Great birthday party package. Stephanie was the best helped us with everything and more.

Overall, we had a fair experience. However, despite booking a renovated room, we were initially placed in an older room located next to one undergoing renovations. As a result, there was noticeable construction noise, and both the room and hallway were quite dusty, with plastic coverings throughout. To their credit, the manager addressed the issue promptly. That said, it appeared that the newly renovated rooms had not undergone thorough quality checks. For example, there was a hole above the showerhead, which was concerning, and the bathroom door was improperly fitted and would not close. On a positive note, the location was excellent and easily accessible. The staff and amenities were reasonable for the price. I would recommend that, if renovations are ongoing, greater attention to detail and construction quality be prioritized. Small issues like these can significantly impact both guest comfort and safety.

Coco Key - Orlando, FL We stayed at this property with our 3 1/2 year old and we all had a fabulous time. The staff was mostly invisible but wonderful and thorough. The cleanliness of the property and rooms was also great. From reading reviews prior to our stay, we asked for a room without carpet and had a great location near the outdoor heated pool. The only shortfall was trying to speak to the property direct during the booking process but when all said and done we will definitely visit this property again.

We're back! The Coco Key Hotel is amazing ??. We had so much fun at the Water park ???. I have to say that our stay was quite wonderful ??. A big THANK YOU to Yomaira from housekeeping; she left our room impeccable, clean and smelling fresh. We absolutely loved it. It was a perfect experience. Thank you for your hospitality.

After traveling several hours by plane we arrived to find our rooms were not ready. We got keys to one room at approximately 6:30pm but did not get access to the other room until 8:15. They did offer free breakfast and some coupons to the arcade as compensation. While the property is a little tired and dated we enjoyed our stay and the on-property Starbucks every morning. The breakfast buffet was nice but we felt a little overpriced at $19+ per person. We did notice lots of amenities like laundry but we did not use. We did not utilize the water park due to weather. The property is easy to find and located almost at the halfway point between Universal Studios and Epic Universe which worked well for us.
