Not Hilton worthy price and poor service
Raj S on Dec 28, 2025
I stayed here for 4 days and paid a premium expecting Hilton-level quality and service, which I unfortunately did not receive. I chose this property thinking it was close to Disneyland, but there are several other hotels even closer that offer better pricing and much better service. This hotel is not family-friendly, and families with kids should consider other options. On top of that, the daily parking fee is unreasonably high. Overall, the stay did not feel worth the price paid.
Disappointing Experience Despite Great Location
Rajesh K on Dec 27, 2025
The location of this hotel is excellent, very convenient and close to Disneyland. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end for me. The parking charges are frankly unreasonable at $46 per day (including taxes), which felt excessive and poorly justified. Even more disappointing was the lack of flexibility or consideration for late checkout, despite my Hilton Diamond status. My request was essentially dismissed without any meaningful attempt to accommodate or offer alternatives. As a loyal Hilton customer, I expect a higher level of service, especially in terms of guest recognition and basic courtesy. This stay did not reflect the value or experience typically associated with the Hilton brand, and overall it did not feel worth the price paid. I would hesitate to stay here again unless there are improvements in guest service and value.
Closet suspiciously locked and noises appear to originate from there

Although security is not a top concern, this is an excellent spot to stay. It's a secure section of the hotel rows at Disneyland. However, I had a security problem in my room, and without providing more information, I don't think it was taken seriously. The hotel personnel maintains that the closet in the bathroom is accesible, but nobody has been able to unlock it, and due to the noises coming from the closet ...I will state that it appears suspicious. Staff insists it's a plain closet but no one could open it.
Excellence in Customer Service

Kimberly and Ethan were amazing. From the welcome speech to helping us arrange renting electric wheelchairs for my parents, they were prompt to provide suggestions and made sure all our questions were answered.Adriana was texting us every day to make sure our stay was great.
Family of five (with older kids) Disneyland four night stay
Angela C on Jul 13, 2025
We decided to break up our vacation from Hawaii with a stop in Disneyland before traveling all the way back to Illinois. I booked this hotel through a Costco package, and I selected it for the proximity to the parks, free breakfast and variety of activities on site to keep my older kids busy (pool, arcade, mini golf course and basketball court). Also, with a family of five (with kids ages 18, 16, and 11), we need the extra space. Upon arrival, we were greeted cheerfully by Jeovanni at the front desk. Our experience with him was stellar- he went above and beyond by making conversation with each one of us, and he even remembered us every other time he saw us afterward! He was super accommodating with helping me navigate my Hilton Honors points, making sure we weren't charged for parking, and ensuring that we had all the extra towels, keys, and bedding that we needed. Breakfast was your typical waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels/muffins/toast, oatmeal, fruit, cereal offerings, but I was impressed with the overnight oats and chia pudding that they had as well! Also, there was hot coffee (regular and decaf with all the fixings) available 24-7 in the lobby! That is a big plus in my book! I also utilized the fitness center a couple of times and had it all to myself! Additionally, getting to the parks was a BREEZE! We are used to being on a bus for at least 30-45 minutes and navigating through seas of people in the blazing heat since we are frequent WDW visitors. Not here! The Toy Story parking lot for the parks is located directly behind the hotel, and you take the bus a short 5-8 minutes to get to the parks. Easy peasy! The only slightly negative thing I can say about our stay is that the room seemed a bit dated (though clean) and it was annoying to not have a divider between the sink/get-ready area outside of the bathroom and the main bedroom. Honestly though, the best part about this hotel is the staff! Like I mentioned before, Jeovanni was amazing, but every single staff member that we came into contact with was super friendly and accommodating with a smile! The breakfast staff kept up the availability of all breakfast foods until the very end, and that area was always brimming with people (but we were never out of fresh, hot food). It is obvious that the staff takes pride in this hotel, and we appreciated the cleanliness, friendliness and affordability of it all!
