Good Luck

Try to sleep in your $1,300 per night room when a wedding is going on below you and the management does NOTHING to stop the noise. Signed 10:22 pm. Oh I need to write more characters. Otherwise, beautiful property. Twenty four more characters. There we go.
Afternoon Tea
kray927 (Memphis, Tennessee) on Sep 20, 2023
The Afternoon Tea at Fairmont Banff Springs is awesome! While we have not stayed as a guest at this property, we have done the Afternoon Tea twice, Christmas 2022 and again in September 2023. It's a wonderful property to just walk around and visit and even more wonderful to grab a window table and have Afternoon Tea and relax while taking in the amazing views! The tower of sandwiches and desserts were fantastic! The tea choices are many, and fantastic as well! And while I'm sure all the server's are great, if you're fortunate enough to have Sarah as your server, as we did, you will be in great hands for an unforgettable experience! Sarah was awesome in every aspect taking care of us, answering any questions and giving just the right amount of space during our 3 hour relaxing experience. She was a pleasure to talk with and we absolutely enjoyed having her as our server!
Forest Bathing at Fairmont Banff Springs with Scott Berry
zacharysepanik on Sep 19, 2023
Forest bathing was new for our family, but the experience was incredible. Scott is extremely knowledgeable with a calming presence and great sense of humor. He made us all feel comfortable and offered outstanding perspective to curate a unique and welcome environment. We started the day with limited understanding about forest bathing and ended the time with a great appreciation and respect for nature and the exercise as a whole. If you have not tried forest bathing, we highly recommend giving it a try. Make sure to ask for Scott Berry as your guide!
Confusion and frustration trying to book the NYE Gala
elainemW6758UF (Lethbridge, Canada) on Sep 18, 2023
I am writing this email out of frustration as I have contacted the hotel and even approached Royal Service at the hotel when my husband attended a convention recently and asked about the 2023 New Years Eve Gala, a tradition our family has enjoyed over many years. Last year we had an awesome time and celebrated NYE with an amazing show and danced all night. A tremendous and welcome return to normal life after the pandemic. We have friends from Texas the UK and Australia who attended who have been wanting to return this year. Recently, I found out over the phone after repeated enquiries that they have cancelled the traditional gala with Barry Shaw and the Fairmont Orchestra and other singers and dancers and replaced it with a DJ. What a disappointment that a supposedly world class hotel would throw away an amazing show and event that people fly into to attend. It is also disappointing that no one even new the status of NYE event until this month. I hope they reconsider as we are not going to attend to pay more for a DJ.
Perfect 30th Wedding Anniversary Stop
rocketman2009 (Madison, Alabama) on Sep 18, 2023
I can't praise this Fairmont location enough. We were assigned an upgraded King suite overlooking the loop and provided champagne and treats for our 30th anniversary. The staff and food were great and it was a very pleasant experience. This location is a credit to Fairmont name as opposed to the vermin-filled rooms at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge (see separate review on them). We would stay in this fabulous castle again in a heartbeat!
