We had an amazing stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres, and one of the highlights of our vacation was the outstanding service from Alberto Perez, the pool attendant. Alberto went above and beyond every day to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time by the pool. He was always friendly, attentive, and had a warm smile that made us feel welcome. Whether it was helping us find the perfect spot, checking in to see if we needed anything, or simply greeting us each morning, his exceptional customer service truly stood out. It's employees like Alberto who make a great vacation unforgettable. His hard work, professionalism, and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed. Dreams Playa Mujeres is fortunate to have such a dedicated team member. Thank you, Alberto, for making our vacation even more special. We can't wait to return!

The resort was very clean and updated. Staff was attentive and very helpful. Nightly entertainment was lacking and food was okay. Restaurants alternated when they were opened and all of them required men to wear collared shirts and closed toed shoes. Overall, I don’t feel the resort was worth the cost.

Amazing time had the cabana service all week and Lucia, Alberto and Roxana, Fernando, Alfredo, Alejandro were super. But Lucia is a one of a kind. All amazing great service would highly recommend

Preferred Club amenities don't reflect website description. If you want Bali beds, then you must wake up before 7AM to race to claim. App only let's you make reservations to one restaurant and that opens at 1PM and fills up. All other restaurants are first come, first serve. We had a pipe leaking in our ceiling in the middle of the night, and when maintenence came to inspect it had multiple bath towels wrapped and was obviously just a fast way to try and cover up burst pipe. Had to wake my 3 and 7 year old up, pack bags, and move to another building at 1AM. Was issues partial refund for Preferred Club upgrade, and a promise to make reservations for our group of 8 at Hibachi restaurant. We showed up and there was no reservation on our last night. Had a very hard time trying to connect with management before we left the following morning. When we met, he basically told me tough luck.

Staff was extremely nice and always played games against me. Got to play against David, Jessica, Josue, Alex, Ricardo, and Bryan and had a great time. Very great staff and awesome experience!
