Staff were friendly and helpful but accommodation was dingy and in places, dirty. Bathroom walls had black patches. Peeling paint. Bed was old, saggy, and extremely uncomfortable. We moved from our initial suite since the bath and basin did not drain. Limited kitchen equipment. Access area to our first suite (328) was dirty and run down.

Gorgeously landscaped resort, right on the beach! We had a junior suite - spacious and welcoming - rooms were nice, not outstanding. Garden view. The restaurant - The Beach Club Restaurant and Bar - had amazing food! We ate there twice :) The pools were stunning, and the resort had a variety of shops if you needed various things. The staff were all helpful and cheerful. Lovely place to relax and enjoy Maui :)

I love staying there, it feels like home. This was my 5th time. Everyone is always so nice and accomodating. Rooms are always clean, and kitchen is always stocked with Plentyoffish utencils. Beds are also very comfortable, and they give you plenty of pillows.

We loved our stay and highly recommend the Aston Kaanapali Shores. The staff was great and the grounds, pool and beach were wonderful. Having 3 sliders and a huge balcony on the corner unit was great. The view was amazing! Our unit could use some updates, but it was comfortable and clean.

All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room is very spacious, especially having 2 very active nephews with us. Cleanliness was spot on. The housekeeper did a great job on our room and they always smiled even delivering requests. The beach is just literally steps away from the property.
