Room was clean, smelled funny on my floor and grage, and on top of paying for the parking is 40 per night apparently. Good spread for breakfast, edible but basic

Outstanding customer service, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was more than comfortable and had exactly what we needed to ensure a pleasant experience.

It’s a solid location with a nice walk from the Disneyland parks. Staff was nice and the rooms were clean, as expected. We had better experiences in the past so this was a bit of a bummer. The water in the shower would quickly change from too hot to too cold while anyone was using it. The lighted mirror would flicker and then turn off. We’d have to flip the switch off then back on to get it to turn back on. Also, the doors in the bedroom and bathroom are poorly laid out and fully close on their own so we constantly had to prop them open with a heavy stool. What was out of the hotel’s direct control was the guests who stayed directly above us were constantly rolling the foot stools back and forth across the floor. I’m sure it was a small kid just playing, but it was constant and I ended up calling the front desk. It seems it was addressed as it decreased but the fact that it was so loud gives me pause about staying there again unless I was able to get a room on the top floor.

We sadly had a terrible experience at this hotel. We love hyatts but this one is getting very old and instead of fixing problems, they patch them and limp along allowing guests to use the rooms. There was a really bad water issue in our bathroom where water (and a mushroom, ha) was coming out of a hole next to the bathtub. Long story short, it took them three times coming to “fix” the issue (patching the wall) and us taking videos for them to believe that it wasn’t the shower curtain but an actual leak under the tub that was causing damage inside the walls. We could smell the mildew in the closet and water would come up between the floorboards when we walked. Staff were not very nice or accommodating the whole time we were there and you could tell they were just struggling trying to keep guests happy even though the hotel is in need of some serious repair.

The hotel is very clean, the recepcionist carlos was kind and also the breakfast even include with the reservation, margarita was so kind and give a good service at the breakfast
