We had a wonderful week-long stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The property was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful, with a walking path and stunning ocean views that made it easy to relax and enjoy the setting. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and attentive. The pool areas were well stocked with plenty of towels and chairs, which made our days there easy and stress-free. There are several on-site dining options. While they are on the pricier side, we found that to be consistent with most places on the island. The shuttle service to nearby restaurants and the golf course was a great perk and made getting around very convenient. Two employees truly made our stay exceptional. Paige, who served us twice in the restaurant and once at the pool, went out of her way to make our kids feel special and included. She was incredibly warm and engaging—we were always happy to see her. In fact, we changed our dinner plans on our last night just so we could dine where she was working because our kids were so excited to see her again. Arman at the front desk also went above and beyond to help with a request, and did so with genuine kindness and professionalism. His friendliness really stood out. We loved our stay and would happily return.

This is a wonderful resort hotel. It is in a delightful setting close to shops and restaurants. Families will find it enjoyable. Friendly and helpful staff are a plus. A delightful costal trail is very popular. Shuttle service is available. Room quality is up to Marriott standards for a resort destination and the pools and grounds are well maintained.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at the Wailea Beach Resort Marriott, Maui, and it’s entirely thanks to Adrian Morales. After multiple flight cancellations left us stranded in Maui, we found ourselves in a stressful and uncertain situation, especially traveling with both our family and my in-laws. On top of that, Maui was experiencing torrential rain, flooding, and road closures. It could have easily turned into a very difficult trip. Then we met Adrian. He stepped in with urgency, empathy, and an incredible level of care. Not only did he find rooms for us on short notice, but he secured an oceanfront room as well as another room with perfect access to the pool. He was extremely accommodating and thoughtful in every detail, making sure both sides of our family were taken care of. What stood out most was how genuinely he cared. Adrian didn’t just solve a problem, he completely changed the trajectory of our trip. In the middle of chaos and uncertainty, he created a sense of calm and turned our stay into something truly special. The resort itself is an absolute oasis in one of the most beautiful parts of our country, but it’s people like Adrian who make the experience unforgettable. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us. If you have the chance to stay here, you’re in amazing hands. And if you’re lucky enough to work with Adrian Morales, it will elevate your entire experience.

This place couldn't be more perfect! It is right on the shore and the property is huge! There is 5 pools, a couple restaurants, and a beautiful beach walk that connects a bunch of the resorts. We ere always able to find a chair at one of the pools any time day. They also have 2 beaches that. you can go to. It is great, you can snorkel right off the Beach. The staff was amazing. They were very attentive and did a great job of checking in with you and offering suggestions if you were looking for activated etc.. I. honestly could not recommend this place more.
