This was a Great location for our family visit to Disneyland! Super friendly staff, big clean room and nice breakfast each morning. The pool area was great too. It’s close enough to walk to the parks, but we ended up driving the second day. Love that there’s so much commerce within walking distance
Typical hotel near disneyland

Pros: They had a hotel room that fit my family and was relatuvely clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Walk to Disneyland was ok but longer than I expected for the price.
Cons: This hotel is similar to all hotels around disneyland. Expensive, full, not refreshed when needed. Carpets needed to be replaced in rooms and hallways. Breakfast was not up to the Hyatt standard. Stayed 5 nights, room was not lightly cleaned per stated at checkin after 3rd night. I have found that most chain hotels have their worst hotels around Disneyland. I guess when a hotel has near 100 percent occupancy the chain looks the other way when inspections happen.
Great place to walk to everywhere you need in Anaheim

Great place to use as a jumping off point to attend conferences or take a break at Disney. Many restaurants and attractions near by or accessible. Also the staff was very friendly at all times of the day.
Not the worst, but not the best either

Location: Hotel is a block away from the Toy Story Parking Lot and the Disneyland free shuttle is there. You can take the same shuttle going back. Properly shares a parking lot with another hotel, La Corona.
Hotel: It is small with a tiny lobby & an open business center (3 computers). A tiny outdoor pool (not heated) which resembles those from an Motel 6 and a hot tub. Shuttle also doesn’t come here to take you to Disneyland (others do) so this probably won’t be our choice next time we visit for Disneyland.
Room looks exactly like the picture. Water pressure is really good. But I booked a queen and I think what were in were full beds.
Decent breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, waffles. Yogurt and some fresh fruits. Bagels & some hard boiled eggs. Fill up if you’re headed to Disneyland.
Staff: Not very friendly. I’m arriving at noon so I asked for an early check-in. I was told it’s not possible. I asked for pool access and rep refused, telling me I can’t have a key until check-in. She asked for my number and said I’ll get a text when my room is ready. 3 PM, no text. I walked in to the hotel and tried to check-in and they have a room already. Sigh. All those times sitting outside with all the kids….When I asked about the shuttle to Disney, the staff told me, “walk a block, on the first light, turn right.” That’s it. No explanation that I actually have to walk into the parking, past the toll gates & towards the end of that parking lot. Mind you, the parking lot is huge & if you’ve never been in this area, it could get a little confusing. Good thing we saw a few people walking and just followed them. Otherwise, I honestly don’t know how far we have to walk to reach the shuttle.
Staff don’t also pickup calls from the room. Housekeeping leaves at nighttime so if you forgot to “swing by” the FD to remind them to take your trash (they don’t pick up calls) then it stays there until the next day. Also you have to stop by the FD again to get your free water for the day (2 per day) and they are so busy, I don’t have time to wait.

The hotel met all of my needs. I didn’t know that our housekeeper was not coming every single day though I guess I’m used to that when I travel. Louie, the bartender Was incredible and his hospitality will never be forgotten.
