We spend NYE at Planet Hollywood Cancun and definitely have experience for the books, service, food, location everything is 10 out of 10 !!! Highly recommended!! Big thanks to Jonathan Iriarte, Hector Perez, Hostes Hanya Diaz and Waitress Carla Ortiz for beyond service. Do not hesitate if if you’re want to have the time of your life.

at best 3 star.run down. cold food at buffet and a la cart restaurant. much better options in cancun for the money rooms poorly maintained not enough chairs at pool or beach even though there is room for more

Visited the first week of January with 2 teenagers. My most important thoughts… Star Class: - made the trip & totally worth it thanks to the incredible service from Trinidad & Juan (they went above & beyond any butlers we’ve ever had at any resort) - Trinidad was especially diligent at ensuring that my food needs were accommodated, coming to the restaurants to personally speak with the managers - Had a hard time finding the premium alcohol (specifically grey goose) - Did not get faster room service (averaged 1 hr) - Room location was terrible (building 23) incredibly loud every night until late as right by the stage & main bar - No food service at the beach at all (huge disappointment as you “weren’t allowed” to order food from star class & take it with you Food: - Buffet was terrible, worst we’ve had at an all incisive for the size of the resort - Walked around every time asking for someone to help with food allergies & wasn’t able to have these accommodated - Items weren’t replenished fast enough - Fruit selection & salad bars were pitiful, most of the cut fruit had sauce or yogurt in it so couldn’t eat (no apples, bananas, or whole fruit) Overall: - resort was incredibly busy, overwhelming at night - Lineups everywhere, even for the buffet & star class not helpful at night for this - Gym was typical & nice they had classes, etc. but not enough cardio equipment for resort size, and no washroom in the gym! - Beach beauty made the resort, would return for just this - Need to keep the other food areas (like star class & burger place) open later to accommodate the busyness

My stay was very fun and clean. The beach was nice, the sand was very soft compared to where im from. The entertainment team were very active and I had fun with Diana and Sergio.
