This hotel was extremely mediocre, and the service made it worse. The one time we allowed housekeeping into the room, they threw away my shower cap even though it was clearly hanging up to dry. When I called to request a replacement, I was told they only had the standard caps provided in the rooms, which are far too small for long hair and completely unusable for me. Because of this, we ended up missing an excursion. It was a frustrating and avoidable situation caused by careless housekeeping and not made any better by the front desk. Absolute trash experience and will not be back

This was our first stay at Maui coast hotel and we will definitely stay again. We stayed in the hoku tower. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. You got some cold lavender infused face towels at check in to refresh with. Our room was clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. Having live music at the pool every night was great. There is a washer and dryer for guests to use at no cost, that is a nice amenity. We didn’t get a chance to use the bikes, hopefully next time. The location is great, so many options within walking distance for food, shopping, beaches. They also have Tommy bahama beach chairs and umbrellas to use and offer beach towels. The wristband waterproof room keys made it so easy to keep track of (no digging in my bag to find the room key) . I feel they offer some great amenities and wonderful customer service.

We Loved this hotel. Clean, updated, two pools three hot tubs. No nickel and diming. Everyone was polite. We went to breakfast-it was delicious. Wish we would have stayed rather than going to Lahaina.

The Maui Coast Hotel is ideally located in Kihei—close to beaches and great dining? and shopping, yet peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in the newer tower, and the room was spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, and quiet, perfect for our family of three. The pool and hot tubs were excellent, with plenty of space to lounge in the sun. Every staff member we met was friendly and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. With updated rooms, a great pool area, and top-notch hospitality, the hotel offers excellent value for a Maui getaway. We highly recommend it to friends and family.
