The room was very nice and very clean. My experience was truly wonderful due to exceptional service I received from employees Tanika at the front check- in. I promise she will be promoted soon, her presentation was exceptional when we experienced an issue which was rectified immediately. Regattas Chef Delearise food is filled with love and she came personally and introduced herself to me and my husband. Our server Hiltina at Regattas again exceptional, attentive service you would want her to service you because she loves what she do. Dominique had a beautiful smile and great convo when ordering just an omelette. Devonte at the Drift pool very professional and accommodating. These individuals made our stay one to remember and we will always choose Baha Mar Grand Hyatt! So we will def have a 3rd trip in the future and I hope these staffers are still present and employed. Please tell them all we thank them again for their great service! Aside from the staff the resort is beautiful no complaints at all! Rooms/pools and amenities.

I treated myself to a very last minute Mother’s Day get away. Tyesha and Moneka were just fabulous at helping me get started. I walked in with no reservation and they were so patient, kind and most of all helpful in getting me all sorted out. Thank you ladies!

Hotel and the staff were incredible!! Ask for Don valet stand, he’s gonna make sure you get everything you need. Definitely recommend taking the half day pig tour to Rose Island. Booking it through the hotel made it super convenient. Would definitely do this trip again!!

We came here for a cheer competition and we had a lovely time. We hung out at the pool bar and Charles made the time at the bar very welcoming. He is a very nice person and made sure everyone is dosing great while at the bar. If you come here come to the pool bar and ask for Charles, he is great!

Book here! We had a good stay and the staff is wonderful! Charles is the best and he made sure we were going great while at the pool. He has a great personality and is a people person. We didn’t know what we wanted to drink and he gave us so many recommendations and helped us.
