Terrible experience overall. The food quality was very poor, drinks tasted cheap, and the attitude from both the bar staff and reception team was disappointing. Most of the staff driving the golf carts looked unhappy and unwelcoming as well, which made the atmosphere even worse. The room was another huge issue — the air conditioning barely worked. I was sweating every single night and could not sleep comfortably. For the price and expectations of a hotel stay, this was unacceptable. Definitely not the relaxing vacation experience we were hoping for. I would not recommend this hotel.

An excellent all-inclusive for families with very good service and plenty of amenities. Having a reef so close to shore for snorkelling is perfect for kids and cautious swimmers. Las Brisas is hilly – so be prepared for a hike between buildings, or use the readily available golf cart service to get around. The food was fine, but not quite as good as it was a couple of years ago.

Honest Review (Have experience with travel to Cancun/Riviera/Cabo) - Beach & views are great. Coves are swimmable with awesome snorkeling etc. - Most staff were friendly & helpful. We had a few bumps along the way but things were sorted (somewhat) quickly. - Food is 6/10 - not great, not bad. - Lots of wildlife to see at this resort! This is very cool. However - not as cool when the birds are picking at the buffet you are going to eat from, or walking on all the tables. Just something to keep in mind when eating at the outdoor restaurant. - Resort is dated, and not kept up as well as others I've stayed at. Noticeable from the lounge chairs at the beach, to the curtains hanging in your room. Things are(or look) dirty and could use a major upgrade IMO. I noticed dirty glasses left at tables for a long time, and things just overall look messy. - This all inclusive has a very large footprint. If you are travelling with anyone who has mobility issues I would keep this in mind. This is outside of the carts that can take you to your room. Lot's of stairs & hills to get anywhere on site. All in all - If you are looking for an adventure, like the HOT heat, not fussed about being in your room, then you would do great here to do snorkeling every day and hit some excursions.

Uriel took us on a wonderful Catamaran trip on The. Bay as part of our stay at Las Brisa’s …, safe and fabulous traveling over the water!!! Highly recommend
