After more than 65 years on earth and 32 years of marriage, my wife and I discovered the feeling of royalty at the Majestic Elegance in Costa Mujeres. Attention to detail is the resort’s major strength. From gardeners and the entertainment team to waiters, managers, butlers, maids, maintenance, and concierge staff, there was never a shortage of genuine smiles or friendly “hola” greetings. Many staff members made our vacation especially memorable. After check-in we met our exceptional butler, Katia; from that moment forward we experienced pure bliss—she anticipated and fulfilled every wish with care and grace. On Katia’s day off, Itzcally stepped in and was simply amazing. Our personal chef, Alvaro, ensured my wife’s meals were dairy-free. The wait staff were outstanding, perhaps the best I’ve seen in my travels. Clearly well trained by Arturo and Paris. I know what I’m talking about; this was our sixth time in Mexico alone. I was amused to learn Paris catches the tuna every day before work (I think he was joking). We splurged on the Swim-Up Suite with Outdoor Jacuzzi, well worth it. Lying in the sun, swimming in the pool, and having direct access to your room (when the need arises) is a luxury you can’t miss. Rooms are cleaned on your schedule, and the turn-down service at supper is well worth it. If you enjoy working out the Gym, is well equipped and clean. Towel everywhere, bottled cold water, Bananas and Apples are available post workout.

Such an amazing resort. Everything went so well. The kids club was excellent with fun activities. Alo was soooo sweet! Loved her! So good with the kids

Had a great time with my friends all week long doing Karaoke with Sexy sexy Rrrrrrricardoooo. The wrestling show was also super cool. Good food in the restaurant and a well kept property. All the staff was friendly

Sylvia was the best animation team member ever the majestic elegance!!!! We loved all the things she does and her enthusiasm for getting all people involved!!!!!!!
