Doubly Disappointed

Had to change rooms and there still was no heat. Furnishings were Soviet era bleak and towels third world. Dining options were extremely limited Being close to the Desert Palms Golf Course was convenient but one does not have to stay at the hotel for that experience

Great value for a beautiful hotel and grounds. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good selections at bar and breakfast was fast, easy, and very good. Golf course is in great shape. Wonderful views. Easy and safe parking

Spectacular view, great service

It's one of favorite Hilton hotels that I've been too (I'm Diamond member). The rooms facing mountain have spectacular view that we can just enjoy our coffee and take it in. We also love laying by the pool with this amazing view and our favorite drinks too. The staffs are super friendly, overall awesome. The only con: it needs some upgrades, furniture and decor are outdated.

A not so Holly Jolly Christmas stay!

Run down and worst Doubletree we've ever stayed in. The grounds are lovely on the golf course but around the hotel is dog poo bags, garbage, overflowing garbage cans and tons of goose poop on sidewalks. We stayed in a large corner room on the 4th floor. Again, run down with no safe, dingy towels, holes and frays in curtains, a vent which was filthy on the wall and corroded. Such poor lighting in the bathroom I had to take a mini mirror outside on the patio to put on makeup. Banged up furniture, no alarm clock or any clock at all, no blanket in a closet and only 4 hangers for a large room. I called the desk for xtra hangers and a blanket. Each took 2 plus hours to get. My husband requested an extra sheet the next day to put on the couch which never came at all. We arrived on Dec 19th for a relaxing Christmas stay at a golf resort. But, the pool and hot tub were closed until the 23rd, we were told the golf and spa amenities were closed on Xmas eve and day and when we were able to FINALLY get into the hot tub the one was colder than the heated pool and the other hot tub was too busy! We were able to enjoy it our last night at least. I wrote an email to the manager the day after our arrival. He claimed he didn't receive it so I resent it and never heard a word. Funny, on my end it was sent an appeared to be a valid email add. Apparently he could've cared less! Diamond members DO NOT stay here. We are HGVC owners as well and have never had a worse stay anywhere! No coffee in lobby, food was mediocre for breakfast. Buffet tolerable but don't order off the menu. The staff is actually very sweet and one employee told me the place had really gone downhill and she'd been hearing a lot of complaints. She was embarrassed and kept apologizing but obviously not her fault. I'm sure I could complain about more but I will give the highlights. I'd say if all of the above doesn't bother you than enjoy the view which is beautiful and get a massage which was relaxing. Just don't stay up too late because youll be awakened by 6am with mowers and blowers on the golf course. The employee who checked us out this morning gave us 100,000 pts for our disappointment. It was something but not nearly enough to keep me from letting the rest of you know what to expect. For us, we like a hotel that's cared for and cares about making a stay enjoyable for all who chose to stay in it.

Best 10th anniversary!!!

One of the most beautiful resort I've stayed at. This anniversary was a one to remember, the hotel staff were kind enough to upgrade me to corner suite. And what a breathtaking view from our room, the breakfast was delicious, Fernando the front desk agent was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for this wonderful stay.
