Bell Desk Service

Stayed 4 nights at Flamingo—very pleasant except for Terry at the bell desk. He was consistently rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed by simple questions. I witnessed this same poor attitude toward other guests too. As a key point of contact, he reflects poorly on the hotel’s service standards.

Ended up here after a booking.com cock-up that sent us next door while closed for renovations. Thankfully Flamingo had rooms available. We wanted a comfy bed and a good shower, and on both counts it was a 10/10. Everything else was pretty average as far as Vegas hotels go. Central, yes. Good value despite $55 resort fee. Very busy.
Wildlife habitat

Wildlife Habitat is nice for tranquility. Not alot of animals but Has waterway for ducks and large turtles. Go early to experience a not so crowded area. Lots of restaurants inside.

Do not stay here or park here. I am a paying guest of the Flamingo hotel. First night I was here, my car was broke into in their parking garage structure. I’m on vacation with my two children that now feel unsafe. Two other vehicles were also broken into. The parking manager and hotel are doing little to support. I’ve spent hours on the phone filing a police report, with insurance, and trying to find someone to repair my car on a holiday weekend. I went to take my car to get fixed and was told when I return, I’ll have to pay $40/day for valet parking. They already did me a “favor” parking my car until I could get it fixed. This happened to two others guests as well. Either this rarely happens and you would think they would do more to help customers feel safe staying and parking with them. Or, it happens too much that they cannot accommodate the number of people this affects. They also do not have security cameras in the parking building except near the elevators. Knowing this happens, this complex that makes millions off of people is too cheap to invest in more security people and cameras. Do not park or stay here. Or, do so at your own risk. They will not help you. I looked it up. This hotel makes about 18.9 million a year. Why can’t they provide free valet for the three guests that had their cars vandalized? They could. They choose not to.
