Our family of seven, including two babies under age two, stayed at Beaches Negril from March 24 to 31, 2026. We had a lovely vacation but were disappointed that we were unable to book reservations for any restaurants. However, on one of the first days of the trip, I was sitting outside the Kimonos Sizzle and Serve teppanyaki restaurant and a staff member (I think her name was Camille?) asked how my vacation was going. I told her it was lovely but we were unable to make reservations at any of the restaurants. She immediately offered to book us in at Kimonos restaurant. I said we have two small children in our group so an early reservation would be best. She said she’d take care of it and get back to me as soon as possible. A day or two later, I was relaxing at the main pool when Camille found me and told me we had a reservation at the Kimonos restaurant and gave me the details. I was impressed she not only followed through on her promise but came to find me after only meeting me in person once. There were five of us who attended the reservation, including our 22-month-old grandson and 8-month-old granddaughter. Our grandson was frightened by the noise as the food was being prepared in front of him and began to cry, so I took him outside and he was quite happy to watch through the restaurant window. Camille went out of her way to make sure my grandson was okay, and after a while, when I brought him back inside the restaurant, she made sure he had a portion of food to takeaway and eat later, which he did, and he loved it! Two days before we left the resort, I tried to find Camille to thank her personally for her kindness but it was her day off work. The morning we were leaving, I tried to find her again but she was starting work later in the day so we missed each other. The Facebook Group for Beaches Negril recommended posting my feedback about Camille’s excellent customer service here on Trip Advisor. Thank you, Camille, for your dedication to guest satisfaction and for making our evening at Kimonos so memorable through your kindness and consideration. I hope you get to enjoy many more memorable moments with your nieces and nephews whom you told me you adore! All the staff at Beaches Negril were wonderful and made our vacation a great experience. Although we were only able to book one restaurant reservation for our whole group of seven during the week we were there (Stella Seaside Italian which was fabulous!), we were able to make two other restaurant reservations for two of us at a time. Regardless, our week at Beaches Negril was a great family vacation and we look forward to visiting more Beaches properties in the future.

A wonderful 8 night stay at Beaches Negril. Rooms - we stayed in room 213 one of the standard rooms. 2 large double comfortable beds, TV, mini bar and balcony. Kept extremely clean by the wonderful house keeping team. Activities - Amazing variety of activities day and night. The entertainment team were so engaging and talented, evening shows such great quality and talent on display Beach - The best beach I've ever had the pleasure of visiting, perfect white sand and blue sea, shallow and perfect for families Great variety of watersports available all included Pools - Beautiful clean pools, loved the waterpark and slides and lazy river great fun Excursions - lots on offer. We thoroughly enjoyed the catamaran trip to Ricks Cafe through Island Routes booked at the excursions desk at the hotel Staff - Now this is what really sets Beaches Negril apart from others. The staff are the most welcoming and kind staff I have ever come across. Every staff member takes the time to talk with you. I was approached several times by management to ask about our stay and to check we were happy with all aspects of the hotel. Many times in our stay I got referred to as "our valued guest" at Beaches Negril you really feel that, valued and cared for by the staff. Food - Wow!! The variety is outstanding. I travelled just me and my 14yr old son we are both vegetarian and he is a picky eater but we needn't have worried there is so much choice available and all of great quality. We had dinner 3 out of 8 nights at Stella Italian as it was so fantastic. Our waiter Tonio really made it for us, he was so kind and engaging taking the time to talk to us and at each returning visit made us feel so welcome. Travelling alone with my son I felt so safe at this resort, my son made lots of friends and enjoyed socialising with them and I really felt I had time to rest and relax. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to return. Thank you Beaches for a perfect holiday ????

This resort is so beautiful! Plenty of food, beverages, numerous activities, and most of all of the staff is always happy, friendly, and a joy to be around!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the beaches were beautiful and relaxing, and there was always something fun to d The meals had plenty of delicious options. The resort is perfect for families. There are lots of activities for kids and it’s relaxing for adults. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. We can’t wait to go back!

Beaches Negril is beautiful, but the staff made our stay. Camisha at the beach bar went above and beyond, she’s friendly, always smiling, sharp, and even arranged a cake on the beach for our group and is one to watch! Anita our lovely waitress, the barbecue Camisha, the water ski instructor, the breakfast team, and Anne Marie, who worked with such care. Janice making the amazing mint ginger water, they were all amazing. They are naturally gifted with people, combining soft skills with intelligence.
