It's dirty, outdated, smelly and they nickel and dime you for everything! (They charged me $5 just to receive my mail. They didn't deliver it it to the room or even notify me that it arrived - they just tacked on $5 to receive it from USPS.) The buffet has the lowest quality food imaginable. The signage is horrible. The snacks at the little kiosks are absurdly overpriced. I could never recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely incredible experience staying at excalibur! While the facade is nostalgic of the '90s when it had the wizard show in the front moat, the interior still has that dated look but it is somewhat reminiscent of childhood. Armored knights still line the hallways and wizards appear throughout the casino floor. While the casino floor is Smokey the rooms themselves are spotless. It felt like the towels the sheets even the duvet and pillows were brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was quiet and peaceful. I was on the top floor and absolutely loved the view of the sunrise over the mountains each morning. I will now request the Royal Tower from now on because the Uber pickup is at the base of the royal tower. The resort tower has the pool and fitness center. The fitness center felt stuffy as though the air conditioner wasn't working that great. Although the fitness center had everything I needed as far as cardio weights and machines. The pool looked nice but it was too cold for me to go swimming. The room was basic but comfortable. It had a safe ironing board and iron and no microwave, coffee maker, or refrigerator unless you request one. The housekeeping team was absolutely amazing! I called to request extra towels and they were delivered very quickly. They provide large bottles of hand soap and lotion and large bottles of shampoo and body wash in the shower. They do not supply conditioner. I was able to check in through the app and I highly recommended! You'll need to activate your Bluetooth so you'll just use your phone as your room key and the elevator. It wasn't working so great on my second day so I ended up getting a room key printed. The line wasn't that long and she was very friendly. The Bell desk was fabulous as well! As my flight wasn't until late at night I was able to check out and leave my bag at the Bell desk and then pick it up later that evening before my flight. Well worth it! For the price I paid this is an exceptional value! The buffet is pretty good too! I will definitely be staying at Excalibur in the future. part of me hopes this place never changes. If you have kids this would be a great place to take them. There's an arcade downstairs with tons of games and you could easily spend hours there.

Dirty, old, and smokey casino. Most of the Staff rude. Check in impossible. All of the restaurants below par except buffet was at par. Room was to bright and needed blackout windows. Shower was dirty. Digital keys often do not work. Waited forever and ever for drinks at tables.

Overall the stay was great I hate the lack of coffee pot in the room though. Pillows were amazing, bed was comfortable perfect for someone who didn’t spend much time in the room. I enjoyed the access to the many different food options in the food court.

Needs improvement. Not sure why a resort fee is charged. There are no resort features available. Bathrooms were leaking and front desk could not help. They promised to change the room but then nothing happened next day. Better stay at other properties on the strip.
