My boyfriend and I went from Miami for 3 nights. When we paid for everything and went to check in they told us we had to be 21 and nowhere did it say we had to be 21. Even when we paid they didn't ask us our age and now we lost part of what we paid for because they didn't say we had to be 21.

Had a 10 night stay in November (later increased to 11 nights). Arrived after a long journey from Heathrow. Booked in with no fuss. Went to our suite. For the 2 of us we had had 2 en suite bedrooms, living area and a kitchenette with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. It was like a mini flat with plenty of drawer and hanging space. We each had a TV in our rooms and a giant TV in the living area. There is a lovely pool area with towels to use and loungers along with tables and chairs. There is a laundry area you can use (at a charge). There is also a place to get some basic breakfast and coffee (again at a charge. We found the reception staff all to be very helpful indeed. The rooms were clean and tidy I had the queen sized bed and my friend the king sized one. We both found the beds comfortable. The air con was much needed as it was 85f outside most days. The rooms were quiet, except for one night when they held a music concert in Orbit Park opposite the hotel (the hotel could do nothing about it. The location was perfect for us as nearly opposite Pirates Cove adventure golf which we both remembered from before (over 20 years ago). Waling distance to Dennys and Walgreens. The reason I mentioned a 10 night stay increased to 11 is because our flight was at 11:20 pm. Pick up from hotel 7:50pm. Checkout time 11am. Neither of wished to spend nearly 9 hours sitting in reception. Discussed with receptionist (wish I could remember her name - I keep thinking it was Roxy but I think I am wrong) who suggested I ring ES Sonesta as they do not take bookings at the hotel. Thanks to her advice I booked a further night. She arranged for us to keep the same room so did not have to book out and back in again. It proved great as we could go out in the morning and shower when we got back before our pick up. All in all a 1st class experience from a 1st class hotel and reception team - well done

Five of us stayed here in October 2024 for two weeks and we loved it. The hotel/suites were nice and clean, it was perfect for us. It had everything you needed, the pool, the gym, the laundrette, the shop.. not to mention an on site Starbucks! It was great. The location of the hotel was perfect as it has everything around it you could want and need, shops, restaurants, fast food, entertainment, bars and more! The theme parks were only a short drive from where we were located too. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Shoutout to all the staff for all of your help whilst we were there and for making us all feel so welcome, especially Vanessa!??????

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic on international drive. Would definitely recommend. The only problem is we booked two rooms and paid $250 each deposit that would be refundable. At checkout the receptionist said everything was good and I would be refunded but that’s just over a week now but no refund ?. Trying to contact through email and Facebook but can’t. Hopefully it’s refunded soon

We love this hotel and have been staying here for many years .The staff are so helpful and the hotel is unique in it's layout . Vanessa ( Front Office Manager ) is incredible , she is the reason this hotel is as good as it is , nothing is too much trouble for her to deal with and she still find time to work on the reception dealing with the public and not just hiding away in an office. I would also like to mention Gerold ( Supervisor Reception ) and Gustavo ( Food and Beverage ) , they are both so approachable and it's obvious when speaking to them how proud they are of the hotel and the service they offer .
