Great hotel - I would definitely stay again

Lgo987 (Las Vegas, Nevada) on Dec 09, 2025

We only stayed one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. It was really nice! Our room was large and comfortable, and the property was beautiful. We enjoyed the live music outside by the pool/bar, and had a snack from the grill. The bartender was very friendly, and the front desk staff was helpful in giving advice / tips for our day of adventure on our way out. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it.

Awesome experience!

Loved this hotel! So many awesome amenities and the staff was wonderful. They have bikes free laundry. Shuttle. W And it’s walkable distance to the beach and restaurants. They even have a separate room with bathrooms and showers if you have a late flight and can stay and use the amenities. Will definitely stay again.

Fabulous stay!

Wendy K (Rancho Palos Verdes, United States) on Nov 23, 2025

This hotel is located in a wonderful spot. There isn't need to wander far, but if you would like, they have a bus that takes you in a 3-mile radius and that is much farther than you might think. The rooms are comfortable. The bathrooms are large. And the rooms that overlook the pool also have a great ocean view. As if that's not enough, there is laundry with free soap pods on each floor. The bar is so good that locals like to go there. The restaurant on site was undergoing renovations, so the food was served at the bar. The stay was lovely and would definitely stay there again if I stay Kehei side. Mahalo Maui Coast Hotel!

We loved this hotel

TessK22 (Jacksonville, Florida) on Nov 19, 2025

This is a lovely hotel. We had an ocean view room overlooking the pool area and enjoyed the view from our balcony very much. Hotel is clean, comfortable and all staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Poolside cafe and bar are great. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and hotel supplies beach chairs for a nominal fee and beach towels. Loved getting refillable aluminum water bottles at check-in, and free laundry on every floor.

Might be the best option on Maui

Aellis837 (Tennessee) on Nov 18, 2025

Truly a great stay for a great price. We loved: Very clean, updated, spacious rooms in the newer building. 3rd floor Resort view was mostly pool view but a bit of the ocean too (it’s across the street) — 6th floor view was gorgeous! Our balcony was also spotlessly cleaned. No noise issues whatsoever — very soundproof Beautiful and mostly uncrowded pool area with 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, a bar, decent happy hour, and some food offerings (+more coming soon with the new restaurant!) Little extras that make this feel like a higher end property (orchids for your hair, complimentary bags and water bottles, complimentary afternoon ice cream by the pool, pickleball, bikes). And my boyfriend reported a beautiful view from the gym! The staff kept the pool area perfectly organized (not one chair or umbrella out of alignment, ever.) And we saw them cleaning the pools every night There were a few families but it still felt romantic Greet home-base for exploring Maui and some restaurants are within walking distance (pro tip — literally no restaurants except a couple bars and fast food are available after 10p and even after 9 it’s super limited) Very little annoying resort behavior from other guests (you know what I mean — smoking, loud music/partying, chair saving etc.) Live music each evening (mellow crowd pleasing stuff) was enjoyable There’s always a few who are less friendly, but for the most part the staff were very kind and happy to help with anything A few suggestions for improvement: ** housekeeping schedule. It’s supposed to be daily, but we found (as late risers) that if we didn’t leave the room until 11-noon, we’d be skipped. I took to texting the provided number once we left, to get on the housekeeping list, so it was fine, but perhaps a better system could be put in place? I imagine a relaxing/honeymoon destination like this gets plenty people sleeping in! It was also hit or miss with them replacing toiletries and coffee/tea ** full size soap dispenser instead of the tiny bars that get all weird and sticky ** They should check wristbands more on weekend nights. We met a group in the hot tub who freely shared that they weren’t guests and just snuck in for the amenities. Huge pet peeve of mine as part of what you pay for is only having to share with other guests not random people Overall this is one of the best value stays on Maui, based on my research. I think you’ll really enjoy it! They even have a shuttle that’ll take you within a few miles. It feels like they’ve thought of nearly everything here, and that’s exactly what you want during one of the few (or only!) times you get to go away and relax each year.
