Great location and amazing views. Food was good and reasonably priced. Wallet service was convenient. Room were nice and comfortable AC system

Overall great experience as always. Place has tons of potential, but go the extra mile for the families and kids! Those are the most important guests.
Avoid the Lido Building

This hotel previously hosted our annual Employment Law Conference so I had had high expectations. The location was perfect for arrival at SNA. Because I attended for a meeting, wasn't exactly able to check out the whole property. The room I was assigned was in the LIDO building; avoid at all costs. This building felt like I was in a low end - Motel 6 as someone previously stated. However, a plus was that it was quiet. Of all the Hyatt Regency's I would say that this was the worst representation of the brand.
Repeat guest. Will be back.

This was maybe my 8th stay at this location. My kids love coming here. We always enjoy our stay. We will be back again. Location is starting to get old and could use some updating. Still a great location and we love that you can walk to paddle boarding and kayaking from the hotel. Good morning walks and hikes you can take from there, too. The water slide is just enough for most kids. Rooms are cozy. Great place to stay when the jazz festival is going on.
Relaxing Four Day Weekend

Quite, beautiful property. Close to Balboa Island and minutes from SJA. Staff was wonderful. We will be back in the future.
