We visited Dreams mid January this year and we were part of the preferred Club and stayed as a guest of honor with the world of Hyatt program. The beach on a sunny day was absolutely beautiful with very little seaweed. On days it was windy we stayed by the cabana and played in the powdery fine sand. The restaurants were great everything was delicious with great customer service attentive responsive and helpful. Alberto from the pool concierge was our personal concierge for this trip and he truly made our stay top notch and more than amazing. He went above and beyond in making sure that we felt at home. He even surprised us with a beautifully decorated cabana and totally unexpected goodies to celebrate our son’s birthday. Alberto made our stay stress-free and helped us have an extraordinary trip. He is so respectful and always willing to help. He found ways to make our stay incredible in every single way. Roxanna and Michelle from the pool concierge were also both very helpful in having our needs met. Omar from the beach and pool concierge was also very polite and helpful. He was very friendly and made sure that we had all of our needs met. Herberth from the beach also went above and beyond to get us our drinks and food. These wonderful staff are such an amazing asset to the resort and they made us feel like family. We felt very welcomed and thanks to them, it felt like we were home away from home or even better. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

Best resort we’ve stayed at Stayed in Preferred Club Family Suite Ocean View Room 7323F Tons of space for a family of 5 Great customer service Clean Food was good Beach was amazing - no seaweed, white sand Everything was easily accessible at the resort Staff went above and beyond, especially Primitivo. He was amazing. Greeted us with cold face towels as soon as we arrived and took our luggage promptly to our room. He was very kind and we saw him a few times during our stay and he was always friendly and good to our kids. Honestly I have no complaints with this resort and will come back here again!

This is definitely a 5 star resort, staff, restaurants, food all exceptional. Rooms are clean and comfy. Fantastic beach to walk on. Can not say enough about the staff, so friendly and nice. The resort gardens are kept in impeccable shape. Highly recommend.

The food is not good, only select foods were worth eating. Not worth all the money spent. The security guard followed us around and told us we could not enter our friends room. The desserts ate disgusting to say the least. They offer "free" water sports, then turned me around 3 times that I went to go do it. Even after booking, the water sport attendant was rude and dismissive and did not let us go on the water. But somehow the water sports that you pay for was offered... So I didn't do a single water activity. Will never come back or refer anyone to this resort.

Fantastic Resort with great people and food. Alberto worked hard everyday to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Pedro was always happy and smiling. Luis always had drinks ready quickly. All of the staff are always hustling and super pleasant. The grounds are perfect! Rooms were comfy and staff there were awesome too. Restaurants were great, we were fortunate enough to experience the hibachi restaurant and it was really fun! Great food too obviously.
