Wonderful location with perfect weather Staff looked after all our needs immediately Large number of activities for all including a free bird watching tour around site Large number of restaurants kept palate engaged for a week at this all inclusive Caution when checking in Had asked for a room with easy access- no stairs- with king bed Were told at checkin that no rooms fitting that description were available Room provided was 20 steps down a narrow passage without king bed In addition the lower floor room had overwhelming smell of mold A forceful call with checkin staff corrected issue within minutes Not sure why done at original checkin

Our rating is 4+. Clean resort, very nice service, food was good with a lot of mexican dishes. Beach with a beautiful view of the cliff shore. Plenty of loungers, clean white beach towels always available. Snorkeling right off the beach with full of various fish. We intend to return. Stayed 5-19 December 2025

Abraham simply made the whole experience for us. He was super helpful, charismatic and entertaining. His role on the “fun crew” was paramount to our experience here at Las Brisas. Thank you to all the amazing staff who work so hard to make this place amazing.

Had an awesome 10 days here with my family! Super easy flight down from Vancouver and friendly drivers to and from airport. Delicious food and fun activities including the staff and other guests! We loved the water aerobics, performances, bingo, dance lessons and karaoke especially with Abraham! He was awesome!! Our parents come yearly and this was our first year coming and we will definitely back! The beaches and pools were beautiful and clean and felt safe the whole time <3

Our holiday was wonderful! We had a very scenic view from our room.. the beaches are pristeen and each offers a different experience! The staff is exceptionaly helpful and kind. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. The pools are beautiful, with an adult only pool as well as a very nice family pool where activities take place for both young and not so young to participate in. Night life is always nice, with music and places to gather. The only dissapointment we had this year was rhe food at the dinner resturants... it just was not as goid as last year,. Breakfast served in both areas was top notch. The buffet at lunch and dinner were both great...we will be returning next february to celebrate another milestone birthday in our family. After sharing our dissapointment with the food, i want to leave this with a thankyou to the staff for making each encounter we had with each if them a friendly and warm experience!
