Great experience all around, with few areas for improvement of course which I will mention here as well. But certainly the good overwhelms the bad for sure with Star Class in the producer suite. First with a few words in the bad(could be better) to get those out of the way 1. Some aging/wear in the room. Pool table legs and table itself aging and not great but playable, some leak in the tub which was fixed after comments, balcony doors were very hard to open for the kids, and various scratches and wear when pay closer attention to details. 2. Some of the restaurents did not fully deliver. Especially the statehouse. Service was extremely slow, and did not check on us for long periods of wait, and stakes were not cooked to the temp we requested. 3. Lunch options were trickier to manage without reservations. The good spots would have long waits so always resorted to the quick options. Having some lunch reservations could have been useful. 4. The Royalton Prime push was annoying. They kept trying to get us to attend a session about it which felt like a timeshare push. We were introduced to the first pitch right after check-in. That should change. Had to say no a few times. Now all the good 1. Great resort with a lot of options for either families, couples, etc...beautiful beach, great pools, and other attractions. 2. Great service almost everywhere. Great staff and customer services. 3. The Producer Suite was incredible! Amazing view, no noise, great rooms, and tons of space for a large family with options to eat inside outside, jump in hottub, several fridges and minibars. Really great space. 4. Food options and quality was high. A lot of options even with some picky eaters who asked for modifications at times. 5. Housekeeping and roomservice were good. Clean and timely. Room service could take 50 mins so be prepared. 6. Best of all: Star Class and Butler service. Our butlers Javi and Mafer made the biggest difference. Always available and responsive. Set us up with dinner reservations, regularly checked and arranged housekeeping around our schedule, set up cabanas, and ensured to find solutions to any problem. Special item of note was some food issues with our baby who refused various foods. They both helped stock us with special snacks for him that he preferred to make sure he was well fed. Also helped us get a special delivery from Costco for milk and formula for him. 7. Overall value. Producer Suite was obviously the top most expensive option but altogether I feel I received the value for the high cost. Final note. If you can afford Star class options it should deliver incredible value for the cost.

For anyone thinking about this resort all I can say is book somewhere else!!!! We've stayed at alot of other resorts and this one takes the Biggest Loser by far, I think anything by Royalton needs to be stayed far away from as you can see in the gong show that happened at the cancun splash location Feb 2026. This one has a Star Class check in supervisor (In Training) that should be removed from his position and fired and never hired into a leadership role ever. Arrived yesterday to be assigned a room with one bed for 4 people even though we booked 2 queens, then he had the condescending attitude to tell us that all 4 of us could sleep on one king bed. Then when we got the so called room the sofa bed wasn't even made up because apparently we didn't request that, what a joke!! Was told we would get the correct room but would have to be out of the current room by noon the next day and that we couldn't get the next room until 5pm. I have never been in any Hotel or resort that uses a hidabed as the second bed and thinks that is a normal thing. If your looking at what you get with star class you will literally only get a quarter of what is on that list, so don't expect much more than a room in the resort worst location even though they say you get a prime location view, you get a better view in just normal room not star class. And all that extra is a butler that doesnt exist took over 36hrs before we even met him and then when we did he was Zero help, a 6yr old could do better. So day 1 & 2 a total waste of time as we have been in limbo for 48hrs of our trip. Paid for Star Class and that is even a bigger waste of money along with this whole resort just one large greedy Corporate Conglomerate trying to take normal people's money for things that should be included in the price, Wave Rider, Trampoline Park, pool loungers, cabanas, meals etc..... there are so many things they are trying to do to upsell you. STAY SO FAR AWAY FROM THIS RESORT DON'T DO IT

I like this place, the trampoline are awesome . Jennifer , fanni,Emily,geo y Karla were the best, always helpful. The restaurants were amazing and the food was very good. And the beach is beautiful.

This was our second time coming to Planet Hollywood, we came in July 2022 for my 50th birthday and had an amazing time, which is why we came back this time We went to Planet Hollywood for our 15 year wedding anniversary and had the best time at the hotel. Everything from checking in to getting our rooms was quick and faultless. The staff at the hotel are brilliant and nothing is ever trouble for them to help you with. The food in the restaurants is always great and the buffet one is different food every day and the waiting staff were always checking the everything was ok and that we always had a drink if we needed one. The coffee shop is brilliant too, being able to get a cappuccino or latte and cakes and other bits as and when you feel like it is great. The hotel entertainment was superb ever day too, be it a tribute band, acrobatics, silent disco and quizzes, every evening show was enjoyed. Also at the main pool which also has a swim up bar there is always entertainment during the day too, be it aquarobics, music quizzes, water polo, water ballon throwing, foam parties with beach balls. Would like to give a massive shout out to Victoria on the entertainment team, such an amazing guy, on one of the days when we were in the pool and there was music on with entertainment team, I’m spoke to victor to let him know it was our 15 year anniversary he gave us a shout out on the speakers and also for the rest of the holiday if Victoria saw us he we come and say hello and see how we were doing and on one of the evenings entertainment, there was a cons line going around ant it went up on the main stage and as we were going passed Victor, he recognised us and gave us another shout out for our anniversary, which got a cheer from the crowd. He really made the holiday feel extra special and he felt like one of the family to us, as he would always keep a look out for us and come over and say hi, he was really kind too as he bought a small gift for my wife and daughter on one of the evening. On the last few days of our holiday, we were in the main pool relaxing at the swim up bar at one of the tables, when Victoria appeared and he had got me a hat the he tad painted himself, we was a really nice gesture from him. On the last day of our trip Victor had told us the night before that he will be in the main pool at a set time that day, so that we could try to find him and say goodbye to him. We found him in the main pool and he was occupied organising a game in the pool, as soon as we called out his name he couldn’t get out the pool quick enough to come see us. I made sure to wear the hat he got me to let him know I appreciate what he’d given me, then let him get on with what he was doing. We watched for a little while to kill a bit of time until we had to go back to the lobby to await our pickup. It was an amazing experience all round and would happily come back again. Thank you Victor and the team for making the holiday as special as it was. Lastly I would like to apologise to Victor and the team at Planet Hollywood the I’ve only just been able to write this review now due to ill health)
