Hyatt Regency Coconut Point was an amazing getaway during a time when it was freezing at home. There were so many activities for the kids to choose from-- water slides, pools, lazy river, lawn activities with the staff, games, etc. We had a great time. Everything was clean, the food and drinks were great, and we really enjoyed our weekend.

This resort is stunning! Want to see a different part of Florida, this is it! Located in between so much, it's easy to stay on property or go out and about if you need! The amenities for kids of all ages are plentiful, it is well maintained, and the views from the Bay side are stunning! Everyone treated us wonderfully. My kids are already begging to go back!

Had a wonderful time until we encountered a dangerous employee. My son was sick for two days and finally on the third day got to do rock climbing and got threatened by an employee. Ruined the trip for him

Breakfast is horrible with waiting time more than an hour, housekeeping members are living in different planet, lying for not upgrading their globalist value members as they stated when this week is available for purchase same-day and next day, more servers needed because one server taking care of a couple of tables which is impossible, varieties, specially at the breakfast area and making the breakfast area bigger at least five times to justify how many Guest, and the most horrible thing is setting a private event that takes most of them amenities from the other members just because and without leaving a notice for other Guest and not really appreciated them.
