Customer Service Improvement

Hotel itself is beautiful... Ocean Views and Beaches are great... Customer service at Front Desk and Concierge needs to improve. I got sick the first night from the food in the buffet (dinner). Throwing up all night at around 3am the power goes off for about 2 hours. I was sick for 3 days with the stomach bug. No DR on site had to get a taxi to town to see a DR. upon returning reported to Front Desk (no apology) pass the buck to concierge, and concierge treated us like we were making it up and instead of being understanding we were being interrogated as we were not asking for nothing for free or a refund. we just wanted them to be informed that a got sick from the food, and aging no apology or any kind of correction to be taken from hotel. We lost 3 days of enjoying the amenities and had to cancel our tours that we had scheduled prior.

Did Kayaking and sailboat with Uriel. He was super nice and helpful he spoke in English too. I did notice the long queue of people waiting to do these activities because there wasn’t a lot of kayak and sailboat. But overall the experience was great. The food at the buffet was amazing too.
