Excellent hotel, excellent service everything was amazing here at the hotel, Julio and Jason were super helpful and professional with us helping us each time we needed. The room during our stay he some little problems, but once we reported at the front one of the engineering went up and fixed. The food at the restaurant was good, but the service was extremely slow they need to improve that!

Currently staying at the Melià Innside nomad. The hotel is modern, nice vibes and in a great location. Close to everything but still very quiet. Unfortunately, we are a bit disappointed by the service. We booked three rooms and I am Melia Goldmember. I booked the studio terrace, which looked really nice on the pictures and cost me quite a lot more. The room that I received, however was tiny - nothing like the pics on the website and much smaller than the ones my friends received that had a regular king size view. After addressing it with the reception, and with quite some discussion, we received three breakfast vouchers. When wanting to turn in the vouchers the next day, breakfast was delayed by 45 minutes because the key to the kitchen was not available. This can happen, but first we were told it will take 10 minutes more, then asking again after 30 minutes, we were told another 15 minutes. So we left as we had plans for the day. So I recommend staying here, but don’t expect any upgrades or special treatments as a Goldmember, something that I am used to for staying at most Meliá hotels in Europe. That was a disappointment, especially after booking three rooms at once.

Nicole is Amazing! I haven't eaten since 2pm and when I came down to ask about reheating food she stopped what she was doing to ensure my food was reheated for me to finally eat and rest. 10/10 experience. The rest of the front desk is also amazing! Being willing to answer my calls.

Great location close to everything. Rooms were good size and clean, loved the extras like a yoga mat after a full day of walking and bikes you could borrow. Great vibe and attention to detail.

They were wonderful , they were always pleasant, all the staff was courteous and helpful!! Marialaura at the front desk was always positive,as well as the rest of the staff. Location was close to everything and were (staff) able to assist with any questions
