Beautiful resort!

I was passing through town for work and since I was flying into Palm Springs Airport, which is amazing in itself, I decided to just stay in town. I usually try to stay in the Hilton family. I chose this FaceTime that as well as the price. When I checked in the guy gave me a First Floor beautiful suit right on the golf course-the bar serves the best quesadilla I’ve ever had! Right on the pool. Highly recommend!!
Terrible experience.

Came here for my wife’s birthday. She is Diamond member and we used points here. I am normally not a difficult person or picky but the check in was the driest and least enthusiastic check in and I noticed the person checking us who was extremely unwelcoming is their Front office manager. His name is Peter Fleuret (big attitude problem) anyway who cares. The supervisor Lezlie the exact opposite, she is a nice person with the right hospitality approach. We came to the pool. Super unorganized. All seats have wet towel on them you can’t say if they are occupied or not. No pool attendant. Pool was busy so had a hard time finding a spot. It was windy. Opened an umbrella thinking it must be secured went to grab my stuff the umbrella flew to my face almost knocking me out. 2 kids were almost hit as well. Blocked the umbrella with my arm which really hurt. Went to Front desk to report this. Lezlie apologized but Peter said he will handle it. NOT a single time did he apologize. When I told him that none of their umbrellas are secured he cut me off saying they closed them because of the wind. Asked him if he did put warning signs for not opening the umbrellas he said NO. Asked for their corporate number to report this safety negligence and probably his attitude and how he handles escalations from guests. This will not stop here. Aimbridge Hospitality should know that they have a very incompetent Front office manager who will be a big liability for you. Save your money and go somewhere else. You don’t need to be killed by an umbrella and certainly not deal with Peter Fleuret’s attitude.
Some ground floor units have a gas fireplace on the patio. Nice touch

Rooms are nice. Pandemic has curtailed maid service. The restaurant was closed. You go next door to the golf course restaurant which is good. Pool is nice. Been here before pandemic and had a really great time.

Stayed here many times even though the reviews are fair. We all know that staffing has been difficult, But Peter Flueret, the front desk manager has ruined this property for me. Hello Hilton??? He needs to go.
Great Service in a Grand Hotel

This is grand hotel with exquisite taste and elegance. Every single space is decorated appealing that matches the desert life. We stayed in one of the corner suites overlooking the golf course with waterscape and mountain back drop. It had a wide outdoor balcony with a serene views of all. The suite was roomy with sliding doors letting the day light in. We liked the high dining table with comfortable stools which was suitable for laptop. The service was impeccable from the minute you check in. The rooms were very clean, and I have to mention the high quality towels .
