Take Care of Registration And It'll Be A Nice Hotel

I like this hotel, I really do, but they have some serious issues that need to be addressed immediately. First of all check-in is a complete nightmare. I have never, ever been to a hotel anywhere in the world where check-in was so ridiculous. Long, slow moving lines with only a few working machines that despite having a QR code and using a driver's license would refuse your request and refer you to an employee that didn't exist. There was no employee to be found. Exasperated, I went into the Diamond members check-in room and Ivan helped us. He checked us in immediately and he was also very nice. Leaving the parking garage took over 20 mins. with cars lined up and snaking around several levels. This was because parking ticket and room key didn't always work. Room key also didn't always work in the elevator also. We witnessed this many times with others and one time with us. These issues need to be addressed immediately. Housekeeping is lazy. Though clean when we first checked in, for the three nights we were there, they never cleaned the bathroom, only replaced towels. Other than that, the hotel has a great location, good price, nice, newly renovated rooms and a fun pool for adults.
No bathroom mirror but plenty of pubic hair

Bathroom mirror was missing, in it's place a large amount of what appears to be pubic hair. The door is sticky and the hair is thick. Obviously this hotel is dirty and not well kept. Called front desk, they didn't care and did not do anything to fix it. When you check in be prepared to Pay additional fees. Greed is heavy here and they shut down the pool at 6pm. Overall this hotel is Below the mark, would not recommend.
