Great resort and staff kept the grounds amazingly clean. Even after a big storm one night everything was cleaned up early the next day. Food was excellent at all restaurants but we particularly liked the Fusion restaurant. We had a swim up room and the views were exceptional. Swim ups are on the second floor, so had almost 180 degree views. Pools were great. A couple of nosier pools, but also a lovely quiet pool with lots of shade. Pool concierge staff was exceptional. Jaimie, Alejandro and Marta all very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Also a shout out to Ivonne at the preferred lounge. Helped us immensely with late check out. Hopefully we will be back soon, either to Dreams or the new and improved Secrets next door.

Everything was good! It was clean, food was good, service was good. Had a few issues figuring out a few things (kids club reservations/schedules and room service in the app, etc). All went well though and we would definitely go back!

Beautiful Resort, friendly staff, great food! Family friendly, dolphins onsite, pools clean & not overly crowded. Always a chair available at the pool.

As staunch Hyatt Ultra Fans and Globalists—logging over 150 nights with the brand last year alone—we came to Dreams Playa Mujeres with extremely high expectations, and this resort not only met them but beautifully exceeded them. Our October 2024 stay was a truly exceptional experience that elevated the "all-inclusive" model to a luxury standard. While the resort's stunning pools and pristine beachfront provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation, it was the top-notch food, service, and cabana experience that truly set this vacation apart and solidified our faith in the AMR Collection merging into the World of Hyatt family. Every meal was a culinary delight, from the perfectly executed French cuisine at L'Étoile to the fresh, daily ceviche selections. The all-inclusive dining felt genuinely premium, with no detail overlooked, demonstrating why Dreams is a standout in the luxury category. We were particularly grateful for the luxurious private cabana, which was always immaculate, stocked, and provided the perfect sanctuary to enjoy the sun in style. The freaking location next to the club was clutchhhh. The service, however, was the heart of the resort's excellence, personified by the incredible staff. Our personal concierge, Eric, was an absolute superstar. He ensured every aspect of our stay, from dinner reservations to daily activity planning, was seamless and stress-free, handling every request with professionalism and a genuine smile that made us feel prioritized even among fellow Globalists. In the Club Lounge, bartenders Joel and Herberth were legends, tirelessly putting up with our group's enthusiastic requests with patience and good humor, expertly crafting perfect cocktails and making us feel like true VIPs every evening. Their dedication made the lounge the undisputed highlight of our nights and truly exemplified the premium service expected by loyal guests. Finally, the entertainment team elevated the energy of the entire resort without being intrusive. Eduardo in particular stood out, bringing infectious energy to every activity, from pool volleyball to the spectacular evening shows. His enthusiasm encouraged participation and created a fun, memorable atmosphere for all the guests. Between the fantastic food, the unparalleled comfort of our cabana, and the dedicated efforts of team members like Eric, Joel, Herberth, and Eduardo, our October getaway at Dreams Playa Mujeres was nothing short of paradise. For any fellow Hyatt Globalists wondering if the Dreams brand meets the bar—rest assured, it does. We are already planning our return trip while on another trip is a different part of Mexico!

Dreams is a beautiful resort in Cancun. The food was delicious and the staff were wonderful. My favorite of all was a bell boy named Juan. He greeted us with a big smile and fabulous personality that set the tone for our entire visit!
