Fantastic hotel. Great location. Staff where excellent.

Staff very friendly. 2 bed apartment was great. Filtered coffee and tea . Sugar and dried milk provided along with washing up liquid. Sponge and dishwasher tab toiletries were of good quality. Our only complaint is the air con was a bit confusing and the 3 tvs Guides were not available and no channel list was provided, Location is great literally across road from Icon Park. We were also allowed to leave our car in car park until we had to leave at 2pm for airport and because of this I have given 5 stars..even though it was an inconvenience that the TV had no channel guide.

We have been visiting Orlando and staying in this hotel for many Years . The Receptionist Staff was Friendly and Cooperative,and always happy to help if you needed anything. We booked Two Suites “Two Bedroom Suite- King and Queen “ ,stayed for Two Weeks. Both Suits spacious and Very clean containing all the amenities.Beds are comfortable. The kitchen had all Needs. Towel and bin change every 3 days and full cleaning every 7 days. There are a Laundry,Starbucks,Pool,Gym and Car Rental office on site. Location of the hotel is Perfect and walkable distance to ICON Park,Restaurants and Shops . It was an Excellent stay,made all of us feel at home,Surely will come back to our favourite hotel. Great Thanks to Front Office Manager Vanessa and all her Colleagues in Sonesta ID. All in all a great stay would Highly Recommended.

When i arrived to check in on Jan 29th as this wonderful person, Vanessa, wonderful lady checking me was going through the process when we had power outage, noting to do with hotel. I cant say enough about the professionalism shown by Vanessa in how she handled me, the other slew of people wondering what was happening. I truely enjoy my stay, hotel very clean and Vanessa, at the front desk, the owners should be so so grateful.

Recently stayed here for 11 nights and so glad we were recommended to Sonesta. The apartment was very spacious with a useful kitchen, dishwasher, usable bathroom but most of all, a very comfortable bed and it was quiet. I would agree with other comments, that when we arrived, after a short time, our white socks were dirty. The apartment also had 2 large TV's, cooker but we did have to ask for a kettle, which was no trouble for the staff who made arrangements for one to be delivered to the room within 10 minutes. Somesta is near ICON park and several places to eat, all within walking distance but if you want to traveI further, the I-Ride bus top 14 is outside. Not sure if all guest have it or whether it was just part of our package, but we also had free transfer to all of the parks via bus, which picked us up from outside Sonesta. The atmosphere was great and was excellent value for money, with extremely friendly staff, always happy to help. There is a very small shop in reception for snacks or drinks, a Starbucks where you can also get something light to eat, in the morning and a laundrette. Whilst we didn't use it, there is also a car hire place downstairs. There is a walgreens in walking distance which was practical, but for some reason, doesn't sell eggs, very strange. Will definitely be booking again with Sonesta suites.
