I have complain one thing up to now they didn’t return my down payment payment on my account cause you go online and I pay nine dollars forthe reservation and it says free parking. I was checking at 3 o’clock because only half day and we live before nine when I returned the card key asked the lady if we can get the down payment but on my account they took 278 on the online when we do it it says 130 for the room it’s free parking. And the amenities said it’s like $20 but where is the rest? The one they supposed to return to me and I need it

The location honestly couldn’t be better. It’s right by the International Market Place—basically just across the street—and tons of popular restaurants and cafes are within a 2–3 minute walk. Waikiki Beach, bus stops, and tour pickup spots are all within easy walking distance, which made everything so convenient. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We stayed in a Premier King room and had everything we needed, including a balcony, sofa, and table. The bed was incredibly cozy—we slept so well every night. The balcony was also a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing or drying swimwear after the beach. Service was consistently great throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast team especially stood out—they were attentive and efficient even during busy hours, which we really appreciated. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations, and I would absolutely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Hawaii.

Excellent location, right across the street from the International Marketplace (IMP), and Target for basic needs. Easy access to Avis, Budget and Enterprise Car Rentals. At the end of the IMP, turn left and you're at Waikiki Beach. Free Rentals of Beach Chairs, Umbrellas and Wake Boards at Beach Candy at the Twin Fin Hotel. Take a right out of the IMP and you're at the Royal Hawaiian Center. A five minute walk to Royal Hawaiian St. is where you pick up all the Waikiki Trolley lines. The Staff is very friendly.
