Edgar at the bar & Chris was fantastic. Made our experience worth it forsure. Made it feel so much more like home. Very welcoming. Definitely worth a visit just for them.

We stayed at this hotel because it was our anniversary and we could find many restaurants in the area, as well as attractions we could visit; it truly has a great location. Our stay was good and pleasant with friendly staff and excellent service, both in the rooms and from the hotel employees. We liked it a lot and will perhaps return soon to enjoy the beautiful water park they have. It was closed they told me because of the weather. The reception and housekeeping staff were spectacular

I visited this hotel a couple of years ago, but it honestly looks like a completely different place now. There have been so many changes, both inside and out. I've always liked it's great location. Looking a little closer, the restaurant and rooms have been completed renovated. The service was really good, as always and the cleaning lady in my room was very polite and helpful. Very clean everything.

Honest review after an 8 day stay. First of all the rooms were comfortable and clean. We stayed in room 2117 which was across from the pool on the ground floor. At first, we were over the moon about the location of our room… we soon came to regret it. The pool plays music from 8am-10pm, which is fine if you are at the parks, but when you are trying to have a sleep in after a busy day it’s not the best. Due to our room location we were being woken up 4/5 times per night due to noise. People returning to the hotel at 2/3am, or getting up early, staff working etc. There was zero noise cancellation, most guests had to walk past our room to get to theirs. I didn’t feel well rested once on this trip which was a shame. The staff were all lovely, super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping came everyday, we had our do not disturb sign up for our room to be cleaned every other day though. Shuttle bus to universal was great I just wish the return time was later than 8:30pm like it is for the rest of the hotels. It was so cold during our trip, abnormally cold for Florida, so we were freezing in the room due to the bed only having thin sheets for bedding. We had to turn the heat on in the room but unfortunately this made us both sick with sneezing, coughing etc. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t try any however I did see a few people order from the poolside bar and it looked nice. I did sample one of the cocktails and it was lovely. The pool was heated and was lovely and warm so we did get to go in despite the cold weather. I would stay here again, however I’d request a room away from the pool.
