Large hotel but comfortable

Comfortable hotel with all the usual facilities and shops but surprisingly not a full restaurant. That said there are plenty outside to choose from. The room views are variable so check in advance if this is important to you. Parking is available.

Huge Rooms, Amazing Location & Thoughtful Touches—Loved Our Stay!

We had a great stay at Delta Hotels Kelowna and would absolutely return. When we arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready yet, but the front desk handled it well—they took my number and called us as soon as it was available, and the wait wasn’t long at all. Nice, easy start. We stayed in Room 301 in the south tower, and it was huge. The layout was fantastic—separate closet and wardrobe space, a desk, comfy king bed, couch, chair, and even a patio. The bathroom was just as impressive, with tons of counter space, a jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. The location is hard to beat. It’s about a 2-minute walk to the casino, right next to Okanagan Lake, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The on-site restaurant also has outdoor dining right by the water, which is a great touch. Bonus: Okanagan Parasail (the one with the Canadian flag parachute) is right next door. We appreciated the little extras too—bottled water and apples on arrival, and at checkout they handed out free lemonade and bags of apple chips. Small details, but they make a difference. The amenities were excellent. The gym was fully equipped, and the pool area is really well done. There’s an indoor pool and hot tub, with a retractable wall/door so you can swim outside, plus another outdoor hot tub. There’s also a separate outdoor pool that was closed during our stay for painting, but it looked like a great space. Lots of lounge areas for relaxing in the sun. From the south tower, you also have access to the villas, which are even larger—something we’d consider next time. We were in town for a conference and had a lovely overall experience. Checkout was quick and friendly, and everything about the stay felt easy and comfortable. Would 100% come back.
Could use some updates

This was my third time staying at this hotel. The location is great! The room we were originally given was a bit run down with mold in the shower and a damaged bathroom door that didn’t stay closed. The hotel team moved us to a new room next door and it was much better. The fire alarm went off twice during the night at 4am and 5am so we didn’t get the best sleep. The pantry for Bonvoy members is a nice touch and great to grab snacks and a quick breakfast. Would stay here again but it would be great if the hotel could do some updates to the rooms and the gym which are showing signs of wear.
Will return!

My partner was here for a conference and I tagged along. We were stoked to be upgraded to a suite in the north wing that overlooked the water. At check in we were also given bottled water which was a nice touch after our air travel. The suitewas well appointed and in good repair. We agreed the bed was the softest we’d slept in in awhile but was still comfortable. We both made use of the spa facilities and were a bit surprised that it couldn’t be billed to the room. Because we came in late October there was no resort fee. However looking at the things included for the fee, it appeared to be a good value.
