The hotel’s location is very convenient and was one of the main reasons we decided to stay there. Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels quite dated, and the room was not as clean as we would have expected. The air conditioning was extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. In addition, the pool area is in rather poor condition and could definitely benefit from some maintenance and renovation. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, the hotel would need some significant improvements in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort.

Location is very convenient, i'd stay here again for sure. I personally loved the tiny kitchen inside the room, able to make my own coffee every morning and also the very useful fridge

My husband and I stayed since 2014. Last experiences were great. However, during this stay we were not impressed. Housekeeping services were not provided during the stay. Front desk said that we could request a see after 3 days / 4 days. The days were not consistent. Which days are we supposed to request housekeeping? When I took the sign no housekeeping service were provided. I spent $4000 additionally, spent $1000 for guest room. I am not satisfied if you can’t provide a basic service why would I spent my money here.

It was awesome, not just for the location, but the service, the room, the pool... They also provided us with beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. Amazing.

When you add in location, amenities, and price all together, this is one of the better options in Waikiki. It's super great that they have kitchens and a rooftop pool.
