The staff were absolutely excellent, treated us with courtesy and were quick to resolve any problems we had. The room was chic and clean, and the breakfast was really good. A great vibe and environment. Only critiques would be that our first room smelled of smoke so we had to move, the coffee machine wasn’t clean, and the bed wasn’t firm enough for my husband. But for me the service made up for all of that. Shoutout to Jonathan who checked us in and took great care of us, and Jestin who called to make sure we were happy after our room change. Thanks you guys!

A very nice hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are small but have all you need. A couple of small issues with cups not being cleaned and teabags replaced by overall a good stay. Right in the middle of town so easy enough to get uptown and down. Staff were very good.

The hotel is nice and modern with some very nice staff, though the city view is debatable as we looked across at another building and was on the 14th floor. The best part for me was the lovely comfy bed and Pillows. I didn't want to leave. The downside is the $35 per night plus tax you have to pay. All in all though a lovely hotel

The hotel is well located and easy access by public transport, the rooms are spacious and the staff is lovely. the hotel is modern and perfect for couples. The bed is comfy and the room is spacious with a good size open wardrobe.

Room had all amenities, plus an espresso, water and juices. Good internet connection. Staff were kind and professional, check-in and check-out was smooth. Walking distance to Penn Station, shopping and restaurants.
