I definitely recommend staying here. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be welcoming. We did the breakfast everyday and everything we ate was delicious. The location was exceptional with shops and restaurants just down the block.

The very first thing to find out is that there is no parking available, only valet at $55 per day. The reception is small and they also informed me of an inflated $500 deposit for the stay. we got a Suite which was very basic but clean. In summary, not worth the $$

We loved staying at the Romer House! The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were able to secure a room for 5 people. The beds are nice and comfy. We utilized their free rental partnership almost every day we stayed, which was a pleasant bonus. One issue we found is the street noise (like other reviews have mentioned). They love to party in Waikiki, so it is not uncommon to hear loud music and traffic through the night. Of course, this is not the hotel’s fault. If you don’t mind the noise, the location is great for walking around, shopping, and super close to the beach. The only other qualm was the bathroom shower. The shower glass door is oddly designed, so water spills onto the toilet and floor and it doesn’t retain heat well. Other than that, we had a lovely time. Thank you to the awesome staff!

I can not recommend this hotel, it was so noisy, the rooms was small, no storage for luggage only a small wardrobe for clothes. Smokers right below our room so being on the balcony wasn’t very pleasant. We had a street front room so we heard everything. Staff are ok but check in and out is slow. Bathroom is also small with limited storage and nothing drys
