Worst hotel experience

This has been the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The general manager showed no care or regard for customer experience, and their attitude was extremely unprofessional. The hotel staff lacked basic first aid knowledge and failed to prioritize the well-being of guests. When an incident occurred, there was no apology or offer of compensation. Instead, they insisted it was the customer's fault and claimed the hotel had no responsibility whatsoever.

I have stayed in several hotels and air b n b’s around Edmonton in the past few months, similar price range - more expensive, and this is the first one that has excellent cleanliness standards, nice rooms, good location and awesome service. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Perfect for a family as there are conjoining rooms and pull out beds in the sofas. Kids loved the pool. We will definitely be staying here again.
