We stayed in a Butler Suite which was perfect for our family. 3 rooms/3 full bathrooms which made things very easy with 3 teenagers and 2 adults. The Butlers and staff were all so friendly and eager to help to make our stay more comfortable. We were lucky to get Rohan, who was our butler in 2025, and Shanice. They went above and beyond to make our 13yr old feel special on his birthday! We don't mind the drive to the resort since it's in a comfortable bus. Don't let that deter you from picking Beaches Negril! It's worth the ride. The airport is also very nice, unlike Turks and Caicos which was a dump! The water sports are fablulous and not too busy. We went waterskiing and knee boarding every day! The food was very good and plenty of choices for a weeks stay! I wish they would have told us about tipping our butlers and spa staff I had to ask around and get it out of them-- they are heavily taxed when it's added to the room so cash is best! We came prepared this time! I am sure they appreciate anything. I can't say enough good things about Beaches Negril. I already booked another vacation so we will be back!

Beautiful resort! The most amazing staff, delicious foods, so many activities and the ride to and from the airport. Everything was great. Cannot recommend them enough!!!!

The staff were very accommodating. My phone was picked up by another person and several staff members helped me track it down in the rain. Everyone made the entire experience enjoyable.

Beaches Negril was nothing short of incredible! It was the best family vacation ever! The entire staff was fantastic! the entire staff was fantastic, but a special shout out to Selena, Shanea, Nordell, Delly, Dersha, and Nicolette. They truly made us feel like family and took such good care of us. We are counting the days until we’re back??

We absolutely love this resort and the people who make it so amazing! We have been coming since 2021 and it really does just feel like home with how everything is maintained and how hospitable everyone is. The beach is beautiful and the pools are fun, there are plenty of food options and the bars never run dry. The rooms are spacious and cleanly and the gyms are very neat and the spa is an unforgettable experience. I really can’t recommend this place enough if you prefer a more laid back vacation vibe. There are also loads of activities either being hosted by the awesome entertainment team or the folks over at the dive shop. We got certified to scuba dive in Jamaica and the Dive team has been nothing but amazing when it comes to have amazing but more importantly safe dives. Special shout out tos to everyone apart of the team yall are awesome! I definitely want to give some shout outs to Anita, Camesha, Rickardo, and Janice for providing wonderful service on the beach with drinks they really are the dream team and we love seeing them every year. We also love watching the entertainment every night and getting to have experiences with the team during the day, special shout out to Deli and Dershea!! Love seeing yall every year and all the hardworking and leadership being put into the activities and the shows. Another shout out is to Sarg who’s been amazing with keeping the beach pristine and beautiful and a smiling, friendly face in the morning. One last shout out to Camille in loyalty for going above and beyond when it comes to checking in on the vacation and welcoming us every year. We love everyone there and you can truly tell the hard work and dedication the entire resort staff have and the personable attitudes everyone has. The people are really what makes beaches the best Sandals resort and it is why we continue to come back. Again I highly, highly recommend coming to Beaches Negril!!
