day of travel. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, cleanliness, and great location. I’d definitely stay here again.
