Disney hotel

First time I have been to a Disney hotel and I loved it. We stopped in the Lion King family suites, plenty of room and brilliant atmosphere. Three big pools, transport from the hotel to the theme parks, these come quite frequently. Not too keen on the restaurant/canteen. Too busy, too expensive and the food was mediocre, reminded me of a school canteen. We had breakfast once, but it's convenient if needed. We would definitely be back to stay again soon.
Disappointing Stay Despite the Disney Magic

As expected, this is an expensive hotel simply because it’s on Disney property. Unfortunately, it was also the most uncomfortable Disney resort we’ve stayed at. The beds were very firm, there was barely enough space for our luggage, and the bathroom was extremely small. The room layout also offered very little privacy, with the sink area located right next to the beds. Another downside is the distance from the front desk. Depending on your room location, the walk can be surprisingly long. Breakfast was chaotic due to the crowds, and ride-share services like Uber are only allowed to pick up and drop off at the front desk, which means you’ll have to walk there with your luggage every time. For the price, I would recommend requesting a room as close to the front desk as possible. Otherwise, it may be worth considering a different hotel that offers a more comfortable and convenient experience.
Awesome Resort

This was our first time staying at this resort and I was pleasantly surprised. From the resort design, layout, statues, food and themed rooms. There is something for every Disney fan. We stayed on the Little Mermaid Building and the inside of the room were an average size. It had a big screen TV, 3 drawer dresser, table and chairs, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and several hooks and hangers for you to use. The cafe had many different foods to choose from and not just your usual burgers, chicken strips, hot dogs and fries. At this time they had pizza, pasta, chicken parm and meatball sandwiches. They also had ramen, adobo nachos, salmon, braised beef and vegetables and an array of desserts to choose from. The Cafe and pools (they have 2 big pools) are both open till 11pm, so you have time to take a dip and get a snack after a day at the park. For bigger families they also have suites that can sleep up to 6 people. Half of our group had one of these. They had 3 full or queen size beds and two big screen tvs, a fridge, microwave and sink and one bathroom had a tub and shower and the other had just a shower. I would stay at this resort again it was budget friendly and worth every penny. I definitely recommend looking into this resort if you on a tight budget.

Recently stayed for for 10 days in Disney world, split stay between art of animation (little mermaid room) and port Orleans French quarter. Port Orleans was beautiful but we preferred art of animation. Cast members were helpful, theming was amazing and can't beat the skyliner. I was worried about the size or the room and distance from lobby. Room was surprisingly spacious and despite the discourse the mermaid rooms are a short walk from skyliner and lobby. I would 100% stay here again
