Staff was not very helpful. Room and half of the floor we were on was under construction and unfinished. I specifically asked if the floor and room was complete and staff assured me that it was and we would not be placed on a floor that was under construction. Dishes missing out of the room and doors had spring loaded hinges that slammed on my kids hands. Staff had no solution for this so I used my sandals for doorstops. Even an offer for free parking would have made us happy but Staff said they were unable to approve that. Just very very disappointed.

I was extremely disappointed in this stay. My family and I stayed for one night to visit Disneyland parks, and our experience could not have been much worse. First, we arrived at the appropriate check-in time, and our room was not ready. We were told we would be texted when it was ready. 4 hours later, and no text message. We were worried we wouldn't have a place to stay for the night. Even worse, it was immediately clear upon entering the hotel that a major plumbing incident had occurred, as the hotel smelled of sewage. The floors near the elevator on the second floor of the building had plastic wrap put down, presumably because of this sewage/plumbing incident. The whole floor and the rooms smelled of s***. Terrible!

Hotel was lobby and breakfast was super clean and nice! The rooms were really clean as well, we were very comfortable. There was some construction going on which was a bummer for while we were there but just shows that they’re taking care of things and keeping it updated. I would definitely stay here again, it was a quick 15 minute walk to get through security at Disneyland.

Smells of paint and no wifi. Not a great start after a 12 hous flight. Was iffered a room change but would have prefered to have put in a functuoning room in the first place.... before i unpacked.

This hotel’s rooms are larger and it is a very busy hotel. It’s a bit basic, but if was perfect for my needs. I really love their pool and their gym. Also, the people are amazing, especially Margarita and Alex for helping me with gluten free options for my celiac disease. Location good too!
