We had our flight back home canceled due to Hurricane Lala. We had to check out of another resort so were thrilled to be at the Ka’anapali Shores. The facilities were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

we have stayed here twice before. This time we encountered roaches in our condo. one actually jumped out behind the stove while we were cooking. also breakfast at the resort was very busy and one of the staff members lost his cool with the line and the waiting and started yelling and cussing people out and telling them he was crossing them off the list. Didn’t involve us, but was still pretty crazy to witness. We ended up leaving and not eating there that day.

Amazing! Didn’t expect such quality, cleanness, comfort, exceptional experience. The beds, pool, the kitchen everything exceeded our expectations.

Epic experience can't wait to get back. This property offers everything that one would hope for. And more Maybe I'll buy one

We went to Aston Kaanapali as a family of 4. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo booked through Maui Paradise Properties. We had an ocean facing balcony which was our favorite place to hang out. Morning coffee & sunset dinners. The pool was great. Small, but large enough to keep the kids busy. We enjoyed the tiki bar at the front pool. They made an excellent Mai Tai. The location was good. We could walk to other hotels, a grocery store, a few eateries. The beach was okay. If snorkeling is your thing, this is not your place. Next time we would choose to stay elsewhere. The snorkeling in front of Honua Kai or farther down that stretch was great.
