Martin Martinez made our entire trip! From day one, he was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made us feel special every single day. We ended up spending four full days at his pool because of the amazing experience he created for us. His drinks are phenomenal, his conversation is always on point, and he knows exactly how to make guests feel comfortable and valued. Martin brings such a fun, positive energy that keeps everyone coming back. We will absolutely return, and a big reason why is Martin. If you’re planning a trip here, do yourself a favor and find out where Martin is bartending—you won’t regret it! He is truly one of the best bartenders we’ve ever had and an unforgettable part of our vacation. ?????

Amazing experience! From the start, they took great care of us. Our butler, Alejandro, was very friendly, and we felt a great connection right away. I felt very welcomed, and he thoroughly explained all the available services. Alejandro handled all of our requests in a timely manner and made the entire experience much easier to enjoy. Our rooms were always well taken care of thanks to Alejandro and his team. On the first morning, we went to Flavors and sat outside. The atmosphere, the food, and our server, Nicolas, were all outstanding. Nicolas got to know me and my group of friends immediately, and for the rest of the week, he greeted me and my wife with our favorite morning drink. He also made sure my friends knew where to find us. We tried almost all the pool and beach bars, but we’re glad we found Martin Martinez’s spot. Martin was the best bartender at the hotel and made the entire experience absolutely amazing. We literally spent two full days there, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., just enjoying drinks at his bar. We even got our entire group to spend their time there because Martin created a great connection from the very beginning. The only reason we left at 6 p.m. was because his shift ended; otherwise, we probably would have stayed even longer. Martin handled all of our drinks with ease, kept great conversations going, and even surprised us with his own creations. Absolutely no complaints about him—I would come back to this hotel just because of Martin. His drinks were truly on point. After 6 p.m., when Martin was off, we went to Armando at the stage bar during the night shift. Armando worked hard to make sure everyone was taken care of quickly, which was impressive to see. Every night, he had a great attitude and a friendly greeting that made us feel welcome every time we visited. As for the shows, my favorite was the Elvis show for just me and my wife. We had a great time and even enjoyed a conversation with Elvis after the show. The wrestling show, on the other hand, was perfect for a group of friends—we had an absolute blast watching it together. The room itself was very well organized and cleaned daily. The value of the entire experience was excellent. Noise levels were minimal, even though I was across from the Sky Club. The staff does a great job managing noise at night.

Enrique guest service supervisor is amazing!!! We visit multiple times and he is always a pleasure. The best worker on the resort. Makes us feel welcome and like family!

Best entertainment team ever!!! Ricardo and Sylvia!! Lots of fun at the wrestling and Michael Jackson night and white party night!!!! So fun!!!!

Sandra and Estrella have been brilliant with our two boys (7 and 9). They have genuinely looked forward to seeing them every day and joining in with the activities. There is a great mix of things to do. The indoor area has lots of activities, but our boys especially loved the activities by the pool where they could dip in and out throughout the day. Volleyball, water balloons, tie-dye T-shirts, clay models, painting and bracelet making were all big hits. Sandra and Estrella bring so much energy and fun, and it really rubs off on the children. They are always smiling, encouraging everyone to join in and making sure the kids have a great time. Kids club is even still open at night. They will take them to dinner and play games and have lots of fun with them which enabled us to enjoy some adult only dinners too. A big thank you to both of them. They have been a real highlight of the holiday and have helped make our stay even more enjoyable.
