Enjoyable stay - but the city is noisy ! We stayed for 4 nights in the fairmont as part of the stampede package. It was noisy, 24/7 - but what do you expect with the stampede? Its walking distance to the show ground, we didn’t eat at the hotel so i cant comment about the food. The staff are friendly and efficient.

We booked a night stay in the Fairmont gold junior suite. Check in was smooth, room was spacious though designed was dated, services varies with different staff. However what made the experience of stay unpleasant was the limitation of breakfast to only at the club lounge. In all the other countries I visited, I always have the option to choice between main dining and the lounge. And what worst was the variety of food was way too little. And when we tried to order eggs of our choice, we were told that it comes with extra charge. We are truly shocked since this is quite common to be provided for hotel breakfast even if at club lounge. This is my second Fairmont hotel in Canada within the same trip but was overall disappointed. Would not consider staying in Fairmont brand for my future holidays even in other countries.

My partner and I attended an event at Fairmont Palliser and had a wonderful experience. During the event, we were chatting with the event manager, Snariyer, about our stay. My wife mentioned how much she loved the room amenities, especially the shampoo and conditioner, and asked where she could purchase them. Snariyer kindly told her where they were available. Later that day, when we returned to our room, we were surprised to find several bottles of the amenities along with a lovely handwritten note from Snariyer. My wife was genuinely touched by the gesture and felt incredibly special. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected surprise that really went above and beyond. Small acts like this make a stay truly memorable. Thank you, Snariyer, for your kindness, attention to detail, and for helping make both the event and our stay so special. We really appreciated it!

I stayed at the Palliser twice in the past month and was fortunate enough to enjoy a Fairmont Gold room which gave access to the lovely and peaceful 12th floor lounge. Neha was instrumental in making both stays memorable, with impeccable service and kindness. It is this type of experience that will keep me coming back when in Calgary.

My Husband and I just returned from an incredible trip to Calgary and the Canadian Rockies. All of our accommodations were in Fairmont Hotels . The Calgary Fairmont Palliser was the Fairest of them all . From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by the friendliest and most efficient Bellman. As you enter via the large revolving door , you are immediately taken back in time , by the grandeur of the Lobby, with all the beautiful wood and crystal chandeliers! We were immediately greeted by Reception Deck, and directed to the Gold Level Floor. Over our 3 nights , we were attended to by Sammy, Oksana, Jill and several others. They were so sincerely friendly, and made us feel right at home. They even took the time to chat and get to know us on a personal level, which is unheard of in this world, anymore ! The staff in the Gold Lounge and throughout the rest of the hotel deserve recognition for the incredible service they provide. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, especially the beds!! The food in the Gold Lounge was fantastic! We truly can’t wait to return! Bravo ???? Palliser!!
