Unit was clean, roomy. Air condition fan nice to have. Kitchen laundry a plus! Patio enjoyable. 2 baths nice for privacy. Would like a better view. Pool super warm..central area nice.

Bait and switch property. Upon arrival, the experience was immediately concerning. I was handed a single towel in poor condition at check-in and told it would be the only one provided for my stay, which set the tone for what followed. It reeked of Febreze or cheap scented detergent. Inside the unit, I encountered numerous issues, including but not limited to: bugs throughout the kitchen area, visible stains on both the carpet and bedding, cracked walls, and a strong mildew odor. There was also a dead bird directly outside the entrance. Additionally, several safety and maintenance concerns were apparent. Multiple windows and doors were already open upon arrival, which raised security concerns after the woman at the front desk told me the safe key was “strongly recommended.". The television in the bedroom was nonfunctional; the remote only turned it on and off but did not perform any additional function. The air conditioning units lacked remotes, requiring me to stand on furniture to make manual adjustments. The bed was improperly made, without a fitted sheet, making it unusable for a comfortable night’s sleep. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the sheet as well under the pillows. The lamps next to the bed were covered in dust. Given these conditions, I made the decision to vacate the property after the first night.

Very large rooms perfect for families and larger groups plenty. Plenty of room even. Living room is huge . Easy free parking

Staff is very helpful. Too bad staff at check in can't do anything about unit reservations, only the reservations person works the unit reservations

Wonderful place to stay the condo was clean very spacious and quiet. The staff at the front desk was so friendly. House Keeping came every day. We could walk down to Surfside and straight to the beach. Great location in Kihei.
