Ants in room. Weird smell in room. I complained each day. On the last day of our stay, they offered to move me. Why bother at that point? The room smelled like a mixture of wet dog, old people and mildew. There were ants everywhere. And no, I did not eat in the room or do anything to cause/attract ants. This place was not up to Hilton standards. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The “big pool” was closed down for two days.

Our team stayed at the hotel to facilitate a three-day workshop. The room we stayed in was just what we needed (no frills). The hotel was in a great location, close to the water and near excellent restaurants and shopping. The conference rooms where we held our workshop were clean and large enough to carry out all our activities. The hotel's top-notch amenities, including the AMAZING food they catered, and the exceptional hospitality and services provided by the whole hotel staff during our stay, made us feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

My group worked with the Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay during the last week of June 2024. Our experience was top notch! Check in was easy and smooth. The events manager, Janine Iseri, met with us to make sure everything was ready and to answer our questions. Jayanne was the main person who made sure we had everything we needed during our time there. The hotel rooms and meeting room were all clean and comfortable. Ike Cockett, the general manager, spent some time with us, which we appreciated. It was a wonderful experience for our group, and it was all due to how much the hotel staff cared about our time there. After our extraordinary experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay, we will be back again!

Well what can you say, simply a roach motel. First time experiencing in Hilton brand. We had our room spayed twice until we moved to another floor, again roaches became our roommates. The staff was accommodating but stay away from Ashley, she definitely an unhappy camper. Clearly she’s not built for hospitality industry!

I wish to provide feedback on my recent stay at a Hilton property, highlighting numerous issues that need addressing. The front desk staff failed to provide a welcoming experience upon our arrival, setting the tone for a disappointing stay. The hotel room itself was in dismal condition: dust everywhere, mirrors and floors visibly damaged, and doors that were outright broken. Adding to the discomfort, the bathroom fan was inoperative, and towels were stained. The bedding was atrocious; the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and lacked support. The outdoor Jacuzzi was poorly maintained, and the pool area resembled a dumping ground with litter and abandoned items strewn about. To cap off our ordeal, a disruptive fire alarm shattered our sleep in the early morning hours of our last night, yet the front desk staff offered no apology for the distress caused. Additionally, there was an incident involving misplaced clothing, initially mishandled until corporate intervention was sought. Overall, my experience at this Hilton property was abysmal and fell egregiously short of Hilton's reputed standards. I strongly caution prospective guests to reconsider their choice before booking at this establishment. With my extensive travel experience, spanning countless hotels worldwide, I can confidently state this was the worst lodging I've ever encountered. It was appallingly dirty, rundown, uncomfortable, and in no way resembled what one would expect from the Hilton brand. Hilton should be ashamed to associate their name with such a disgraceful property.
