?Service: A huge thank you to our pool concierge, Jaime Lagunas! He provided wonderful service and was incredibly attentive. This high standard of service was consistent across all areas of the hotel. ?Resort & Dining: The grounds are beautiful, very well-maintained, and spotless. The food was fantastic—everything you could possibly wish for. ?Location: The location is perfect if you are looking for tranquility. Being in a gated community, it feels very safe and secluded from the busy hotel zone of Cancun, yet it’s only a short drive away if you want more action. ?Value for Money: With the "Unlimited-Luxury" concept, you really get what you pay for. Top-shelf spirits, 24-hour room service, and the high quality of food make it worth every penny. ?Noise Level: Despite being a family-friendly resort, we found the atmosphere very relaxing. The layout is spacious enough that you can always find a quiet spot, and the overall noise level was pleasantly low. ?Point of Criticism: Unfortunately, the "sunbed phenomenon" is an issue here. It is incomprehensible to us, but some guests start reserving loungers as early as 6:00 AM. I hope management addresses this to ensure a fair experience for everyone. ?Conclusion: A wonderful stay in a great hotel. We highly recommend it!

Jamie was very knowledgeable and helpful with every questioned I asked. He was very patient and kind to our family and continued to check in on us to make sure we had all that we needed and how our stay was going. Would highly recommend seeking out Jamie for all your needs at the resort.

Great resort and staff kept the grounds amazingly clean. Even after a big storm one night everything was cleaned up early the next day. Food was excellent at all restaurants but we particularly liked the Fusion restaurant. We had a swim up room and the views were exceptional. Swim ups are on the second floor, so had almost 180 degree views. Pools were great. A couple of nosier pools, but also a lovely quiet pool with lots of shade. Pool concierge staff was exceptional. Jaimie, Alejandro and Marta all very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Also a shout out to Ivonne at the preferred lounge. Helped us immensely with late check out. Hopefully we will be back soon, either to Dreams or the new and improved Secrets next door.

Everything was good! It was clean, food was good, service was good. Had a few issues figuring out a few things (kids club reservations/schedules and room service in the app, etc). All went well though and we would definitely go back!
