First time in Huatulco and stayed at Las Brisas because of their all inclusive package. It is a family oriented place. Several families enjoying the place and beautiful waters. The grounds are pretty big and because of that, it pretty much is difficult to get from one point to another on foot. You pretty much have to utilize the assistance of staff taking you to and fro in golf carts. This also depends on what part of the grounds you are staying at...some buildings may be closer to the beaches and pools, but they have different locations and some are pretty far and you will have to use the golf carts as a means to get to where you are going. The rooms are very spacious and amenities are great. We stayed in Pueblo Mar and the view from our balcony was amazing! Simply breathtaking. I wish they would have had a smart TV so that guests could access Netflix, etc. Housekeeping was on point and offered top notch service. Thank you for that. The variety of food choices offered at the buffet was great as well, however, wish they had some type of air curtain in the open seated areas to prevent you from having to swat flies rather than enjoy your meal. I am not sure if their vent hoods were working properly but it seemed like the heat was circulating in the dining room instead. In regards to the pools, I believe there are two..one for adults and another for kids. A place of this size should invest in adding another pool somewhere on the grounds. I only enjoyed it one day because one...no chairs available and two...preferred the beach hands down. Side note - steps and ladders to get in and out of the pool are limited. There was a man using the ladder as a seat and never moved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The worst experience I have had so far. It is not beach access unless you think waiting 20 minutes to be picked up and dropped off every time you want to go. Every restaurant requires a reservation except for one. That one has a dress code that is not beach friendly. I’ve been here one day and I wish I could give them a negative star but there is no option. Everything here is a struggle. Go somewhere else. For so far the food is subpar.

The staff, Arely, Lupita and [missing name], are caring, energetic and professional. Simply a high-end option for your kids and for adults to chill with absolute peace of mind. Rules are clear, activities are fun and thoughtful, in a comfortable and sanitary environment, a no-brainer.

The kids club was very good kids had lots of fun with all the activities. They had swimming, art, face painting and more. The staff was super nice and attentive. The food was very delicious we enjoyed all the buffets. The drinks were delicious aswell.

We visited Las Brisas, Huatulco June 20, 2024. A total of 6 days. Our family vacation included 7 adults and 4 kids. This resort exceeded my expectations. From arrival everything was awesome. From check-in, to the amenities, the pools, beaches, rooms, transportation to and from the rooms, the staff, the food, restaurant options, and the environment. The resort is beautiful. It’s in between the ocean, mountains and jungle. There are beautiful animals, beautiful scenery and of course beautiful beaches. It has multiple bays to visit and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I felt relaxed and safe during the entire stay. The food was delicious. My favorite restaurant was Bellavista. It’s a buffet, however they changed the theme/menu each day. I would recommend this resort to every one of all ages. It’s calm and not overly crowded. I can’t wait to return.
