Terrible service.

Currently staying at the Flamingo, I can confidently say that it’s our worst experience in Vegas by far. Some highlights: - the king bed room we booked wasn’t available, we got moved to a 2 queens - the body soap dispenser is half missing. No soap. - housekeeping doesn’t come despite multiple requests. You can text Ivy an assistant which gaslights us by saying they will be coming later, but we came back at midnight and the room wasn’t done. We couldn’t shower as we had no towels and no soap. One more night to go.

Extreme Disappointment at the Flamingo, Las Vegas

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Flamingo Hotel. Unfortunately, several issues during my visit left me thoroughly disappointed, and I would like to share my concerns. Upon check-in, the hotel staff was unable to locate my reservation, despite the fact that my husband’s name was also listed as an option. I provided all relevant documentation from my travel agent confirming the reservation, but the issue persisted. The situation was further exacerbated by the hotel's Wi-Fi not working, forcing me to use my phone to contact my travel agent for assistance. We had to keep one of our phones on for the entire weekend, as we needed access to Wi-Fi for communication related to our dog’s care at home. Despite this, we still struggled to maintain a reliable connection, as the reception was poor. Additionally, we encountered ongoing problems with the hot water supply. For the entire duration of our stay, both my husband and I, along with several other guests, experienced extremely cold showers. Despite running the water for over 30 minutes, the temperature remained unchanged. We even attempted to use a friend’s shower in another tower, but they reported that the water there was unbearably hot. When we reached out to the front desk, no one answered our calls, and the line was consistently long when we visited in person. Housekeeping directed us to the front desk, but we were unable to resolve the issue. Given that other guests were experiencing similar problems, I believe this was a widespread issue that went unaddressed. Furthermore, we had consistent trouble with our room keys, which frequently did not work in the elevators. This required us to repeatedly swipe the key card until it eventually functioned. We observed that many other guests encountered the same problem. Upon returning home, I contacted my travel agent to share feedback about my experience. He reached out to the Flamingo Hotel on my behalf, and was informed that I had already spoken with a manager and received compensation. This information is inaccurate, as no one from the hotel addressed the issues during our stay, nor was any resolution offered. I also reached out to the hotel directly, but have yet to receive any response. Given the severity of these concerns, I would greatly appreciate a timely resolution and some clarification on how the hotel intends to address these matters. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
