All of the staff were so pleasant and hospitable, the food was really good, and the bartenders Ms. Chuna & Gunther were amazing !

The resort itself is beautiful, could stand to have a bit more night entertainment for the adults. The service was a 0/10 . The employees made us feel as if asking for the simplest things, such a wash cloth was an inconvenience. Trying to get assistance took forever. When we initially arrived our suite door would not lock, we asked twice for maintenance, they did not arrive until the next evening. So our personal items were left unsecured until we figured out a way to pull the lock out OURSELVES. Every day we had to ask for towels after staff had cleaned the room, which one would assume restocking the towels was apart of cleaning the room. This again appeared to irritate the cleaning staff . The food was subpar with the same rotation on a daily. Just rude staff all around. How do you come to work at such a beautiful place knowing tourists will be there and have an attitude, at times first thing in the morning . For this to be our first time in Curacao We were very disappointed.

Great realaxing' reallt nice location would really recommended this place' Sherline pass by to us and we had a great talk.
