One of the relaxing and calming hotels in cayman islands if your looking for a good place to stay within a budget. The facilities given by westin also really good deal when we stay at sunshine. The service of Shena & Tavior are exceptional and they are really helpful. Hats off to their service. Hope to come back Sachi Sri Lanka

The room was terrible! Smelled of mildew/mold. The humidity was 80% in the room (I have a CO monitor with humidity and temp). There was rust on everything metal:lamp shades, hinges, fire sprinkler heads. The lampshades were stained from the rust. The bathtub was stained. The drawers and cabinets had a horrendous mildew/mold smell. The air conditioner dripped water on the floor in the room. I had to put a cup under it and empty it every 8 hours. Requested a different room, but it had the same smell. 2 different guests were requesting room changes because of mildew smell at the same time as us. So it wasn't just one room. The pool was nice, the restaurant has good food. I like that you get to use the amenities at the Westin. That is a huge perk, but having to sleep in a damp, smelly room was horrid. I don't care how cheap it is, I am never staying here again.

Wonderful experience at Sunshine Suites. As a solo traveler, I felt safe the entire time. Much like the other reviewers, Sunshine Grill was some of the best food I had while on the island. Close to the airport, Westin amenities are amazing, rooms are clean and large. All the hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. I saw some say there aren't elevators, but there are. Not super conveniently located (mostly behind most buildings) but they are present and they work! I'd also like to highlight the Sunshine Suites staff in helping me to avoid a travel nightmare. Made it to the airport but somehow managed to leave my backpack behind. I immediately called the front desk and they had my backpack sent to the airport in 20 minutes or so. I will definitely be returning! Thank you guys for making my trip an amazing one that didn't break the bank!

My wife and I enjoyed our 5th stay in the past several years and once again I'll repeat what I wrote previously....this property remains exactly as the numerous reviews on TripAdvisor have suggested over the years....easily the best value on Seven Mile Beach. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the restaurant is inexpensive for Grand Cayman and excellent (we ate lunch and dinner on multiple days at the Sunshine Grill) and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating and the WiFi is excellent from the rooms to the public areas. When we last visited pre Covid in Sep 2019 the hotel was building elevators for both buildings and they are a great addition, though we only used them on arrival and departure to assist with transporting our luggage. Guests of the Sunshine Suites may readily use the beach chaise lounge chairs, towels, gym, spa, WiFi, etc. at the Westin Grand Cayman Resort (200 yards or 5 minute walk) and also charge any food/drinks from the beach to the restaurants/bars to their room at the Sunshine Suites. We took advantage of the Westin's amenities every day and they are a big part of the great value that is the Sunshine Suites. 7 Mile Beach continues to be one of the gems of the Caribbean. While many other islands and Mexico struggle with seaweed issues on their beaches and water, there is no issue with 7 Mile Beach, which remains one of the most beautiful in the world to enjoy walking, swimming (often with fish around you) and snorkeling. To Jessica Kozaily, the GM, and her whole team, thanks again for delivering an excellent experience. And, needless to say, we hope to return sooner than later.

Wonderful boutique hotel, fabulous kind caring staff! Highly recommend the Burger, French Fries, salads, Sunshine Sandwich and Georgetown omlette! A quick walk to the sister Westin hotel with a wonderful beach, lovely pool and many beach chairs! Can't to go back!
