Baha Mar’s atmosphere is second to none as a family friendly resort. The kids have plenty to do through the entire trip. There are amazing restaurants onsite (Cleo, Shuang Ba, Flying Pigs). Restaurant in the Rosewood hotel and a balance of luxury and fanfare. Although we did not enjoy Stix or Marcus. Definitely recommend.

Albert and his team at the Towel Hut were amazing. They worked hard to help everyone, always with a positive attitude and a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure guests had what they needed, and they did a wonderful job entertaining the kids. Their energy, kindness, and dedication created a fun and welcoming atmosphere that made the experience memorable for families. We truly appreciated all their efforts and outstanding service.

Albert and his team at the Towel Hut were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they provided outstanding customer service and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Albert was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was perfect. The team was efficient, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in their work. The quality of the products exceeded my expectations, and their commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. I highly recommend Albert and the entire Towel Hut team to anyone looking for great products and exceptional service. Five stars all the way!

Extremely expensive with lots of hidden fees. Too many inoperable ice machines throughout my entire stay Children running throughout the property without parental supervision
