We had a great stay at CoCo Key Hotel & Water Resort in Orlando and would definitely recommend it to families. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly courteous and welcoming. Check-in was quick, easy, and stress-free. They provided us with an excellent map of the resort and gave us all the information we needed to get settled and make the most of our stay. The water park isn’t huge, and there are a few areas that could use some updating, but that didn’t take away from the experience at all. It was a lot of fun, and our kids absolutely loved it. It was the perfect size for a few relaxing days without feeling overwhelming. We had both the breakfast buffet and dinner at the resort. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very reasonably priced. Dinner was also surprisingly good. It’s not gourmet dining, but for a restaurant attached to a water park, the quality exceeded our expectations. Everything we ordered was flavorful, well-cooked, and enjoyable. The bar was another nice surprise. The bartender was friendly and invited us to their happy hour with buy-one-get-one-free drinks after 10 p.m. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of it since we were busy enjoying the water park and spending time at Universal, but it was a nice perk to have available. Our room was clean and comfortable with two beds and a pullout sofa, giving everyone plenty of space to sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a huge plus during an Orlando summer. We stayed on the second floor, and it was quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. We also requested an extra blanket, and it was delivered to our room within 10 minutes—excellent customer service. Overall, we only stayed three days, but next time we’d definitely stay longer. CoCo Key offered great value, friendly staff, good food, comfortable accommodations, and a fun atmosphere for families. We’d happily stay here again.

Had a remmovated room in bldg 6. Very basic. furnishings. Would be nice to have a table or desk in there more convenient to a family rather than a high table with three stools. Bathroom was very nice however. Waterpark was just okay.

The rooms were the worst. The bathroom door was stuck. I had a force open to let my kids out. The lock wasn’t working in bathroom door and it came along with a big bang noise. The rooms are very outdated floors were filthy towels are filthy. The only good thing and the only reason why I gave two stars is because decent customer service and the waterpark is very nice. Other than that I won’t be back there again.

We had such a great time. Clean accommodations, the waterpark was just the right fit for my family. I liked the landscaping design. Breakfast options were good. We would definitely come back.

All out awesomely fun time for all ages.
