My family stayed at the Westin for a week and found the services excellent, people friendly and rooms were clean and beautiful . We ate at all of the restaurants and found the food overall very good (especially compared to other all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at ) with only 1-2 just ok meals. Our favorite was Manglar. We did a coffee tasting through activities tent (Erike and Lily were so fun!) and cocktail making and played at the beach. Oh and our house keeping was great with restocking our room every day. They even learned which snacks we liked the most and made sure those were there ! As for excursions I have to mention Erik G (he has google blue shirt right when you step onto the beach ) google him!! We used him to book a full day at Rincon with waterfalls and had a great hike and hot springs and lunch! Our guide José was so knowledgeable and made the day so special for us. Erik was a great coordinator for the tour and even arranged transportation. Just highly recommended using him. So responsive and provided very reasonable price prices. Loved this beautiful resort, we saw monkeys and iguanas and amazing birds just walking around every morning at breakfast or dinner time. If you book here you won’t be sorry!

Cozumel is beautiful! The Westin in Cozumel has not only a great beach, pool, restaurants and facilities, but the people there to help you make it outstanding and unique. You pick up on people's attitude while on vacation which can make or break your experience. The staff at the Westin had awesome attitudes and made us feel like honored guests, instead of a bother. Team Graviotas consisted of Oscar, Belem, Juan, Jorge, Alex and Diana along with Team Dinner, which consisted of Israel, David, Rosendo, Moyses, Carmen, Jesus and Joseph altogether made our visit much more memorable because of their excellent help and attitudes. Joseph and team made our last night very memorable by giving extra effort to our dinner experience. I highly recommend staying at Westin Cozumel for an experience you won't forget.

Our stay at The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and provided outstanding service throughout our vacation. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Playa Conchal is stunning, with crystal-clear water and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for families and couples. The pools, restaurants, and activities were all excellent and made our trip even more special. We also want to thank Issys Tours CR? for the excellent tours and private transportation service. Every transfer was on time, comfortable, and very professional. They helped us organize all our tours quickly and easily, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. The drivers and guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and always attentive to our needs. We highly recommend Issys Tours CR for anyone visiting Costa Rica and looking for reliable transportation and unforgettable tours.

Staff is excellent. I don’t remember anyone not going out of their way to help or being friendly. Staff says hello when walking by. Upon checking in we were first given a room close to the pool bar which we found loud and staff did not hesitate to move us to a quieter location. Rooms are large and comfortable. Lack of bathtubs may bother families with smaller kids. They seem a little old and in need of a refresh. Air conditioning only goes down to 68 degrees and still felt a little warm but it was unseasonably warm at 95 degrees during the day so probably I expect a little much there. All the food at the restaurants was very good but not outstanding. But definitely I have had worse at all inclusive resorts. The desserts were probably lacking the most. But food at the pool was very decent. The Italian, Tapas, and Asian restaurants were all very good. We could not get into the seafood restaurant. For breakfast avoid going to the Buffett during 8:30 and 9:30 because it gets very crowded and impossible to get an omelette or custom made items. Overall if you want a all-inclusive experience in Costa Rica this is a good choice however I have had better all-inclusive choices in Mexico

Just back from an outstanding stay at Westin Reserva Conchal. The resort is large, lush, beautiful and very well kept. Plenty of walking, that we loved, but also plenty of trams to take you to and fro. The wildlife on the property is a lot of fun. We were in the adult section with a great pool (plenty of shaded seating) and a great swim-up bar. Service was excellent in all areas of the resort. The people of Costa Rica are just amazing, super friendly, outgoing and genuinely happy to see you, I just loved all who I encountered. We booked 3 excursions in advance with Erik G. He is located outside the resort on the beach wearing a blue Google shirt. You can also find him with a Google search for advance booking. Erik is all about customer service and fitting you with the best tour option. I can’t say enough. Utilize this guy, he will be of awesome service to your tour needs. He is committed to excellence. The only down was the restaurant Mitra Market was closed twice during our one week stay, due to private events. We found that to be inconvenient, since it was on both evenings we’d arrived at their doors and found them closed. Great time would love to return. Great Resort.
