Great place to stay. Clean and staff are very friendly. Close walking distance to Disney and super convenient with Walgreens and iHOP next door. If you’re not traveling with children, ask for the highest floor.

Great proximity to the shuttle for Disney. Our family loved the ease of parking and close access to the shops. The continental breakfast and pool were also a hit.

Location is close to Disney parks, we walked and it took us maybe 15 minutes with children. The hotel is very clean, smells nice as you walk in. There are enough parking spaces in the garage, pool looks nice although we didn't try it. Hotel room is very spacious, clean, comfortable. The breakfast staff made the experience extra special when they handed balloons for the young children. I do not know how often they do that but I thought it was so cute seeing the smiles of the children happily receiving balloons. The breakfast was great too. This was our first time staying here and I would definitely come back.

Room surfaces and bedding all clean, staff friendly and responsive, good location, nice breakfast, but our room and the pool need repairs. Room issues: shower water temperature imbalance…either hot or cold but worn out cartridge couldn’t achieve warm; slow drain, so standing in water during shower; seemingly inadequate ventilation as steam lingered and room smelled stale; noisy AC compressor. Pool issues: filter didn’t seem to be working as the water was cloudy, and the temperature was also uncomfortably cold.

We were treated absolutely poorly by the staff of this location. We’ve been Hyatt credit card members for multiple years and plan to cancel our credit cards based on this experience. There were at least 8 families in the waiting room until nearly 5 pm waiting to check in when check in is at 4 because staff was unable to and unwilling to have the rooms prepared. Don’t stay at this location if you have any specific meeting time you need to be present for. You won’t make it
