I highly recommend this property. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everybody is friendly and they make you feel comfortable. This is a real paradise. Love it! I definitely come back soon. It's a real value

First of all the property is very lush and beautiful with commanding view of bay. We had club room with great ocean view, we were 4- wife, myself, and 14 and 17 yo daughters. Room a bit old fashioned with poor plumbing, had to move to another room close by in same section. Lots of walking and taking shuttle but we were OK with that..sometimes wait was up to 10 minutes. Food Medicare depending on night and restaurant. Great gym and pools, if want to swim laps get to bigger pool by 7-8AM. Great gym. Very nice staff all over resort- very polite and hard working. Huatulco is very authentic Mexico, setting is very lush and dense with forest in surrounding area. Lots of small villages in area, love being in setting with hardly any tourists. Lots of locals in low season mixed with Canadians in high season. We went in low season Lots of people -had to time right for buffets or else waiting in line. We stayed long enough to eat at all a la carte places with mix of buffet. Overall, beautiful place, wonderful staff but a little old fashioned . I would recommend, but we don't go back to same places since so many areas to travel but others should stay at resort and in area.

My family of 5 vacation at this resort and it was great. Great service, good food and the beach/ resort was well kept. The shows and entertainment was excellent. I would recommend this resort to friends and family.

The only negative aspect was our living room area would not stay as cool as our bedroom. We kept the curtains closed to help keep the heat out, which then blocked the beautiful views.
The resort is different than any we have stayed at before, the transport to and from rooms made it unique. Our wait times were very short and when we opted to walk, such a beautiful walk to enjoy!

We booked the all inclusive premium package. We stayed in the building named Del Mar. Two queen beds with a couch, table and two chairs. The closet was huge and we had a dresser that held all of our clothes. There was a hairdryer makeup mirror and lock box provided. The Wi-Fi on the property was phenomenal able to stream Netflix on several devices in the room. The bathroom had a double sink with a large shower. We wanted for nothing in the room. The mini fridge was stocked daily with beer water soda and snacks. The resort is huge but walkable if your not out out of shape or handicap. We found out fast that it was easier to walk to several places rather than to take the tram. The trams are very reliable and can be summoned by phone. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. I am not sure why anyone would complain about anything at the resort except for the food at Kabash which was one of the reservable dinner spots. The food was horrible here’s and we actually went into town after not eating there. All of the other restaurants the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The drinks were readily available at the bar. I am in the wine and spirits business and consider myself a bit of a booze snob but was not disappointed. The staff all around were friendly and helpful all around. We didn’t spend much time at the pool. We came for the beach and ocean. I will say that the poll area is very noisy during the day if you don’t like to party and stay involved skip it. The highlight of our trip was a fishing trip with Angel, Louis, and John. These guys are professional fisherman and we caught fish. We got 4 tours in one on this trip. We saw dolphins whales and private bay and snorkel tour. They took us to a quiet beach after a long day on the boat and the restaurant cooked our fish for us while we snorkeled. The fishing trip was so awesome I decide to go again without the family and we slayed them again. The girls enjoyed the spa that day which they say was awesome and very reasonable compared to USA prices. I have no idea why anyone would give this resort a bad review. We travel extensively and rarely partake in all inclusive. There is a ton of stuff to do in the area. We rented a car for 5 days and explored the area. You are in Mexico so expect people to speak Spanish. Most employees did but please try and learn a little while your there
