Just O.K. Got a "poolside room" which was nothing special at all, especially for the price. The patio was non-existent and it was right next to the path that everyone going into the building took, so no special view or privacy at all. For the price I would have gone elsewhere but we were attending a concert there. The staff was very nice.

Highly recommend for families!!! Food, room, pools, and service was PERFECT! Took our teen boys and it was the best mix of lay by the pool and explore Newport Beach.

The suite we had was very disappointing. It was basically two connecting rooms. One room had 2 double beds and was just “Joe room”. The other room had just a sofa that beat to hell. No table and chairs, and was just weird. The carpet in both rooms (who does carpet anymore) stunk and was used. The bathrooms had been modernized. Been here many times over the last 15 years and ain’t coming back.

Great hotel, staff were all really helpful. Check-in and Check-out was all super easy and quick. We were told the hotel was busy and almost at full capacity, but it didnt feel like it. It felt quiet and very relaxed. Nice choice of 3 pools, all of which had plenty of space. Food was nice, and the service from all the staff was great. Location is a bit remote, you need a car if you want to go to any of the nearby areas, nothing really within walking distance. We had a car so not a problem visiting newport pier, balboa, huntington etc. Would highly recommend.

I called the front desk to ask a question and clarify something on a personal situation that occurred and the manager named Ben took over and quickly was able to help me figure everything out and I appreciate how he called me back pretty fast after he resolved the situation, would definitely look into this hotel for a future trip!
