We have been to Planet Hollywood the past 3 years and each year we come back we love it more! It is the perfect place for everyone and all kinds of families, providing for adults, little children and teenagers. The service is outstanding, all of the waiters, waitresses and bar staff are lovely and will remember you for the whole of your stay. All the staff around the resort are really friendly, they’re always smiling and say hola. The entertainment team go above and beyond to make your holiday special. Benji, Nando, Fernando, Laila, Pepe, Pretty boy, Alex, Karla and Mar. The main reason we have came back each year is because of these people and it’s clear they work extremely hard. We hope to return next year.

The location of this hotel is fantastic for the beach with very little seaweed, it is a distance to some excursions like xcaret but there are some great trips just 20 minutes away like swimming with dolphins and turtles. Or fun speedboat that you drive yourself. There are many restaurants here, but the buffet is more than adequate. Special shout out to the amazing entertainment team especially Benji, Nando, Fernando, Laila, Alan and Mar.

The service with the waiters was perfect, they were kind and respectful. The noise level was mostly silent, it was great. The room was great but the cleanliness of the bathroom was ok. The atmosphere was great the entertainment team was energetic, kind and suggested many activities, Daniel was a great leader and brought this energy with ease.

Direct from the kids ‘The staff were really kind, it’s really fun, there activities for lots for all ages, different themes each day, camping, pyjama party, cooking, dinosaur activities, arts & crafts, movies, etc’ It’s a great way to keep the kids entertained and in the air con when it’s 35 degrees outside, whether it’s morning or evening they all enjoy going

Shout out to all the staff! Really amazing! Love the entertainment! Ralph in the kids club is the MAN! Emily is wonderful ! Diego is THE BEST for pool aerobics -omg such a fun work out! Nando , amazing, But the king of fun is of course Benji aka the chocolate man with his chocolate heart ! All staff are wonderful! Lots of fun
