Our stay at Beaches Negril was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible performers and staff who went above and beyond. Delly impressed us by organizing volleyball games, delivering flawless performances, and even remembering us from our visit three years ago. Jhon and Elvin amazed us with their unbelievable stunts and fire-breathing while being so kind and friendly throughout the day. Dershea and Nea Nea were fantastic dancers with warm personalities, and Sheboyah and Kendell’s stunning voices added so much magic to every performance. A special shoutout to Shamar, the lifeguard, who greeted us with a smile every day and went out of his way to make our stay extra memorable. Kerry Ann made our mornings brighter with her kindness and cheerful attitude, and Daniel, a groundskeeper, was one of the sweetest people we met—an amazing guy who left a lasting impression. The resort itself is fantastic, but the incredible entertainment and wonderful staff made it the icing on the cake!

My kids and I recently spent 8 days at Beaches Negril. It was the best vacation my kids and I have ever been on. The service is incredible. All of the staff knew my kids names by day 2. The manager even found me to say hello and knew me just by walking by. Michelle you are incredible. Lorenzo in the water sports went above and beyond with my twins. Teaching them how to knee board and took us out sailing 3 times. He even met us today on our last day at 7am to go on a private snorkel with us because my twins asked him to. He is the rare kind of human who really made our trip. He even took time to just check on us. Speaking of snorkeling book the private tour at 7am. Our captain poppy was awesome and it was the best snorkel I have ever been on seeing sea turtles and stingrays and the most beautiful Cooral it is definitely worth the private adventure. You also have the opportunity to be in a cabana. Nordell was awesome. We loved it so much that we booked it twice. The ladies in Dinos pizzeria are so sweet. They knew my son’s name and asked why they did not come for their daily pizza. The photographers are aweome as well. Nicolette was fantastic. Book the session and buy the photos. Everything was perfect. Thank you beaches for making us apart of the family. We cannot wait to come back. It was the most amazing week.

The choreography throughout the shows was perfection. Jhon and Elvin blew us away with their daring stunts and fire-breathing – it was simply unbelievable what they could do! On top of their incredible talents, they were so sweet and friendly during the day. Dershea and Nea Nea lit up the stage with their breathtaking dance moves, exuding grace and energy in every performance. Their kindness and warmth during the day made us feel right at home. And then there were Sheboyah and Kendell – their voices were absolutely stunning, with every note filled with passion and artistry. Shamar, the lifeguard, truly made our stay unforgettable. Every single day, he greeted us with a warm smile and remembered us, which made us feel so special. His dedication to going above and beyond to ensure we were having an amazing time was unmatched. Whether it was offering helpful tips, checking in on us by the pool, or simply brightening our day with his friendly personality, Shamar’s genuine care and enthusiasm stood out. His exceptional service added so much to our experience, and we’re so grateful for the lasting impression he left on us. This entertainment team elevated our stay to a whole new level. Their talent, dedication, and genuine friendliness made this trip extra special. Overall experience at the resort was very good. It is truly a vacation for all ages. Beach and grounds are beautiful. Employees are very accommodating and friendly. They work very hard. I do have some opportunities for improvement to share with the management team. - It would be nice to have more fresh fruit and vegetables options- especially for lunch. Opening up a fruit and salad bar would go a long way. - Wi-fi was very spotty. Not sure if this is a resort problem or an island problem. They did offer higher level wi-fi for an additional cost. For the price point I don't feel I should have to pay extra for decent wi-fi. -Some of the people selling items on the beach are a little out of control. I was in negril 10 years ago and it has gotten much worse. They will stop on the beach and stand staring at you for hours. I must have said ‘no thank you’ 100 times. They will also put bracelets on the kids and then ask for a tip. It really takes away from the vacation. Once they finally accept not purchasing something, they start to ask for you to bring them food and drinks from the resort in exchange for items. I get it’s a public beach, but Security could do better to keep them moving. - If the beach venders wasn’t enough pressure, the resort also had spa and photography personal walking around trying to push services. I would prefer you provide the information and let the guests come to you. - Where is the Ting? (Sprite was provided) - It would be nice to have coffee set out a little earlier than 630 am. We are early birds and found ourselves waiting around to get a cup of coffee. Some employee recognition shout outs include (unsure on spelling) Nay Nay in entertainment, Britanda at Yaku, Natalie bar, Candice photography, Glenroy bar, Trever loyalty, and all cleaning staff for keeping things spotless. Overall we had a nice trip and rebooked for 2026.

Have to give a great review to Jerome! He was an amazing bartender! He was very attentive and quick. He made our kids whatever they wanted without hesitation! I know that's everyone's job, but some tried to ignore the kids, so they didn't have to make them the superman or Bob Marley. So, thanks Jerome!!! In regards to the rest of the place, I will be honest and say this wasn't my favorite trip. We prefer Ocho Rios way more, even though it's further away. There's way more food/dining options. The buffet has way more options and wasn't cold. There was many items I tried that were just luke warm. We did enjoy that the water park and beach was right next to each out. That is a10/10. Ocho is not like that. That was the only dislike we have about that location.
