2nd time staying here with pets. Great location, hospitality, amenities

Great location, comfortable and clean rooms, great amenities (breakfast, gym, pool, hot tub, activity/games area, grill & picnic, and pet area). The kitchenette could use a refresh of equipment but worked okay overall.
Adrian at the front desk is the best.

Location was great, however the staff is absolutely amazing! Had a wonderful experience overall. Adrian at the front desk was beyond helpful, cheerful, and hospitable! This hotel is lucky to have this gentleman at the front serving their guests, he made the trip and experience over all fantastic!

This was the perfect location for our "home base" while visiting Disneyland, Legoland and other area attractions. Great breakfast buffet each morning meant I didn't have to cook breakfast. Walking distance to Disney. Walking distance to a pharmacy, restaurants, Starbucks. We are a family of 5 and it's hard to find a hotel situation that fits our crew, the King bed suite with bunk bed & trundle was great. We spent most of our time out during the day, then enjoyed the pool each evening.
Great Stay

A big shout out to Team Kitchen!!!! Everyone super nice, amazing sense of urgency, courteous. Everything was taken care promptly and with a big smile. Behind the scenes... saw a couple of maintenance people taking care of the upkeep. Housekeeping team made sure our room was clean and fresh for our arrival. Thanks everyone!!!!
Great first experience to kick off our first Disney trip!

We came in for Disneyland and this hotel was at a good distance. It's within walking distance if you don't mind another half mile or so (we walked to the park but were so tired after we got a Lyft back). We took an early flight and arrived before check-in but we asked if they could go ahead and park and walk to the park. They said that wasn't a problem but they even had the room ready so we were able to go ahead and check-in! This was great so we could freshen up after the flight and driving! The parking felt a tad expensive, but I love that you had to use your room key to enter and exit the parking lot. The hotel is long and we were in the back, so the walk to the room from the front door felt like it took a while. Not the end of the world, but something to keep in mind if you need easy access rooms. The TV was a smart TV where it had my name and you can log into various streaming services to watch TV. In our room, the bathroom sink was not behind a closed door, only the toilet and tub were. For our family this wasn't a big deal, but if you need/want more overall bathroom privacy, it's something to ask if they have a different set up in other rooms. Staff was all super friendly. The hotel and immediate area felt safe and inside was spotless. The suite was a great size with a small kitchenette (didn't realize at the time the difference of suites vs regular rooms, omg my eyes have been opened!). Breakfast had to be the topping on the cake! This was the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. The options were amazing; rice, beans, tortillas, fruit, pancakes, etc., and they all tasted great! We didn't get to use the other amenities or the outdoor lounge/play area, but from a passing glance they all looked nice. This is easily the nicest hotel I've stayed in and would be my top choice if we visit again.
