Excellent location, friendly staff. Suite was spotless and well equipped. Amenities around the complex are clean and fully functional. Will definitely stay again, and recommend to family and friends.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and consistently helpful. The room was exactly what we needed, offering ample storage space, a powerful shower, and a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The location was outstanding—just a short walk from numerous dining options. The shuttle buses to the parks were reliable and convenient; we typically used the bus for our morning trips and opted for an Uber or Lyft on the return, depending on which was more cost-effective. The pool area was enjoyable, though the building does block some of the afternoon sun. The jacuzzi was a welcome feature and pleasantly warm, and the main pool being heated was another great advantage. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

I cannot believe how my matron of honor was treated last night. She and her husband came all the way from Italy, with 16 hours spent on two different airplanes. They were supposed to arrive on 11/12, and due to a car accident that took two extra hours on the highway, they missed their original flight. They notified the hotel of this through Expedia, and they were able to get a new flight on 11/13 that landed in Miami around 6pm. They had to then drive their rental car nearly five hours to get to Orlando. When they arrived at the hotel later than 11pm, the front desk called Expedia and made them wait longer than an hour before allowing them to sleep there for the night, on top of all their stress and exhaustion and jet lag, they had to book a different hotel for the rest of their stay here. This is simply unacceptable! This is no way to treat people, and shame on the Sonesta and Expedia for not honoring their reservation. They need to get a refund and an apology at the very least. It’s just awful what they went through!!! What is wrong with them? It’s not okay.

The apartment was spacious and in a very good location. Plenty utensils and comfy beds. The staff were friendly (female with long brown hair was the best. I heard her check in a guest and covered everything you would need to know. Including 2 free coffees in the morning/cleaning schedule.) The guy that checked us in told us bare minimum. Nvr nentioned coffee. Cleaning is not great. The floors are filthy. There was also a really bad musty smell in our room. The whole stay. Water didnt drain. When showering you were calf deep in water. Had someone come to fix this but kept happening. The hob didnt heat much. Took 30 mins to scramble eggs. Microwave tripped the kitchen electrics. Fridge extremely noisy. Had neighbours killing each other one night and cannabis smell in resort was very strong. I wouldnt stay again, unless i really needed to be on international drive in a 2 bed apartment. Stayed previously, years ago, and used to be a lot better. Its not terrible, but nothing to draw you back either. The staff were the best thing about here. Very friendly and always said hello. There were no bugs in the room. I was happy about this. Lobby area nice and fresh and smelled good.

Lovely modern suites, decent size with lots of storage space. Perfect location close to most theme parks with free shuttle bus transport on offer. Staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful.
