We stayed for 5 days to meet with extended family and this property was ideal for a large group of all ages. Nothing we could fault - food was consistently great, the grounds and buildings were beautifully maintained, we enjoyed all the activities and it was great for the adults to be able to access Secrets next door. We read about difficulties with accommodating large groups at dinner, and found this to be true for the one night we tried. After that we just all split up into smaller groups which suited us better anyway - that way everyone could eat what they liked most - and then regrouped for dtinks after dinner. Would definitely recommend Dreams as a place that offers something for everyone - pickleball and paddleball courts, good gym, activities, teen hang out, bars, pools and stunning beach. Everyone was happy with their rooms and the service was great.

Having stayed at Hyatt Ziva Cancun and Dreams Playa Mujeres the Hyatt brand delivered once again. For the 7 day stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres, the resort was able to accommodate 19 of our family members. 12 adults, 6 children under the age of 12, and 1 baby. The resort made accommodations for seating at the various restaurants which made every meal feel like home. Rooms in the preferred club section were relatively close to one another and having access to the various cabanas along the property paid off when the weather was too hot or when a storm system came. The cleanliness of our rooms also reflected the property on a daily basis. Pros: Preferred Club, Pools, Beach Access, L’Etoile, Gaucho, Portofino at Secrets Cons: Buffet - Didn’t always seem fresh due to low volume perhaps. Not much of a variety Ultimately Dreams Playa Mujeres was a great experience that met all of our expectations for such a large group. Like so many reviews before, special shoutout goes to Angel the beach and pool waiter for his friendliness, professionalism, and top tier service. Cheers to Valeria, the chief concierge liaison for helping celebrate all the birthdays, anniversaries, and retirements.

This is a very nice resort the entire staff is very welcoming and attentive and they definitely let you knit is their pleasure to serve and help you with all your needs

Excellent all around service and very friendly and warm welcoming staff! Alberto was super amazing, Fernando (bell service) super awesome guy. Golf was amazing. The food was amazing everywhere we ate especially our chef Santiago at the French restaurant!

We had a group of family and friends for a wedding. Due to Hurricane Helene many changes were required and the staff completed the changes beautifully and everything may have been better than originally planned!
