David that works at the teen club was really nice and played pool with me because no one was in there he was really nice and I will go to the teen area again to talk to him.

Overall this resort is absolutely beautiful. The beaches, the pools, the grounds, all stunning. If you all you want to do is hang out at the many pools, sip drinks at the swim up bars, and vibe, this is the place for you. We went with two kids 4, and 9, and they had a blast. Rooms were spacious and everything functioned well. Especially liked the jet tubs on the porch. Service was great when you were able to flag someone down. Some cons (none of which seriously take away from the overall experience): - service at the restaurants can be slow, like very slow - some of the buffet items taste like they have been sitting under the heat lamps/heating tray for a loooong time (i.e. things that should have been crispy were never crispy, like hash browns bacon, etc.) - the attendants at the pool area are understaffed. it was hard to find someone to get towels, drinks, etc esp on hot days - some of the pool hot tubs were lukewarm (this was a particular bummer on coolers days - we asked for them to raise the temp and nothing came of it) - i'm not sure how to fix this but as everyone said, the lounge chair situation at the pools is a pain. people will try to save their chairs for hours and you have no idea what's occupied and what's not - the texture of the floor/seating of the hot tubs, edge of pools, will absolutely cut you up! no idea why they thought that pebbly/sand material was good for bare feet/butts - their are very few family friendly shows/entertainment and they don't seem to happen often enough or during a window of time when kids are not dead tired/sleeping - kids club is great for the littles, but good luck trying to keep kids between 6 and 13 entertained. teen zone has a lower limit of 13 (i think)

Second time at this beautiful resort. We had a wonderful time. A special shout out to Heily from the entertainment team for providing hours of fun with our kids.

We had an amazing stay and owe it all to the amazing staff…especially Alberto for all of his help as part of the preferred club. He went above and beyond. The property was beautiful, all of the pools have a different vibe so you can find fun or peace as needed. Restaurants were varied and all delicious. Loved Maris most for the food and the service.
