A fabulous location for all the family (we had 14-84 years old family members). Amazing staff were so helpful and friendly. You can step outside the door, cross the road and you're at the beach. Walk almost next door and you're at an ABC store. Sit on the balcony and watch the turtles on the reef. We love using the bbq area for family get-togethers. Have stayed twice and will be back!

We loved staying at Waikiki Beach Tower. The apartment was perfect for our family (2 twin beds for each kid and a king bed for parents); the lanai was huge; the apartment was clean, housekeeping was immaculate, pool and location is perfect for Waikiki area, valet was prompt and always friendly. The bonus perks were very thoughtful (like welcome lei, drink, bag with reusable water bottles, valet for one car, access to Bishop & Art Museums). We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. The area is very busy (felt like Times Square met Miami), but the Beach Tower was the perfect respite from the crowds. The beach is across the street and it was so fun to be able to go down early morning or late evening. If you are on the fence about staying here, this is your sign to do it, you won't regret it!

We stayed on the 23 floor. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was outdated. One leg on bed was broken. Bed mattress was uncomfortable. Privacy door would not work. Drapes looked to be dry rotted with holes and tears in them. Not enough outlets for phones to charge. TV was very small and could not see well when on the couch. Kitchen was nice and clean, but rest of room seemed like a motel 6. Very disappointed in condition of bedroom for the price. View was great of the beach though

The staff were all friendly and professional. The rooms were extremely clean. The hotel gave a homely feel, home away from home. Overall great environment. Highly recommend to all travelers.

Some rooms have been completely remodeled and are absolutely amazing. Other parts of the suites can use some updating. One elevator was out during our 4 night stay creating some wait times during peak usage. Hint- if you want ocean views, get above the 7th floor. It will hopefully also be a bit quieter as the noise from the street and pool area was a bit much early in the morning and late at night.
