Just go, if you want to an amazing time.

OMG, I don't know why this property is not as recognized as the others down the strip. The property is impeccable, the service from the team members is outstanding. I mean, whenever I asked a team member where something was, they would escort you over to it, instead of just pointing and giving me a bunch of directions. The choices for gaming is wonderful, and the hotel rooms are to die for. It is a little further north of the main strip, but you will be glad you did. I have stayed at almost all the resorts on the strip, and this is my all time favorite.
Tremendous experience at Fontainebleau Las Vegas!

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a very remarkable property. Decor is absolutely unique, bright and beautiful as well as comfortable. Very comfortable and clean room with great shower head water pressure. All food was delicious with quick, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Wife loved the spa. Casino was so fun - bright, clean, right mix of slots and table games. I can not imagine anyone not being very pleased with their entire experience at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
Disorganized

Tried sending a simple gift of champagne and charcuterie to a room. It has resulted in confusion, missing items, duplicate charges, and the run-around between depts even after escalating. They are so disorganized I wouldn’t trust them to do anything correctly
Modern, luxurious and clean Las Vegas hotel

My husband and I stayed at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Las Vegas for one night at the end of April. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, and our room was very clean. We enjoyed the spacious and fully equipped gym, which offered every piece of exercise equipment imaginable. The hotel also featured a variety of excellent dining options, and every meal we had—from breakfast to dinner—was delicious, though on the expensive side, which is to be expected in Las Vegas. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. There was confusion among the hotel staff regarding the amenities at the guest pool; multiple staff members informed us there were no private showers, but we later found several near the guest pools in the restrooms. Given that the pool had only recently opened for guests, the hotel should ensure staff are fully aware of its amenities. Additionally, the spa seemed extremely overpriced, even compared to New York City and the Los Angeles metropolitan area where I live. The hotel is located at the far end of the Strip, making it less lively than some of the larger hotels and casinos, and it doesn’t offer as many casino options as other hotels in the area. Despite these drawbacks, we would consider staying here again.

Booked our trip through Virgin as uk residents and got an excellent deal for this new hotel. I went to las vegas 16 years ago and always wanted to go back. I was nervous about booking this hotel as i had never heard of it and it seemed a bit further out (opposite circus circus) but I couldn't have been more thrilled..... it was perfect and the location for me personally was amazing....... I found the centre of the strip almost felt a bit too hectic and this hotel was slightly out the way of all the craziness but easily accessible on the duece bus or via a cab. The hotel was just incredible. Brand new. Beautiful room. Most fancy hotel and room I have ever stayed in infact. Stunning pool and hotel interior. I would stay again in a heart beat. Even the smell of this hotel as you walk in is just incredible. Lovely staff. Thank you fountainblue, one of the best trips ever......x
