The hotel is very old , rooms are not maintained , NOT AS ADVERTISED …. Staff top notch … not recommended for people who have trouble getting around … Tons of stairs ….hotel rated as 4.5… not sure how ? Probably 3…. Paid a lot of money for a week … food not great ….. if it wasn’t for the staff , would not go back …

Abraham, Aurelio, jeshua made the experience so so fun! All of the entertainment crew are absolutely wonderful! So kind and inclusive! Could not have asked for a better holiday!

Uriel took us to beautiful Velero trip. I re comed going through the bay. He has a lot of knowledge of the area. Thank you Uriel!

Overall the experience was average. Price to quality did not meet our expectations. There are a few service staff, particularly Juan the food and beverage supervisor, who did an excellent job. However, other service staff seemed distant and did not make us feel welcomed. Lots of stairs, walking, etc. but the driving team was prompt and courteous with the shuttles. Food was average at best with one incident being poor. The all inclusive impression was not met - room service extra, top shelf drink extra, bottles of wine extra charges. The building itself is dated and housekeeping team excellent. Great job on the entertainment, excellent New Years Eve celebration and the beaches are beautiful. Overall average, we paid a lot to be here during this time and expected more.

In regard to the spa - I got a 30 minute deep tissue massage from Gabriela this morning. The price was reasonable and the service was professional. She worked my upper body vigorously. (In a good way! LOL) I was all clenchy from the plane and needed to be unkinked. She even rubbed my side body a little bit which a lot of masseuses don't do. 5 stars. No notes.
