Hotel staff was so rude we would never return. the food is mediocre for the prices which are INSANE however for good food and service it would be a much easier pill to swallow. the staff geniunely acts like they are annoyed to be there and it is infuriating especially because gratuity is added onto EVERYTHING and theyre not even remotely deserving of it. i dont think a single person said good morning to us half of them were on there cell phones the entire tome and they dont even look at you when you ask a question TWICE before they actually answer you. we will be sticking to aruba!! BUT if you do decide to weather this absolute storm and learn for yourself as we did eat every meal at PIZZA LAB where the staff were the ONLY people in the entire establishment who were pleasant especially the manager who was lovely and is obviously doing something right there!! and the food is pretty good!

Bahamar is Great resort with multiple options especially for kids. Kids loved the water park. So did we. I wish I had not booked activities outside hotel as we could not explore entire resort. So anyone seeing this review you can easily spend 3-4 days just enjoying the resort. I was surprised at minimum spend restrictions at a restaurant (25) even though the place was empty.

Chris Mackey - beach attendant Dude is the absolute best! Helluva guy, took care of our kids with some beach toys. Always prepared. Made sure we had a great time at Baha Mar. 10/10 recommend. He’s right by the scoops ice cream place if you’re looking for him.

Really appreciated Chris Mackey’s friendly service at the towel hut today. He’s greeted me with a friendly hello and made me feel welcome. He’s a great guy and a credit to the resort. Hope he gets some well deserved appreciation from resort management.

Marcia Severe was very helpful as were all the employees. The restaurants were phenomenal and the amenities were top shelf. First class resort on every level. Beautiful views, even from the well appointed fitness center. We will definitely come back.
