We had a great stay at the Hyatt. My kids loved the pool and breakfast. Margarita was so nice and made sure we had everything we wanted for breakfast. We would love to stay again.

BAD Hotel stay and would NOT recommend for any families going to Disneyland. We came to hotel at 430pm - expecting to check in and hit the ground running since check in was 4pm. We were told no room were ready (along with other people checking in) and they'd "call" us when our room was ready. 530pm we finally got a call for our room - AND we didn't even get the park view room I paid for. All Hyatt offered was, next stay with us, book via HYatt and call and we can try to upgrade your room...

The hotel is perfect for the people who attend the convention center. (10 minute walk) Rooms are very big adapted for the families that go to Disney amusement park. (10 min walk too) Service during breakfast is great. As an example, I take every morning coffee with ice, and I had to ask for ice the first day, the following days Margarita offered me a cup of ice every morning without me asking. That's called being attentive and showing affection. I never write reviews. Today I had to do it!

Nice big rooms and close to Disney. Was impressed with how friendly staff was and how easy it was to get our stroller delivered.

Wonderful, clean hotel within walking distance of Disneyland. Full kitchen and a nice "living" space in which to relax. We also really enjoyed the blackout shades.
