What makes this place special are the employees who make everyone feel like guests in their own home. Thank you Ariel, Gerald, Sarah and Julie (in the restaurant) and of course everyone else that I didn’t get to catch their names.

Absolutely loved Romer House Waikiki! The hotel is beautiful, the staff was amazing, and the overall vibe just feels elevated but still fun and welcoming. One of my favorite parts was the programming. We got to attend the Golden Hour Pool Party and had such a good time. Great music, drinks, beautiful people, and the rooftop pool at sunset was the perfect setting. I love that Romer House creates experiences that actually make you want to stay at the hotel and enjoy the property. Definitely one of my new favorite spots in Waikiki. I’ll absolutely be back! ?

Our family of five stayed at Romer Waikiki at The Ambassador, and despite a few service gaps, it offered fantastic value overall. Finding a modern, updated Waikiki hotel that comfortably fits five people in one room and includes full daily breakfast for the entire party is rare, and those savings alone offset a massive chunk of our total stay. The hotel carries a trendy, energetic atmosphere with non-stop music playing in the lobby and a busy schedule of posted events like yoga and parties, though amenities like these, along with the pool and gym, didn't feel very convenient for our family to use. Service was a mixed bag: the valet team was outstanding: fast, attentive, and keeping our rental car damage-free however breakfast quality varied day-to-day. Room cleanliness and upkeep fell short, as housekeeping consistently failed to replenish daily essentials like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and towels, and the shower water pressure was noticeably weak. Finally, while our room was well-insulated from neighboring hallway noise, our sleep was repeatedly disrupted by people fighting directly outside our room and loud sirens throughout the night. Despite the street noise and minor inconsistencies, the top-floor balcony views, unbeatable location, and inclusive family-friendly benefits made it a worthwhile stay.

From the moment we walked in, we felt so taken care of! The atmosphere is honestly unlike any other hotel in Waikiki. The location was perfect, the room was nice and tidy, and the lanai was beautiful! Also want to give a special shoutout to Nia Okimoto, Ariel, and Gerald! They were all so wonderful and made our stay even better. The service was seriously amazing and everyone was so attentive and welcoming. Definitely made our stay a lot more enjoyable! ??

Aloha! ??Romer House is a chill vibe, very laid back urban-beach chic hotel in Waikiki. Great location and excellent service! It was our first time staycation at Romer House definitely will go again! Located in the Heart of Waikiki steps from famous International Market Place! We attended a VIP event at Romer House hosted by FOR THE CULTURE HAWAII, “Golden Hour Pool Party!” The event was lit! We stayed in the deluxe king bed room with balcony and hit it off w 6pm Champagne toast ?? roof top at the pool! Check out the Lei Stand Bar the bartender’s were awesome ?? it was fire! The night was amazing! Thank you to CC we had an amazing time and we look forward to the next event! We got our tickets at @FORTHECULTUREHAWAII VIP event came with the hotel room! Best deal ever! Mahalo!
