Mixed review but mostly positive

As soon as we arrived the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, not a fan of the guys with the hard sells trying to get you to cheap tickets by wasting your time visiting another hotel where no doubt the sell gets even harder, they started friendly enough but the just turned plain rude so we avoided them. The first room we had wasn't nice, it was in their tower, it was very dated and looked like a cheap motel room, the blinds didn't work, a/c was noisy, I almost had a shock of one of the power outlets that sparked, the rest of the outlets didn't work at all and the view was the worst, overlooking the covered waterpark, if you stay here, avoid block 5. The staff kindly moved us the following morning to a much better room by the front pool that changed out holiday and perspective completely, the only other issues with the room were other guests, one night we had someone try to get in the main door then tried to get in through the adjoining door, very noisy all night, we called security as we were worried but no one answered, we spoke to the manager the next morning and he was amazing and dealt with our concerns brilliantly, towards the end of our stay we found the next guests were using the front of our room to smoke their vapes, clearly ignoring all signs around the hotel about smoking. The front pool was lovely, we could relax and play, the small water park was good for kids but as it's February it was cold once out of the water due to the shade, the main waterpark is amazing and our 4 year old spent hours on it, enjoying his best life. The shop and Starbucks were good but the food in the bar area wasn't good and very overpriced, all communal areas were very clean and well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay for the most part.

Arrived after travelling for 15 hours. Travelled with Love Holidays, for bed & breakfast with fridge. Rated this hotel as 3 star accommodation. Chosen as it has a waterpark and is close to Disney. Family of 5. 4 adults and a 9 Yr old Taken to our first rooms via a lift. 2 double beds, a put you up/ sofa bed. Microwave , coffee pod machine. Room was smelly, damp, felt dirty, and very noisy air conditioning unit. My parents' room was as smelly and damp with very noisy air conditioning units. Spacious rooms (that was all that was good)but wet/damp smelly and noisy carpeted bedroom. Complained to reception Offered us 2 new rooms, with no questions asked. Reason given t management by receptionist smelly dmp rooms. Said they are waiting to be upgraded.. New rooms they had said had just been upgraded. Saw the rooms, newly tiled floor, instantly smelt and looked cleaner, facing the pool. Rooms next to each other. The parents' room had cockroaches and couldn't close plug. No wardrobes or closets in either rooms, only drawers. Wristbands controlled both doors and the non lifeguarded pool area. Starred to fail after 7 days. We had a welcome pack which gave you 20% off breakfast. 1st 4 days there were good choices of breads/bagels, porridge, fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola, fried breakfast and waffles.. Tea bags /coffee/hot chocolate, Orange Juice/Apple. Then, foods started running low, with no milk, yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread, coco pops, tea, orange juice. When asked server for more, they replied they hadn't got any. By day 7, we chose to eat elsewhere due to not having the choice, and it became very busy. Only spoke limited English/American. Most were lovely. Some pool attendants were rude, asking to look through your bags, for food from outside. Food and drinks were expensive inside the hotel and on International Drive. Only snack/junk food is available. Starbucks onside were limited opening time. Closed when they and to not set times. Unlike guarded pool ,heated good amount of sunloungers.. Bar limited and was not fully sacked running out of stock, expensive. Waterpark. Great for all ages, well manned/maintained by lifegurads Only one bus a day to Disney at 950 am and returning at 610pm..no good if you wanted to see closing shows. Which meant an uber. I would only rate this as a 2 star, which is desperate need of an update.
