My favourite hotel, where I’ve stayed many times It feels just like living in Hawaii The location is brilliant too! We’ll definitely be staying here again next time! Thank you very much!

The hotel has a lot of potential because the location, pool, and views are genuinely great. Unfortunately, the property feels poorly maintained and not very clean overall. What stood out the most was how excessively limited basic amenities were. It gives the impression that the hotel is being unnecessarily cheap with essentials like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper, as if these were luxury items. Honestly, even installing large refillable dispensers for soap and shampoo would solve most of the issue if providing small bottles every day is considered too expensive. With better maintenance, cleanliness, and a more generous approach to basic necessities, this place could be much better.

Beyond having only 2 working elevators, Pacific Monarch was a really nice place with great access to Waikiki shops, food, and beach. Great views from the ocean view rooms. Nice roof top. Not big at all but nice and quaint. Overall a good place to stay in Waikiki.

Can't beat this hotel's location: 1 block from Kuhio (Waikiki) Beach, right in the center of restaurants, shopping, concerts, etc. Definitely the best price-performer for rooms with separate bedroom, kitchen, pool and central location. We stayed for a week, and both of us were able to work comfortably from our 1 bedroom suite. Our room was on the older side, not fancy, but it had everything we needed for a happy, comfortable stay. And the hotel staff were incredibly helpful when we needed towels, beach chairs, help with parking, extra hangers, etc. We especially enjoyed looking out at the ocean from our room's dining table and lanai while working.

Great views from the roof top and a large room and huge comfy bed. I arrived early but I was provided a key and towel to enjoy the amazing pool, spa and sauna while I waited. Couldn’t fault it - will definitely stay again
