Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Relaxing Getaway in Paradise Valley

Always such a lovely getaway at Andaz. Our 2nd time visiting this property has provided a relaxing reprieve. The grounds are always so well maintained, with a spectacular view of the mountains. Staff are so accommodating and provide best in class customer service. Special shout out to Mo who consistently welcomes guests back and goes over an above to meet all expectations. Andaz is so fortunate to have him on their team. Seeing a friendly face upon our return made all the difference! Looking forward to our next visit!
