Excellent relaxing atmosphere!!

We are here right now. So keep in mind that this is perhaps 'shoulder season' and it will start getting very busy by the second week of December. I speak some Spanish as well. Food is VERY GOOD. A la carte are good as well. If the sausage is hard as rock then get up and get something else! Beaches here are the best in the entire area of places with nicer resorts since there is a small reef. Staff are VERY friendly-say 80% of them. If you smile and make an effort that is. Their English skills are definitely the lowest of any commercial tourist area. Some comments here regarding rude staff is quite mind boggling. NOW what I would tell my friends: Don't come during the high season. December to March?? We have absolutely no problem in early November getting a beach hut or pool chair. Same with no meal lineups! If this place were considerably busier, I would think that getting a 'trolley' for a meal or going back to your room after a hot sticky day would be insanely uncomfortable. You have to be prepared with your beach stuff when you go to breakfast so that you don't need to travel back up the hill until after lunch. Music is very Beiber-free ??so if you want English top hits all day at the pools, go elsewhere. The place dies after 1130 or so so you have to make your own fun!
Really enjoyed the aqua aerobics with instructor Braulio!

The resort was beautiful and the staff were accommodating. We travelled with WestJest vacations (Nexus) and found Julio very helpful daily. He was there to translate any important info about our resort and tours and his knowledge of the area is excellent! Look forward to seeing him the next time I return to this resort!
Beyond expected !!!

Service exceeded our expectations. Employees were super friendly and helpful. A young lady by the name of Brenda Aguilar Garcia made our stay enjoyable. There was not one concern or question that she didn't go out of her way to help us. She made us love all the experience as a whole. I give our experience a 10 star.
Nice scenery, but resort can use lots of improvements

It’s a nice resort location , beaches are great , beach chairs and shade very available. Overall we had a good time . The resort has large clean rooms with great views , is great . The resort’s rooms however could use major upgrades, much has aged with the rooms . The food in the buffet is very so so , and not anywhere near as good as the food in Mayan Riviera or Cancun resorts . It’s very repetitive food , less variety, and much cools down quickly . The food at the speciality restaurants is absolutely disgusting, not even much edible in my books .
Give it a try

Beautiful place situated on hills. The bedroom has lots of space. the balcony offered a beautiful view at all times. Nice to sit and see the sunrise. The 3 sandy beaches and pools offered different views and experiences. 2 days, we had small stingrays displaying their prowess. In the dining room, lots of choices. However, limited for people with food sensitivities. One evening they made chicken soup for me. Thank you
