Amazing stay at the INNSiDE

We had an amazing stay at the INNSiDE. We had a small issue with our room but this was rectified really quickly. Everyone we met at the hotel were fabulous, but Marcellus and Robert on reception were especially lovely and super helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay again.
Not Not on my list of favourite hotel’s I’ve stayed in!!

Nicely located hotel. Modern rooms if a bit on the small side. Bathroom was modern but small to maneuver with two people. Well equipped room with beverage fridge and iron and clothes steamer. Nice public areas. Great service attitude from all staff we interacted with. Only complaint is the $40 junk fee for “facilities”. I would rather they just be upfront and add it to the room rate.

All the staff is very professional, specially Gia from the reception and Lydia from the Wilson bar, they helped us with kindness and suggestions, we had nice time in the hotel, feeling home.

Great hotel, perfect location. Inclusive Breakfast option definitely worth it! Food was lovely, rooms clean and extremely quiet given location. We shared 1 room with 2 twin beds between 4 which was quite sufficient as we didn't spend much time in there. Ideal for city break location, would stay again. Staff on our last few days were terrific! Has everything you need.
