We had the good fortune of being greeted by Neha. She was a wonderful host and went out of her way to make us happy and feel welcomed. She even brought us ice cream. She is a wonderful brand ambassador for the Fairmont.

Grand luxury from the moment you walk in . Beautiful welcoming staff . A big thank you to Amadeep and Tejas on front desk, who dealt with our complicated booking with professionalism and warmth and looked after us so well . Risa and Mahsa in breakfast made our mornings so special . What fantastic workers they are ! All the staff are amazing and the rooms spacious and clean and comfortable. Grace in housekeeping was brilliant also . We loved Calgary , but more so for staying here , great location too !

A wonderful grand hotel with grace and style. Just what every other hotel should mirror. This was our second stay here and the service was impeccable. It is conveniently located to a wide variety of restaurants although its Hawthorne Restaurant is lovely too.

My wife and I have so much enjoyed our stay here. The people have been so friendly and kind. We would especially like to thank Neha, who was outstanding in her professional courtesy extended to us. As others have noted, the staffing was impeccable. Everyone was kind, helpful and cheerful. The rooms were dark and dated, however. I was looking forward to a nice swim, and didn’t have a great experience. The pool was in a dank, damp basement, and the pool was so heavily chlorinated you couldn’t put your face in the water without your eyes burning. The whirlpool was being repaired. The buffet was also very sad, with limited offerings including hard, dry croissants. I have stayed at many Fairmonts and I’ve never been disappointed until this time.
