Horrible overall experience

Location great, went as globalist ( guest of honor) but didn’t receive room upgrade or early check in. We found lipstick and food stains on the duvets in the room, took housekeeping 2 days to change after multiple reports. Found black mold in the bathroom ( shower) which was reported but nobody seemed to care. Regatta was charging us additional tip that we didn’t approve. Housekeeping came to clean our room at 8 pm and was shocked that we refused the service. Very sad overall experience. Definitely will not go back and wouldn’t recommend it. Every single interaction we had with staff was unpleasant and they seemed annoyed by guests.

We just had a great week with the family staying at Baha Mar. from the moment we checked in we felt right at home. Thank you Danielle! Dinero, Lucky, Pedro and James made sure every day was a true vacation. Will definitely be back

Kyle Taylor at the check in desk has already impacted our stay so much! This is our 4th trip at Baha Mar and people like Kyle are the reason that we keep coming back! He was helpful and very friendly! Can’t wait for the rest of the week!
