My room was not cleaned prior to my arrival. The door did not latch, so I used my suitcase to make sure my door was closed. I discovered this after 8 hours of being gone and then coming back to a wide open door. I reserved the room for 2 nights but ended up getting a new flight and leaving after one. Further, I was charged for 2 nights of self parking when I did not even bring a vehicle, and I was charged for minibar items that not only did I not use, but they didn't even exist upon my arrival. Again, I suspect my room was not cleaned before I arrived and perhaps that is why. Don't recommend--there are many amazing hotels in/near Scottsdale so I would pass on this one. The redeeming quality is that the pool was very lively and fun.

One of the best resorts to reconnect your mind and body. Relaxing, zen like resort... and I was here on business.

Comfortable bed, excellent linens. Zero complaints. Rode the resort bikes around to local shopping spots, super convenient. Loved the pool and hot tub. Great food. Overall a great trip, would definitely return!

What a wonderful relaxing place to have a little staycation, dropped our dog off at the pet resort around the corner and chilled out with amazing poolside drinks. The only negative we had is that the AC wasn't working in our room so it made sleeping difficult.

Just left a business trip where our team stayed at the Andaz. Everything was great, a special shout out to Axel and Luke at Turquoise. As well as, the courtesy drivers who took us to Camelback to hike. When hotel employees choose to bring family members to the resort on their day off, it shows you how much they enjoy where they work. This sense of pride beamed through the friendly staff. This provided the foundation for a great small team meeting.
