Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had an unforgettable vacation at Beaches Negril! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff members were fantastic, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I especially want to call out several of the staff for making the vacation perfect. Lifeguards: Kevoy and Jimmaro; Beach Server: Janice; Allandre (Dre) at the pool, and at the dive shop: Queen Boss and Fabion. These individuals are what make Beaches Negril special. We arrived a few days after hurricane Beryl and honestly, the resort was in excellent condition. Except for some WiFi and Internet issues it was perfect. Everything was clean, no long lines for the restaurants, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your trip everything you want it to be. The family lounged at the beach and pool. Played pool volleyball and basketball with newly made friends. We leveraged the water sports activities; banana boat ride, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and went on a few dives. It was GREAT!!! We’ve been to all three Beaches Resorts and Negril is our favorite by far. We enjoyed it so much, we rebooked again to come back.

The staff are incredible, beaches wonderful and food delicious. But the property and rooms are very dated and not worth the money. the whole place needs a major renovation.

Our vacation at Beaches Resort Negril was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the exceptional service and care we received from the staff. While our trip started with a few hiccups, Wendy, the Duty Manager, immediately turned things around with her proactive and attentive assistance. Her dedication set the tone for the outstanding service we experienced throughout our stay. The concierge team, including Nardia, Sabreana, and Donovan, were incredibly helpful and ensured every detail of our trip was taken care of seamlessly. Their knowledge and genuine enthusiasm made us feel truly valued guests. A highlight of our dining experience was undoubtedly the Mill, where Chef Sam, Tazalee, and Cameila delighted us with their culinary talents and warm hospitality. Each meal was a delight, thanks to their expertise and passion for creating memorable dining moments. For a quick and delicious bite, the Mean Green food truck, with attendant Kaylia at the helm, was our go-to spot. Kaylia's friendly demeanor and excellent service made our visits there truly enjoyable. At the bar, Natalia was extraordinary. They crafted cocktails with skill and charm, making each evening a special occasion. Their attention to detail and personable nature added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Mr. Roy was a true delight. No matter where we were on the property he ensured that our vacation was going smoothly. Our housekeepers, Angela and Margaret, deserve special recognition for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to ensure our room was immaculate and our needs were met promptly and thoughtfully. Overall, Beaches Resort Negril exceeded our expectations thanks to its dedicated staff who consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We can't wait to return to this paradise and enjoy another memorable vacation!

This was my family’s first out of country vacation. Im am overly impressed with this resort. There’s nothing like it. It felt like a big family reunion on an island. The warmth and hospitality I received from all staff was amazing. But the superstars were my personal concierges Shanea Malcolm and Montoya Higgins. They both went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I was very comfortable for the 5 days and everything was easy going because of their efforts. These beautiful women deserve top dollar pay for their professionalism and attending to my family. I am extremely grateful for this experience.

We had a great time here at Beaches Negril. I would like to point out Shirele for her 5 star service and commitment to excellence. We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday. She helped me from start to finish put the party together at Kimonos Hibachi restaurant. Please give the highest recognition to her for making this super special and memorable
