The Palliser, Fairmont Gold: an experience of a life time! If you are looking for a hotel that is different than all others, try our the Fairmont Gold package. It was absolutely amazing! We had the experience of a lifetime. The hotel was very charming, the pool beautiful and the artwork in the hotel made it feel so unique. The room was stunning, great bed and lots of exclusive amenities. Especially the Fairmont Gold perks and services were out of this world! The staff (especially Neha) were so friendly, engaged and helpful. Breakfast and the mid-day snacks were delicious and the canapé was amazing! Such a treat, we felt so special. We've stayed at many hotels, but the Palliser really provided a next-level experience. Thanks to the whole staff!

Excellent facility and staff. Would leave 5 stars but the concierge was hard to find at times and I gave up waiting twice. But Neal in the top-hat staffing the door gave excellent advice and recommendations highlighted with good cheer and obvious pride in the property and its Fairmont ownership. Neal is a pro dedicated to making your experience great. Ask for Neal if you can’t find the concierge!

This was the best hotel and the best service. We stayed 5 days and we became family with all the staff. The bell man to the concierge to room service and maid service was awesome. We cannot wait to come back next year. We loved the location and the atmosphere was perfect.

My Husband and I decided to try the gold experience at the Fairmont Palliser after weeks of Reno’s on our house and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Evening canopes and drinks followed by a couple of cocktails and dessert in the Hawthorn lounge. Room had a comfy king bed and very well equipped. Swim the following morning and home. Staff are always wonderful.

Room was tiny and not luxurious. Washroom looked like an apartment washroom. I ordered for drinking water and took 1 hour. Only 1 shower cap for 2 people. Dustbins doesn't had covers. No Luxury I felt. Fairmount is just an overhype. I saw many reviews that, they provide bad rooms if we only book for a single night.
