Montoya from the concierge was amazing, she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Edgar the chef at Mariachi was amazing, his salsa was the best I ever had! He came out and introduced himself and saw us a few times during the trip. Just an amazing person and an even better chef. Ricardo was the best bartender! He is at the beach bar. Such a great guy to chat with. Lowrenzo from the water sports was exceptional, he had patients and took extra time to help my son knee board. He also taught our whole group to sail which was a highlight of our trip! All of us took out hobie cats and it was a great experience. Tazalee at the food trucks always greeted us with a huge smile and pleasant conversation.

We really loved all the staff at the resort, everyone was friendly and as the week progressed they were greeting us by name. We especially loved Tazalee, from the food trucks, she was so sweet and kind. Also Lowrenzo from the water sports was exceptional. He was patient, thorough and kind, he took extra time to help my son knee board and he taught us all to sail on the Hobie Cats. Ricardo was our favorite bar tender by the beach, he is hysterical. And of course, I can’t forget all the staff in the concierge lounge. We ran into a little issue with air conditioning and they were exceptional.

Sean was an amazing guide! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Playing soccer with him was amazing me and my friends enjoyed it a lot.

I have been to Beaches numerous times and this was excellent as always. The food is great, restaurants and staff are wonderful. Some favourites SOY, Japanese restaurant and we loved the Cafe that serves Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee with so many drinks (lattes, americano's, etc) Beaches helped handle everything as I had to travel from Negril to Ocho for a wedding - made it super easy. Room was lovely, The spa was exceptional - I always go for facials, wraps, massage as they are so good. They did our hair for the wedding as well and it was fantastic. We will return and I highly recommend. The only negative was the gym instructor had left and a new replacement had not arrived so I missed my zumba and aqua fit classes
