Parking attendants helpful. More kids than adults in pool. Parents not watching them. Missed the French Onion soup. ??

We really enjoyed this condo-resort! The two pools gave a nice variety, the beach just south was beautiful and nice to swim at, walkable to groceries, food trucks and more. The gardens are beautiful and so nice to walk through in quiet mornings. The live music a couple times in the evening was a pleasant treat that we enjoyed from our lanai. Pickleball courts were great. Housekeeping and parking is extra, but we don’t typically need a cleaning during our stay so we opted out. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a two bedroom plus loft with an ocean view and it was perfect, comfortable and spacious. Rooms were slightly dated, but functioned well and were clean and maintained. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Already have plans to return and stay again. The cinnamon buns from the coffee shop in the lobby are delicious!

We are now staying in Kaanapali Shores condo 905. Absolutely spectacular condo. The view of the Pacific Ocean is amazing. The grounds pool and beach are perfect. Tim and Louise. Winnipeg Canada.

Fabulous hotel, do not hesitate to stay here. The pool, gardens, restaurant, and spaciousness are hard to beat. The hotel staff are accommodating and helpful as well.

This is the perfect place to stay with family. We went on our first vacation together with our kids and grandkids and staying here at the Aston Kaanapali Shores was simply the best. It has everything that we could possibly want and need: two swimming pools that our grandkids couldn't get enough of, a beachfront that allowed them to put their feet in the water and play in the sand, a walking path along the coast that I walked on every morning, close proximity to great restaurants and shops, a grocery store across the street, and some of the best food trucks around, located just a few steps away. Our room was perfectly quiet with a view of the ocean. I went to bed and woke up listening to the soft ocean waves gently lapping the shore. Unlike other hotels that I've stayed at, the entire complex was designed well, so that I didn't hear or see any guests from our room. We had arrived to a very clean apartment. The bathroom had all the amenities that we needed, including shower gel, lotion, shampoo, condition, and hand soap. The kitchen had everything we needed for dining: cooking pans and utensils, a full set of silverware and dinnerware, water and drinking glasses, coffee cups, and even paper towels, dishwashing liquid, automatic dishwashing fluid, and a scrub brush. We had a king-size bed in the bedroom. It was roomy and extremely quiet. The view was outstanding. We were fortunate enough to get a view of the ocean not too far away from the beach. Service from all of the hotel staff was impeccable. The only negative we experienced was that the hotel restaurant wasn't that good when we took our family of 7 to dinner. The waiter was not that together. Though he was nice and friendly, his customer service attention and skills need improvement. I've spent years in food and beverage, so I'm aware of how to take care of a customer. The saving grace was that the busperson who gave us water and cleared our plates was awesome. Overall, considering how expensive a trip to Maui can be, we feel that our stay here was of good value. We had a clean and welcoming place to stay while we experienced a variety of things to do and places to visit in Maui. We already have decided to make this an annual trip and to stay here at the Aston Kaanapali Shores each and every year. It was that good of an experience! Thank you goes out to every member of the team who work there. From housekeeping to the front office staff to the groundspeople, each of them did a great job in ensuring that we had a beautiful time in Maui. We look forward to returning to this extraordinary location!
