The customer service was phenomenal! The concierge, Pedro, went above and beyond the whole trip. He found me the right product I was looking for and truly cared about our experience the whole trip. Our pool/beach servers were incredible!! Gorge and Tomas made us feel at home and catered to the very first day. Ramón Guzmán was our poolside server most of the trip by our request from a previous trip. He was fast, kind, generous, and made our trip the best! I can’t wait to come back, based on the customer service alone ??

From checking us in at Vista Lounge first two times to now being in charge of housekeeping at Moro, Alejandra is always on tops of things and makes sure all our needs are met and vacation goes smoothly.
