We were there for 3 nights. The staff were so welcoming and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff Mehe at the FG floor was too kind who made my kid feel special. Great experience.

Their attention to detail, warmth, and ability to anticipate needs made me feel not just welcomed — but truly valued. It’s rare to encounter service that feels both polished and personal. They created an atmosphere that was refined, thoughtful, and effortless. This is hospitality done right. I’ll absolutely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Palliser and was truly impressed by the level of service. The staff went above and beyond, especially Neha at the Gold Concierge and Ina at the front desk, who were absolutely amazing. Neha, in particular, was exceptional, super accommodating, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made a huge difference in our experience. The service overall was absolutely outstanding and made our stay feel both seamless and special. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our upgrade and stay at such an iconic and historical hotel. From our welcome at arrival and throughout our visit the hospitality of management and diligent and friendly staff was impressive and appreciated, as was the cleanliness and quality of the rooms and facilities.

The hotel is just beautiful. I love the Art Deco style. The lobby and restaurant are gorgeous. We only had breakfast at the hotel. Service was top-notch. Food was average, price was over the top overpriced. Our room was clean, well-maintained, modern, and quite spacious. The pool was beautiful but way too cold. The hot tub was very nice. Location was the best. There is a public parking garage next door, even has a connection to the hotel no need to walk the street to the hotel. It is just a couple of blocks to the walking shopping district, and less than a block from the Calgary Tower. Over a very good stay.
