This was our second visit. We just found this a great location and great value. Hotel has a lovely friendly atmosphere. The reception had been revamped following our previous visit and they were started upgrading the rooms. Both times we stayed fir two weeks and were located in the multi story block. I liked it there as it was quiet and felt safe. Rooms are pretty dated but these are nice big rooms which we value as a family of 4 staying for 2 weeks. Air-conditioning old a noisy and rooms pretty musty. We just really miss a balcony to pop our pool wear and towels out on to dry! We would love to return again, but certainly don't see this hotel appearing as frequently on searches of the TUI website now. We did worry that this may be what would happen after the refurb.

Family of 4 here; we stayed for 5 days, and our experience was Fantastic. I loved the convenience of parking and the amenities included in our stay (Parking was cheap). This was our first time in Florida, and the service was excellent; the staff was super friendly and helpful. We will 100 % recommend our friends and family to stay here. Clean rooms, low price, and the noise level was great.

This is the third time we have stayed here, sorry I haven’t written a review earlier. Brilliant value for Disney universal etc. staff lovely rooms clean and tidy and been refurbed this visit. Perfect location for loads of food options and shopping on I drive. Lots of universal shuttles and one Disney shuttle at 9.50. Bar is good pool great slides good didnt spend too much using hotel facilities. 6th time to Disney and the 7th will be here as well next year all being well.

Staff were friendly and food was decent, water park amenities were good and rooms were very clean. The only thing I had an issue with was I was given an adjoining room, and could literally hear every single conversation that the family next door were having. You can lock the door from both sides but I was still a bit wary of this especially being in a room myself - maybe give people a heads up first about this so they have the option to change.

Great place to stay, really helpful staff and very well located! Highly recommended!
