Thanks to Mr.Shane Haslam the Guest Experience Manager of the above named Hotel. He gave the VOUCH achers a warm welcome on Thursday May 7th, 2026. The Staff were very polite, friendly and mannerable. Conroy Taylor the Bell man was very courteous.and Spicy D. The entire staff was great. I will be comíng back to enjoy the luxurious ambiance in the Bahia Príncipe in St. Ann Run A way Bay.

The experience was luxurious. Shane was exceptional, his patience and dedication was exceptional. On arrival the welcome was great. Conroy was great and patience. Shane anticipated my questions and concern before I asked. He was very professional in his interactions

Beautiful resort,pleasant staff,will return again! Pool activities were fun

I went here on a girls friends trip and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The grounds are beautiful and the resort was fun, but what really made our stay fantastic was the incredible staff. The entire entertainment staff were amazing and engaging. Our very favorite server was Melissa at the buffet who after the first day, knew to have mimosas and coffee with Baileys ready. Her smile was contagious and her service was so appreciated! Some other staff who made our stay great were Marilyn & Amelia serving us in the lobby area, Uton at the lobby bar, Michado at the pool bar, Andre & Clark at Picasso a la carte (delicious!), Arianna at the lunch buffet, Rachel & Twanna serving drinks around the pool...and these are literally just to name a few. The room was functional, bed comfortable, and AC worked fine. Karaoke most night was a blast, we only saw a couple shows but they were great, the food was varied and plentiful and the drinks were delicious. I would most definitely come back to this resort in a heartbeat!

I recently stayed at Bahia Principe Escape, and I have to say the experience was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The Guest Experience Manager, Shane Haslam, truly stands out. He knows exactly how to make guests feel valued and satisfied. He is always smiling, consistently checks in to see how you’re doing, and no matter the question, he always has a solution. That kind of leadership really shows—his team works well together, and the respect among them is clear. From Daveen at check-in, to Devon Davidson who escorted us, and Shane personally attending to our needs, the service was exceptional across the board. The bar service, overall hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire stay phenomenal. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity—go experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
