There was no water coming out of the shower and so it was not working upon returning from Disneyland at 11:30 PM. Maintenance was already gone for the day. The staff could have done a better job addressing our concerns.I've already emailed the manager at the hotel but to no surprise, I have yet to get a response. This has been our go to hotel while going to Disneyland for quite some time and it's time to explore other options.

We arrived and Andrew Silva checked us in. He was so helpful and kind to me and my son! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience arriving after a long day, truly made our stay so much better and was so appreciated! I wish all hotels had such great employees.

Pleasantly surprised with the service provided at Hyatt House from checking in early to the cleanliness and set up of the rooms. We were in a Kitchen Suite room and that was so convenient for my family. Definitely would recommend this location as there is a Walgreens opened 24 hrs right next door, a Pizza place right across the street and a Starbucks right below us. One stop shop! Also you can walk to Disneyland in about 10-15 minutes or uber for $10-$12 each way. Perfect location and hotel for Disneyland!

Great Location with a great view of the Disney resorts.clean hotel and walking distance to many other areas like the Gardenwalk. Rooms and hotel grounds are kept clean. Noise level was very minimal considering the amount of families with small children.

Awesome trip with the family!! Rooms were awesome and everything was in walking distance to Disneyland!! Breakfast was good, adjoining rooms with kitchenette was perfect!! Kids enjoyed the hot tub and our trip was amazing thanks to the service at the hotel! Would stay again!
