Amazing!! We had been trying to visit this place and decided to go now that we have our baby, 7 months. Amazing place and we feel we would go back. We loved the size as it feels spacious and not crowded, maybe it helped since we went beginning of October. The service is beyond excellent. Some of the people who made it memorable: At Maris for breakfast and lunch - Hibran, Wilbert, Cesar. They were amazing, Hibran even offered to make food for our baby girl. At Mezes, Guillermo was excellent. At Interlude lobby bar, Yvette and Dionisio were on point. Dionisio would even get fresh fruit to make our drinks so they wouldn't be so sweet since they use a lot of syrup. Sea legs bar pool, Pedro was super attentive. Tres colores restaurant Luis was great. Mermaid pool, Edwin and Herberth wouldn't leave us dry, always attentive and checking on us. Fusión restaurant, Oliver was super friendly and provided good options. Gaucbo restaurant, Gabriel was excellent. The best Pool concierge from many resorts were Rodrigo and Roxanna, always checking on us and our baby and making sure we were comfortable. We would definitely go back.

My husband and I had such a lovely stay at this resort, and we’d happily recommend it to families with children. The restaurants offered better-than-average food, with plenty of options for children. Some of the smaller restaurants could become quite lively when fully occupied, especially with families dining together. The pool bar staff were attentive to children’s drink orders while also preparing excellent beverages for adults. The pools were spacious, with ample deck space for families to relax comfortably. Families may also want to reserve a poolside Bali bed, which provides a convenient spot for younger children to nap. We were consistently able to find a chair, whether we visited after breakfast or later in the afternoon. There were plenty of enjoyable activities for children of all ages, while parents still had opportunities to unwind and enjoy some time on their own. The beach was beautiful, and it was lovely to see so many guests enjoying the water. The facility in general was clean. I did find some stray drink glasses out in the AM, and there was some straws about that weren't picked up at the close of the day before. The rooms were clean and attended to. There were some small indications of wear and the resort had active projects to address them. The landscaping was very nice, again, clean and attended to regularly. It wasn't overgrown but there was lots of tropical color. Mosquitos were present in the early AM and evening, we didn't wear any bug repellant and may have gotten 1 bite a day... maybe. I recommend bringing repellant if you plan on hanging out outside. All dining is enclosed but the lobby bar is not. The only notable drawback during our stay was the pool deck resurfacing. Several areas were closed for three or four days, and the daytime jackhammering was somewhat disruptive. We understand that improvements take time and expect the work will be completed soon, although several areas still required attention during our visit. At one point, the large infinity pool was drained a few inches and its pumps were turned off, causing the water to turn green within 24 hours. With work also underway at the Grotto pool, guests used the large beachside pool or spent additional time at the beach.
