This was an amazing last minute trip with all inclusive and the staff was nothing but awesome - created a great experience, great snorkeling, diving, pool side games for all ages! Roger, Gloria, Poncho, Victoria, Jose, Rosario , Justino, Daniel, lupito, all amazing! Created an amazing 2026!

My trip was great! The environment was clean and healthy! Beautiful views great staff and great food! Jesus Garduza was an amazing waiter! He was very patient and engaged with my family very well! I would recommend him if you go ! Very kind and caring. Definitely made my stay a 10/10

This resort had horrible bedding, no Wifi and no way of getting it if you book with RCI, you pay more for all inclusive than if you were to just book a room, one of our rooms had water coming out of the wall under the bed that was never repaired. Do not go here. The bell staff was great and very accommodating as were the servers. Wish it was more accommodating overall.

What a wonderful smallish hotel with exceptional personnel (especially David, Pablo and Roberto)! Absolutely nothing to complain about. Phenomenal food. Would 100% recommend. (Family from Finland)

Just wrapping up a beautiful week at El CID. Food was good even with only one restaurant. Lots to choose from each day.FYI if you ask for bacon at the omelette station they have it, but they don’t advertise it lol. Staff were very friendly and helpful! We had our 4 month old (baby Nora) with us and the staff were all great about it. We had (3) wait staff in the restaurant that really made us feel welcomed and like family. David, Ruby, and Guarduza. Thank you for a wonderful week full of family time and memories.
