The location was perfect. Not too far from the airport and close to excursions. The entertainment was great Daniel Roberto and JJ from the entertainment group made the party especially fun. There were several games and activities for all. Food was good and there was a large variety. The room was always clean and the staff took cake of anything we needed. Save the princess and the foam party were both hits.

so much fun! every worker was so nice and helpful. very clean atmosphere. so many things and activities to do every day. room service cleaned our room everyday, restocked food/drinks and changed bedding everyday. i love all the bartenders and workers they were fast and efficient/kind. would definitely come back.

This hotel was good until it wasn’t. We came to Mexico with our kids for the sun, and never were we advised that the kids splash would be closed during our stay. No email alert, but a 30 min compensation a day for surf game and that’s only because we complained. Imagine your kids get there hopes up for slides etc. and they did absolutely NOTHING with no for-warning. Off the strength of the service we received and mid food I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Xavier, Edson and Joaquin are incredible!!!! They run the flow rider activity, it was the Best part about the holiday , my 7year old son had the best time on the flowrider and they were the best tutors If I were to rebook it would be for this activity and the great staff here

Daniel and Roberto were Amazing! They really made the experience all the much better, and were very passionate about their jobs. The food was also wonderful, along with the rooms.
