We just returned from an incredible week at Beaches Negril, and our entire family had such a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the staff truly make this resort special. From the moment we arrived, we settled right into that Jamaican “Irie” feeling...everything was good, relaxed and exactly where we wanted to be. We chose butler service for our stay, and Royland and Chafea were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely spoiled and taken care of. Royland quickly learned that our four boys are ALWAYS hungry and made sure they had something delicious to look forward to. At lunch, he would often surprise them with a savory dish to try that wasn't even on the menu. Those personal touches made such an impression on all of us. It really was a full week of being spoiled by our butlers and the entire Beaches staff. The little details are what stuck with our family the most. Arriving at the beach to find heart-shaped towels waiting on our chairs, our room and cooler always stocked with our favorite drinks, and even a surprise cake presented to us during dinner at Kimonos. They have a way of making you feel genuinely special. We are definitely a beach family and were on the beach by 10 a.m. every single day. Before this trip, one of my biggest concerns was whether there would be enough to keep four boys, ages 16, 15, 10 and 8, entertained for an entire week. I definitely didn't need to worry! There was always something for them to do. Between the waterpark, beach, pools and water sports, they stayed busy. We took the snorkeling boat out a couple of times and tried the water trike and kneeboarding. Our only regret is that we didn't have enough time to take advantage of even more of the activities that were included! One of the biggest highlights of the trip was the scuba experience. Our 15-year-old spent much of the week diving while working toward his Advanced Open Water certification, and we have to give a very special shout-out to Hakeem from the dive shop. Hakeem spent so much time with him throughout the week and helped make earning his certification an experience he'll always remember. As a parent, it meant a lot knowing he was with someone who took the time to work with him, encourage him and share in something he was so excited about. Thank you, Hakeem, for being such a memorable part of his trip. A HUGE shout-out also has to go to Sean from the entertainment team. He made our boys' vacation even more special. Sean always seemed to have something fun up his sleeve and had a great way of getting the boys active and involved without ever making it feel forced. Eventually, they started looking for Sean every day to see what he was doing. No matter how busy he was, he always seemed to make time for them. Our younger two especially miss him and still talk about him. That says so much about the impact he had on their vacation. And let's talk about the food! We genuinely enjoyed all of the restaurants, but Stella's and the Jerk Shack were definite favorites for our family. And the Jamaican patties were ON POINT! My oldest could seriously live off the chicken patties alone. I think he would have been perfectly happy eating them for every meal of the entire trip. Café de Paris and Yo-Yo's quickly became favorites for our two littles for a completely different reason. They loved that they could go by themselves, pick out what they wanted and help themselves. At 10 and 8, having that little bit of independence while still being in a safe family resort made them feel so grown up and they absolutely loved it. The restaurant staff were wonderful as well. The head chef at Mariachi took the time to come over and chat with us, which was such a nice personal touch. And our chef at Kimonos, WOW! Not only was he incredibly entertaining and made us a fantastic meal, but he has an AMAZING voice. Seriously, Beaches needs to get that man on a stage! I wish I remembered his name. This trip ended up being so much more than just a beautiful beach vacation. It was the people and all of those small, thoughtful moments that made it special. When you're traveling with four kids spanning such different ages, finding a place where everyone is happy isn't always easy. Beaches Negril managed to do exactly that. Thank you to Royland, Chafea, Sean, Hakeem, Troy and all of the wonderful staff who took such great care of our family. We came home with four very happy boys, an Advanced Open Water certified diver, wonderful memories and a lot of people we're already missing. Beaches Negril absolutely lived up to what we hoped a family vacation could be. Beautiful beach, great food, endless things for the kids to do, and most importantly, people who made it feel like home. Until next time, Jamaica… Irie! ?????????? Also, highly recommend getting MoBay for arrival and departure. It's worth it!!

Love coming back each trip to familiar friends and new faces! Cameisha, Cordero, Janay and Ricardo are always smiling behind the bar. Love catching up with Cameisha and Cordero each trip. Time flies outside the resort and in our lives, but it’s like no time has passed when we see them. Victoria (restaurant manager) was everywhere this past trip and didn’t even have to ask us our name, she was ready for us!! Marjorie-Ann at Soy accommodated us when it was busy, put us at the bar to start, but then moved us to a table as soon as one opened. Made Grace’s night! Tshai & sana-gay (Andrews) were at most restaurants throughout the stay also and always with a smile. Janique, Kimberley, Akeem, Garvin and really the whole dive team are amazing. janique put up with our antics while behind the counter, and the dive masters are awesome! They are patient no matter who ends up going out with us and their skill level. They keep a watchful eye on everyone and never make anyone feel unwelcome. Dershea and Delly (our OG’s), Shamoya, Davian, John Cena, Elvin and Orville always have fun and make sure everyone else is also! Ivan (another OG) and Shemar along with the rest of the lifeguards at the piazza pool have fun while doing their job and the kids love it! From playing catch with the balls to learning how to pop water bottle tops, they are constantly engaging while keeping an eye on it all. Last shout out to the IT guy! My husband forgot his name, but I guess there is only 1. He left his laptop charger at home and IT was able to give him one for the week so he could still get work done…yes, even on vacation. Not going to lie, we’re a little nervous about Turks in January, but we’ll be back home in August!!!

The service here was excellent, second to none. The food was awesome, really loved the room. My family and I were truly happy with our experience. The slides, water park and watersports activities were enjoyable. We absolutely loved YoYo's and went there daily. Big up to Kenya, Daidra, Antoinette (restaurant floor managers), and Monique from Kids Camp. Loved the atmosphere, the vibes and everything, keep up the good job team.

Sasha-Lee was beyond welcoming- exceeded my expectations on what a staff member could be. Beaches were magical, food was delicious, and energy was vibing.

Our vacation was great. We had a great time at the beach. The water was beautiful. Sasha-Lee was amazing and very sweet!
