A great stay - loved the open fire

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Room was great, spacious and well finished. The open fire was lovely after a long day out exploring. We did hear a little noise from neighbours but it wasn’t too bad. Parking was fine - we didn’t always get the space right outside our room (it’s all unallocated parking) but always found a space within 10-20meters of our room so really wasn’t a problem. Staff very friendly - especially Connor on check in who was really helpful and welcoming after our long journey to get to Banff.

not mobility challenged friendly. no automatic doors. stairs to get into lobby, restaurant, etc. no elevator.one ice machine on property and it is downstairs in lobby. parking is limited. and not good for large vehicles. staff/management overworked and/or not friendly and or/not responsive room cleanliness not good (see photo of our shower wall). When i complained i heard nothing back from management. they could have come to see, but did not. this venue seems like a wedding event machine; an assembly line of wedding parties but they don't have the staff or ability to manage it well. myself, and my party of guests felt very disappointed in our stay for numerous reasons which we have shared to the hotel via their survey.
