Boutique All Inclusive Experience

Alise W (Chicago, Illinois) on Sep 23, 2023

Zoetry was absolutely amazing and exactly what I needed for some R&R. I happen to be a travel agent and have been to many all inclusive hotels. However, this place is very unique. The interior design is equipped with stained glass windows, marble flooring, steam shower, with a hot tub on the patio. The restaurants are not buffet style and everything on the menu was fresh and well served. In addition to the great accommodations, guest are picked up from Cancun boating dock by a private boat, with everything included. I hope to come back here soon and really appreciate the great customer service.

Amazing Experience

amnda297 (Pleasant Hill, Missouri) on Sep 20, 2023

We stayed a week at Zoetry for our Anniversary. The service, food, views and setting were all amazing. All the rooms have ocean views. The resort is quiet. I would not recommend taking your kiddos. The beach is smaller but private. No complaints. We loved it.

2 week return to Isla Mujeres

COSTimBer on Sep 15, 2023

Absolutely excellent. The buildings need some significant updates however the charm and character are unparalleled to the newer modern "mega" resorts. Wonderfully quiet and nestled into a remote part of the island. Impossible to find better service or food on the island. The backdrop of the Carribean sea with an incredibly caring and patient Yoga instructor (best of the best) may well have been a trip difference maker for us.

Just Perfect

This was our first visit to Isla Mujeres. Our decision to stay at Zoetry Villa Rolandi could not have been any better. ZVR has been reviewed as outdated. To my wife and I and several other guests there, the consensus was that ZRV was more of a place with a lot of CHARACTER. You felt and saw this character as soon you were taxied from the airport to their affiliate Dreams Resort, then picked up by the ZVR boat, crossed the beautiful Caribbean waters, docked on the private pier and went through the front doors. As soon as we walked through the front doors, Vanessa, Elijio, Martin and Jose Luis were there to assist us with our Caribbean of a breeze Check-In. Cortes took us to our room and showed us around the room. The tile flooring, brick ceiling, and elegant looking interior reinforced the characteristic aspect of this place. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and showers (double) were very spacious. Camaristas Cecilia and Vanessa kept our room really cleaned. The room was cleaned several times throughout the day. We LOVED the Food. We ate at Rolandi's and did get a chance to enjoy a meal at Le Metissage. The taste of the food is superb and was further enhanced by the great service being provided. The servers would explain the preparation of some the dish ordered and were super attentive. Yolanda and Rocio would always greet us with a smile. Servers like Andrade, Dennis, Gennar, Javier, Jose, Alex, Jorge, Pastor, Bryan, Madda. Omar and Heber were what makes the food at both of the restaurants taste even better. We enjoyed every course served at Le Metissage. What a fabulous meal! ZRV employees were all smiles and always greeted us with a Hello or an Hola! Please feel free to ask them for their recommendation on things to eat or do. They are all very knowledgeable of the area and had great suggestions. The outside pool/beach area was perfect. The view was beautiful. Both pool side and beach side beds were plentiful. Guest enjoyed food and drinks while relaxing. Alejandro, Orlando Jabbar and life guard Antonio were there to attend to us. Boat transportation and Sunset cruise Captains and crews were very courteous and professional. The Captains made sure to navigate the boat as smoothly as possible. This was my wife's second time a boat and she was a little bit nervous at first. Thank you to Transport Captain Ulysses and Julio and Sunset cruise Captain Tino and Edgar. Check-Out went just as smooth as check-in. Vanessa and Victor were there to wish us well. In conclusion, this 35 room paradise was perfect to relax, be pampered and NOT treated as a room number. And YES, it was a unanimous decision that we will return!

Did not meet expectations.

Restaurant , pool and beach service is outstanding. 5 star. The front of house needs work. Maids didn't really clean the rooms. AC didn't work on day 4 and the hotel staff refused to acknowlegde it until we complained several times. We then moved rooms to only find rotten food in the fridge. Again maids not really cleaning rooms. After room service we put the dishes in the butler pantry for pick up. Those dishes sat there all week.
