WHole resort needs maintenance had to change rooms 3 times to find one that had air condition that worked. Ran out of cold water numerous times. Beds fans furniture falling apart. all locks on sliders broken. FOOD buffets and Asian were AWFUL. Brazilian and dinner on beach were excellent the best part of the resort all week. NO help if you get sick or injured. Nurse will tell you to go to hospital, end of story. you cant get reservations easily book as soon as you get there. very limited tables none of ours were even full of diners but didnt have room for anyone else, if you dont show up they charge you 20 per person. front desk bell hops towel guy and very few servers were friendly, rest had attitudes, wont stay at this Bahia location again. Beware of some of the excursions. Luminous lagoon a racket saw Zero glow. was there 3 hours waste of time and money. Blue hole and falls EXCELLANT worth every penny. DO KFC (different taste than US) and Eat at restaurant off property food was excellent.

Hotel, hospitality and guest services 5* Clientele very loud and rowdy, especially on the weekends. Screaming in the hallways day and night, doors banging, smell of marijuana everywhere, music blasting from the pool. It’s almost impossible to find a quiet spot to unwind. Food was good and diverse and as for the beach,not special at all. If you’re planning to party all week and enjoy the poolside, it’s the perfect hotel for you. Ya’mon
