We were advised to go and see this hotel during our stay and we were not disappointed. It is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We stayed for Afternoon Tea which was delightful with a view that could not be surpassed in my opinion. We spent some time afterwards wandering around the hotel shops - it really is a venue within itself, you could easily spend your vacation here and never leave until it is time to go home.

The hotel is magnificently located, offering stunning views from the windows that are truly breathtaking. The location is very convenient, with easy access to scenic walks as well as the town, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploring the area. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, always attentive and welcoming. The rooms were well-maintained, making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience overall. When there was an issue with the room, it was dealt with straight away, showing the staff’s efficiency and commitment to guest satisfaction.

From the moment you enter the property to the time they wave goodbye, you are treated with such a friendly and hospitable temperament. We loved the conditions of the golf course and the views are simply majestic. The design is so well done and makes for a fun game! The staff are all great at what they do and make people feel welcome and taken care of. We appreciated the assistance of Mike and Brian especially. We look forward to our next trip back there.

The outdoor pool at Fairmont Banff Springs is one of the highlights of the hotel amenities. The heated pool stays comfortable even in colder weather, and the mountain views around it are incredible and for a hotel pool it one of the best! Alison at the Vermillion Room was an outstanding server. She was friendly, attentive, and made the entire dining experience feel welcoming and relaxed even during a busy breakfast period.

We stayed on the gold floor. Valet service, separate check in. This was a bucket list experience. Hotel is bustling, so many staff running around at all times. We saw a wedding banquet being prepared - absolutely stunning. Had a Rockies view room, enjoyed the gold lounge, we swam in the pool and enjoyed the warm sauna. Hot tub was under maintenance which is too bad. All in all, amazing experience. We would go back in a heartbeat. We were treated royally by the staff. This is an amazing hotel and worth the hit to the wallet to go. Maybe someday we will go back for longer than one night!
