A Delightful Stay

This property grounds and the three pools are beautifully maintained, my room was spotless, and the staff extremely hospitable and helpful. This is a lovely resort with numerous activities for adults, as well as those with children. Parking options are valet or self-park.

A return visit to this lovely hotel. This Hyatt will stay on my list whenever I visit the Newport Beach area. I came here on business but now I wish I had more time to linger and enjoy. The staff was excellent in their service and making me feel welcomed! Nice touches all along the way! Thank you for a lovely stay.
What happend to one of the nicest places? - It's a roadside inn now. Old and gross.

Room smelled so strongly of urine it was choking. I asked for feather free due to allergies and they overlooked it and I had to wait. Apparently featherless means you don't get blankets. The heater was broken, Because of the smell of pee I kept the door open all night and froze. I have asked for a refund and have not heard back as customer care is AI only.
Amazing cocktails and faultless customer service.

A delightful hotel with great food and drink but mostly exceptional customer service/interaction. A real desire to please the customer. (All staff were great but honourable mentions go to English Rob, Sarah Graves and mixologist extraordinaire JC)

Newport Hyatt is an excellent experience. Staff is amazing, hotel is exceptional. It has a resort feel/vibe located right in Southern California. We look forward to staying there again!
