Although location was outside of the downtown area, travel via shuttle directly outside lodge area was convenient to access. Second floor balcony room overlooking woods was wonderful and large with fireplace. Desk staff was very helpful with location information. Shuttle staff was always friendly and helpful.

Choose this hotel to be away from the (extremely) busy streets of Banff. Then just get a short bus ride into town ... they run about twice an hour and the hotel gives you free tickets (though it's only a couple of dollars). Our room was a suite - rustic, spacious yet made cosy. An open fire with wood is provided for chilly months, The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this lodge. The Prow restaurant is pretty decent too ... but be sure to book as it is the only eatery up on the mountain.

A wonderful lodge hotel away from the bustle of the town centre, so it’s very peaceful. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the restaurant had a good selection of choices on the menu and the food was beautifully cooked. All the staff were professional, helpful and very friendly. Our only disappointment was that we hadn’t booked a longer stay.

A fantastic 5 night stay during our two week road trip. Our lodge was clean, comfortable and modern. We had an evening meal in the Prow restaurant on our first night, which was lovely, and a breakfast on the morning we were leaving. All staff were knowledgeable on gluten free which made me feel reassured. The hot tub was lovely and refreshing after a full days hike. Roam buses were useful and convenient for taking us into Banff. All and all a lovely choice when staying in Banff. We will return when we next visit Canada.

Great location, kind and helpful staff. Super helpful with having room ready with food and wine that we ordered. Would book here again
