Fountainbleau Las Vegas 2026
Maria H on May 16, 2026
What started out as a quick girls’ trip to Fontainebleau Las Vegas turned into one of the most memorable getaways we’ve had. We even found ourselves asking for staff members’ names along the way because we wanted to be sure everyone who made our stay special was recognized and thanked. Phil, our driver, welcomed us warmly from the start and shared wonderful suggestions for restaurants, must-see artwork throughout the lobbies, and shopping areas we should explore. Rafael, our bellman, guided us to the VIP registration desk — which was a lifesaver because we absolutely would have gotten lost otherwise. The ladies at the registration desk were kind, professional, and even offered us old-fashioned bottles of Coca-Cola, which was such a thoughtful touch. When our luggage arrived, the bellman delivering it took the time to walk us through the room amenities, which we appreciated very much. The rooms themselves were gorgeous — every detail was thoughtfully done, from the closet hangers and peep-hole swing door to the beautiful bathroom and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. Housekeeping and turndown service were consistently excellent throughout our stay. Thank you for the attention and care. I also needed maintenance assistance with my Apple TV box, and Robert arrived promptly and resolved the issue quickly. His help was greatly appreciated. Melina at the Rewards Center was polite, professional, and extremely thorough. She also spoke very highly of our host, DJ, which made us appreciate him even more. Laila at the Rewards Center was expecting Ilene and made sure she received all of her promotional tickets without issue. Dinner at Papi Steak was outstanding. Steve, our server, was exceptional — knowledgeable about every menu item as well as the cocktail selections, and attentive throughout the evening. The only downside of the experience was the woman who delivered our drinks, who unfortunately seemed uninterested in engaging with us. Still, it did not overshadow the overall experience. Nick, the security door attendant at the restaurant, kindly took photos for us at the entrance and was such a pleasure to talk with. Jeremiah, working security at the hotel elevators, greeted us professionally each time we showed our room keys and consistently made us feel welcomed and safe. Our host, DJ, made it a point to come find us on his day off, which was Mother’s Day, and he brought his wife, Kerri. It was a pleasure to meet such lovely people; they both made us feel welcome and special. DJ went above and beyond, allowing us to include one more person on our last-minute dinner reservation. His thoughtful attention to us exceeded all expectations, setting the perfect tone for the entire evening and making us feel like part of a bigger family. What stood out most was how personal and sincere his hospitality felt. DJ and Carrie made us feel less like hotel guests and more like part of an extended family. Their kindness set the perfect tone for the entire evening and became one of the most memorable parts of our trip to Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Thank you to everyone at Fontainebleau Las Vegas who helped make our girls’ trip feel so special. It’s the people and personal touches that truly made this stay unforgettable, and we look forward to returning.
Very Beautiful, Art filled hotel casino

I love this hotel, it is simply beautiful. This was my second visit and I don't want to stay anywhere else when I come to Vegas. This hotel is spotlessly clean and i feel very safe. The staff are welcoming and kind. They genuinely want you to be happy and have a great experience. Housekeepers are super nice. Food choices are excellent. Don's Prime, the bagle and hamburger food court great! Bartenders arw very nice and helpful. The pools are wonderful. Gambling on the floor kept me playing. What more could I ask for? Plus the staff on the floor go out of their way to help if you get lost or want to find a machine. After a long, cold winter and cold, wet spring Fountainblu was perfect.
You must stay here, pure luxury!

Wow...... After many years of visiting Las Vegas, this has been our favourite hotel so far. We have stayed in The Wynn, The Cosmopolitan, and others. This hotel is stunning! The rooms are huge, and the bathroom is pure luxury..... the shower was the best, super powerful. Very quiet rooms, extremely comfortable. The staff were incredible, so friendly and professional.

Currently here on a business conference based at the hotel on an ongoing stay but with the lack of customer service provided by the hotel, posting now made sense. Within 24h, our first room had fake eyelashes in the bath tub, hair deposits in the shower and body hair in the toilet, with some of our mini toiletries open from the previous occupant. We raised this and waited half a day before the room still not being serviced. We were told to pack all our things and walk to the front desk to collect our new key. Our second room had a toenail clipping on the carpet, mucus on the wardrobe door and a big oily handprint on the window. In addition, despite the privacy setting on the door, an engineer woke us up to ask if we had an issue with Wi-Fi (we didn’t). A couple of staff members have been good, but generally disappointing and definitely way subpar for a 5* property. One member of housekeeping was particularly disappointing. We don’t care for credits, literally just a clean room.
And Vegas wonders why they are losing visitors?

A couple of things happened on recent stay at the hotel. There was some kind of clinch with the online reservation system where we were charged for the resort fee even though the reservation was stated no resort fee. I am working with them to get this resolved. We ate at two different restaurants, Washing Potato and Tavern. Washing Potato was good with large portions. Next time we will share a meal with an appetizer. The Tavern was another story. Food was bad and nothing special with the service. My wife ordered the chicken salad for $26. It consisted of various greens, no cheese that I could detect, a few crunchy salad toppings and what appeared to be a couple sliced shavings (like you would get a grocery Deli) for chicken. Frankly I would have been embarrassed to serve that to anyone and call it a chicken salad. I should have sent it back but being Mother's Day I didn't want to create an uncomfortable situation for my wife. Never again.
