Horrible

This has been the worst resort I’ve ever stayed at horrible customer service by the night shift manager so do yourself a favor and don’t book here it’s not what you think.
I wanted to give a five star rating, but it just came up short.

Stayed here for a family trip to WDW. First the good: location, location, location! Within walking distance of Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Nicely appointed rooms. And you get extended hours at the parks even though not technically a Disney property The bad: Had one day room service never showed up. Told front desk the next morning, no apology, but it was done up every day after that. The ugly: the phone service is the worst AI experience. When finally you could get transferred to a human at the front desk, your call will likely cut out and you have to start over. Will stay there again, but wish they could fix the few issues we had.
Walt Disney World Dolphin. Great Option for a Disney Hotel.

We loved our stay at the Dolphin. It is recognized as a Disney Hotel, but you get the service of Marriott. It is located where you can walk to the Boardwalk, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. There is a lot for a family to do at the Dolphin / Swan. You have bus Transportation to all the parks and Disney Springs. It would be nice if they could take you all the way to the Magic Kingdom with other Disney Buses, but the transportation center was fine. We would stay at the Dolphin every time. Since it is recognized as a Disney Hotel, you can select your Lightning Lane Rides 7 days in Advance of you stay (along with other Disney Hotel Guests) instead of 3 which is huge for getting good Lightning Lane times and then being able to add other rides or attractions once you go on your first ride. If you are a platinum elite member with Marriott, you can choose breakfast coupons as your welcome gift, which gives you a great breakfast option at Rosa Mexicana. As a Dolphin guest you get Early park entry like all the other Disney Hotels, and also Extra Hours (Late Night), when offered. I wish this hotel did he Disney "drink cup" for your stay (refillable cup that you purchase), but it is not an option. Small thing, but it would be great if they did. You book the hotel through Marriott not Disney, then link it to your My Disney Experience. Probably one of the best things about the hotel is its proximity to: Disney Board Walk, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, as well as a short bus ride to Disney Springs.

Was going to give hotel higher rating because it’s really not so bad at all. Very clean. However, we came back to our room to find housekeeping had made our bed…or did they make it and jump on it after? Never seen the like in decades of traveling.
