Had a wonderful time at this hotel, the staff were amazing. Front desktop and breakfast staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. We booked a room that had a door separating two bedrooms. One bedroom had bunk beds and a pull out couch. It was so nice to have a bit of privacy. The breakfast was awesome before a busy park day. The one thing is that this hotel does not have good soundproofing. You could hear every footstep, every giggle, every door close in the hallway like the person was standing right next to your bed. From the washroom I heard a phone ring and a full telephone conversation. Even while wearing headphones and a podcast playing, I was woken up several times by people in the hallway returning from the parks ( one evening was sweetheart nights so the park was open until 1:00 a.m.) Overall, I would recommend, great location- It's an easy walk to Disneyland, having a Walgreens on site as well as a Starbucks was great. I will definitely stay here again, but I will pack ear plugs.

We stayed in a two-queen room with a sofa bed in February 2026 and found it overpriced for what we got. The room felt basic with no rugs or special touches, and the tap water had an unpleasant taste. The TV placement was particularly frustrating - positioned between the sofa bed and the queen beds, it blocked the view when trying to have a conversation across the room. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the room was pleasantly quiet. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and clean. The gym had a Peloton bike, though I wish there were at least two since it's a larger hotel. Overall, it's a decent hotel if you prioritize cleanliness and quiet, but don't expect luxury or thoughtful room design at this price point.

The hotel is a good location for walking to the parks, but not right next door, so it is a bit of a walk. The hotel is undergoing remodeling at this time, and it was a bit loud and dusty. The breakfast hours are short on weekdays, so you have to be sure to be down before 9 am or you won't get breakfast. The room we had was a good size, but being on the 2nd floor, street side, it was noisy. I had reserved a 'view' room, but on check-in, I was told it wasn't available, and we ended up on the 2nd floor facing the street. I asked about a credit for the change in rooms, but was told I have to go through the website where I booked the room. Maybe I'll get the credit, still waiting...

Easy walk to Disneyland with convenient shopping nearby which makes great for getting last minute items you might need without needing to have a rental car or paying for a ride somewhere. Hotel is clean, secure, and offers great accommodation's for family's. We love the breakfast options, and my kids loved that the room we had had bunk beds.

I enjoy staying there and I been coming there many times. They were super friendly there. I gave it 10/10 I’ll be definitely come back there. Hyatt house Anaheim rocks and the pool and jacuzzi were very nice I really like it.
